This week couldn't have been any better. 3.17's Archnemesis launch was smooth for us and it stayed that way. No nasty surprises. The patch improvements GGG made this week have been very welcome additions to the already amazing core Path of Exile game. Then, Elden Ring releases the night before we record so, we get to experience another smooth launch of an equally punishing game! But don't worry, we stayed on subject ;). Elden Ring talk will be in After Dark. This episode is all PoE...well, 99%. ...

The more you play content, the more you feel like a boss. In episode 124 of Forever Exiled, we dig down into our Atlas Tree choices, the new mapping experience, boss fights, crafting...we're having the best time playing Path of Exile in 3.17's Archnemesis. And to think that the coming .1 patch will improve on that too! Screw the show notes...we didn't even look at them. We'll save the structured talk for next week :). Thanks, GGG! We're having a blast. Thanks to all our listeners and supporters!...

New bosses, old bosses, Rare "bosses", crazy bosses... everywhere are boss bosses! 3.17 Archnemesis has been out a week and we've all had a good chance to get knee-deep into the content. Whether it's Path of Exile's new atlas tree, the new bosses, the new Atlas, new currency, or the new "boss building" league, GGG has really hit a home run this league launch. Sure there's always stuff to improve, but this has been a pretty amazing experience so far. And don't take for granted the changes to the ...

It's here! 3.17's Archnemesis has arrived with all of its goodies to discover. What an awesome week it's been with all the great reveals GGG gave us. I mean, Path of Exile has two passive trees now! Two Passive Trees! Nerd Heaven! In Episode 122 of Forever Exiled, we talk about all aspects of the launch. Pre-launch, post-launch, mid-launch...lunch launch. There's so much new content to discover and interact with...we couldn't handle ourselves! We're excited to keep progressing and really experie...

League reveal time! It's league reveal time! We can't get enough of league reveal time! 3.16's Scourge is almost gone. It's time to welcome in 3.17's Archnemesis and a brand new end-game system! And what better way to that than with Brittleknee! We had an awesome time throwing around our favourite moments of the newest Path of Exile reveal (though, it would have been better from a hot tub)...we had such a good time that we didn't even talk about lawns! GGG made some big changes in the core game ...

Yup! That's right! GGG puts out a 20-second teaser for 3.17's end-game expansion and we have an hour of content. Even though we're going to miss saying Scourge, it's exciting to see what comes after 3.16. Path of Exile seems to be headed in a rock-solid direction and we can't wait to see how much of what they've teased for Siege of the Atlas will come to pass. It's so fun nerding out with everyone when the hype starts. Enjoy the episode, folks! It's non-stop goodness (and giggles). Forever Exil...

Let the teasers begin! Thank you RhysGGG! Episode 118 of Forever Exiled is here and loaded with goodies. As expected, GGG is hard at work for 3.17's release and though there wasn't much posted by them, there is a ton to talk about. RhysGGG had a crazy comment that we're sure has GGG smiling ear to ear as they listen to the community's reactions. We give our thoughts, of course, along with some good discussion to our 3.17 hopes and dreams. We even squeezed in a bunch of mechanic and theory discus...

Episode 117 is full of beautiful Path of Exile ramble. It's a white Christmas where we are in the world and our families are loving their extended Covid holidays...GGG is enjoying their sandy brown or tan Christmas and we wish them the best...cause WE WANT OUR GAME! ;). We had a good time today talking about Scourge's extension, GGG's possible plans, some hopes for 3.17's new endgame, along with some Path of Exile theory-crafting rememorizing. Path is more fun with buds, so thanks for joining us...

Well, that might be the chattiest we could have been for a non-busy GGG week! 3.16 Scourge is still going strong with its 10-day events, our Forever Exiled Private league just finished, and honestly...the theory crafting never ends for us True Path of Exile Nerds. With 2022's core support packs announced, along with some massive changes to the Map Stash Tab (for Standard players), GGG gave us plenty to discuss over drinks for the evening. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone! We hope ...

Scourge has kept us going, hasn't it? These short endless leagues have been great at the end of 3.16. We've had some fun trying out these new scenarios and are excited for the ones that follow. But as GGG gets ready for Christmas, we put on our 10-day private league. These leaguely leagues are great sources of joy for us, especially during the holiday season, as we love seeing people die and fail ;-). Just kidding...kinda. We had a great time catching up on our private league endeavors spattered...

You know that feeling you get when you watch a show that you're stoked for, but the acting takes you right out of it? And then you just start making fun of the show instead of getting into it? Ya...In episode 114, we totally don't talk about that ;). We had a great time this week playing some Endless Delve and we're excited to get going on our personal private league as well. GGG had a slower Scourge week in Path of Exile Land which is great for us cause we got talking about some of our builds, ...

Episode 113! We're back to the basics. Catching up on the last few weeks of your favourite games is so much better when you do it with a buddy. GGG has posted quite a lot of Path of Exile news in the last couple of weeks and it brought up some great conversation pieces. 3.16's Scourge is getting interrupted by some great events coming up and we have some great ideas that should totally be implemented for 3.17 ;-). We had a great time catching up and we hope you enjoy listening! Love ya! Forever...

We have a very fun episode 112 for you! This episode was 99%...winged? We wong the episode? We totally winged it. We didn't have notes. Well, Justin tried to make some notes...but...it just made things worse...which made things better ;). The wonderful BRITTLEKNEE joined us again which is always an awesome treat for all of us. We had awesome conversations all revolving around our opinions of GGG's balance of PoE (we even agreed on some points!). Path of Exile has taken some big turns of late (in...

I LOVE Repdigits. They're simply the coolest numbers. So you know something big is up when we have to miss our first ever episode, a repdigit episode (episode 111), in which BK was going to join us. So, we thought we'd treat you to our 50th episode, where we interview the musical legend at GGG, Kamil. We LOVED this interview. It's worth a second listen to, let alone a first. Thanks for all of your kind words of encouragement and prayers as we deal with our emergencies. See you next week! "Oh my...

It's episode 110! And still, with all of the 3.15 and 3.16 changes, we're still figuring out Path of Exile's new balances. It's been such a fun journey so far, getting used to the "new normal", as we brainstorm about different mechanics. In this episode, we talk lots about some of the theory-crafting we've come up with and what we've found along the way, we laugh about (and appreciate) GGG's newest patches and improvements, we disagree on flasks (again), sigh at missing information...we basicall...

It's Episode 109! Unscripted! Well, there were notes...but they were mostly ignored. We got so caught up in the conversation about Path of Exile and Scourge changes that episode 109 is going to be 110 instead. We had lots of comments and laughs about all the news and memories that GGG gave us this week. LOTS to have fun with :). We hope you all had a safe Halloween with your families (if applicable) and that this week you're able to take some time to be thankful for what we all have (no matter w...

We did it! We're a week into GGG's 3.16 league and we played so much Scourge, that we didn't even feel guilty loading up Age of Empires 4 (a 16-year wait!) for an evening. We had so much to geek out about regarding the new core and league changes that we could hardly contain ourselves...well Justin could. He's boring. It was a very busy week in PoE Land so we were all over the map having a great time trying to stay on subject. Thanks for stopping by! Hope you like it. Forever Exiled Info: www.f...

Episode 107 of Forever Forever Exiled is loaded with nerding out! GGG launched 3.16's Scourge league this week and we told our responsibilities to shove off as we played all afternoon on launch day. In this week's show, we skip straight to the heart and just hit the ground running. It's non-stop PoE, from start to...almost finish. Hopefully, you are having great weeks; work weeks are always "longer" during "launch season". Good luck and thanks for listening! Forever Exiled Info: www.foreverexil...

Well, that was a great surprise, hey? "Oh, by the way, Patch Notes will be posted after this video..." Wazaa wazaa whaaaaa? Well, I guess that's an end to 3.15's controversial (but awesome) Expedition and the beginning of 3.16's Scourge! It was the biggest patch notes that have ever existed and we nerded out 111% with all the stuff that excites us. GGG really went insane with all the changes they are bringing this coming league and...honestly, Path of Exile is looking so good. Hopefully, you enj...

There are patch notes. There are Dev. Manifestos. There are launch teasers. But Dev. Manifestos for the Dev. Manifestos? This is the best. It just keeps getting better and better! GGG has graced fans with more massive changes to the core of Path of Exile. There's so much to discuss in the 3-part reveal of the direction 3.16 Scourge is taking us. In Episode 105 of Forever Exiled, we discuss all the news we like and dislike, along with some thoughts on the long-term value of some of these changes....

It's that time of year, folks! Well, I guess it's that time of quarter...you know...it's the Next League teaser time already! Alright! This week, in Episode 104, we discuss the teaser that GGG released for 3.16's Scourge, along with our final adventures in our Forever Exile Private league. We're hardcore players, but...only in heart...not in game mode. Our PL embraced the 3.15 Expedition changes and...well...one of us excelled. The other died plenty to the cackles of GGG and their Act 1 changes....

In Path of Exile Land, there are always goodies to discuss. GGG had a slow announcement week, so it gave us time to delve into some fun moments we had this week with our 3.15 private league. We're not very good at hardcore modes, but it's fun to suck at something and laugh about it. We also hit some milestones and got destroyed in our marvelous Expedition adventures. But in true Forever Exiled fashion, we also made sure to talk about our lawns, dinner dates, and the great outdoors...(I might be ...

Episode 102 of Forever Exiled! Huzzah! We had a great time discussing 3.15's core changes that came to Path of Exile now that GGG has had time to settle down post-interviews. It's always nice to be able to take a look at something after a good break; less emotion, more objectivity. We were all over the map in classic style this week. We talk about everything from lawns, sharks (PoE sharks), pets (PoE pets), great players dying (in-game)...good talks...good talks. Thanks for the listens, everyone...
