Day One of Path 2's 0.5 Return of the Ancients

It's the release day of GGG's last big patch before their official Path of Exile 2 launch. We're both still in the campaign at the point of recording, but there's plenty of excitement for what's to come! The beta is almost done, and it's exciting to anticipate future additions! Hopefully your league launch went smoothly, and let us know what you think of the audio this week! (Hopefully we didn't pick our nose for the camera.) Love ya!

00:48.121 --> 00:50.002
[SPEAKER_00]: It's late after dark this week.
00:50.883 --> 00:53.466
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, yeah, it will be after we get some sleep.
00:53.947 --> 00:54.407
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
00:54.768 --> 00:55.689
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, it was a week?
00:56.150 --> 00:56.510
[SPEAKER_00]: Go ahead.
00:56.670 --> 00:57.932
[SPEAKER_00]: I was going to replace this one.
00:58.212 --> 00:59.093
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I always got this.
00:59.193 --> 01:00.915
[SPEAKER_00]: She's got it with this.
01:01.356 --> 01:03.218
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you kind of have to, hot Victorians.
01:03.919 --> 01:04.540
[SPEAKER_00]: Wanna see something?
01:05.220 --> 01:06.282
[SPEAKER_00]: I assume I'm in there somewhere.
01:07.600 --> 01:10.281
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, this one, the overly confident kernel.
01:11.742 --> 01:12.642
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just real.
01:12.902 --> 01:13.363
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
01:13.483 --> 01:13.963
[SPEAKER_01]: This is it.
01:13.983 --> 01:14.863
[SPEAKER_01]: This is a great book.
01:15.223 --> 01:15.544
[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
01:15.564 --> 01:16.824
[SPEAKER_01]: That's almost like this.
01:17.084 --> 01:18.305
[SPEAKER_01]: Babe behind bars.
01:19.005 --> 01:19.825
[SPEAKER_01]: That is funny.
01:20.086 --> 01:20.986
[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to replace it.
01:21.146 --> 01:21.406
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:21.486 --> 01:22.867
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:22.987 --> 01:23.087
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:24.648 --> 01:25.568
[SPEAKER_00]: Who does she think she is?
01:25.908 --> 01:26.068
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
01:26.088 --> 01:27.429
[SPEAKER_00]: She keeps putting it back up there.
01:28.469 --> 01:29.570
[SPEAKER_01]: Need my stuff alone.
01:29.670 --> 01:33.651
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, I don't think it took her an episode at all to realize that you were doing it.
01:38.006 --> 01:38.446
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh-oh.
01:39.226 --> 01:41.247
[SPEAKER_00]: Perfect shove it in so that it can't come back out.
01:41.407 --> 01:42.127
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good one.
01:42.727 --> 01:43.047
[SPEAKER_01]: Is it?
01:43.647 --> 01:43.987
[SPEAKER_00]: Watchman?
01:44.748 --> 01:46.048
[SPEAKER_00]: Does that movie, there's a movie, right?
01:46.288 --> 01:47.248
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if it's the same thing.
01:48.189 --> 01:48.709
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they did.
01:48.969 --> 01:57.251
[SPEAKER_01]: One of the two creators actually was very against it being a movie because he said the story was designed to be a graphic novel.
01:57.391 --> 02:00.652
[SPEAKER_01]: It will ruin the story if you try and make it something different.
02:01.032 --> 02:01.692
[SPEAKER_01]: Did you ever watch it?
02:01.712 --> 02:02.412
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I ever saw it.
02:02.432 --> 02:02.892
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it was great.
02:02.992 --> 02:03.752
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
02:04.452 --> 02:04.713
[SPEAKER_00]: Sweet.
02:05.053 --> 02:05.393
[SPEAKER_01]: That's good.
02:06.053 --> 02:06.513
[SPEAKER_01]: How was your week?
02:07.449 --> 02:19.289
[SPEAKER_01]: I had a It's already Friday I had a week, it was a quick one and I don't remember it rained and it was sunny and I booked
02:22.610 --> 02:24.993
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, uh, a camping camping.
02:25.353 --> 02:25.654
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, good.
02:26.034 --> 02:26.215
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
02:26.235 --> 02:28.377
[SPEAKER_01]: We're just going to fly through at this time around.
02:28.397 --> 02:32.802
[SPEAKER_01]: There wasn't anything left like all the, um, for the listeners, uh, in BC.
02:32.843 --> 02:34.184
[SPEAKER_01]: It's all like provincial campgrounds.
02:34.204 --> 02:35.806
[SPEAKER_01]: You have to book it ahead of time through a website.
02:35.826 --> 02:39.791
[SPEAKER_01]: There's some stuff where you can wing it, but, um, for the most, you are like a three-minute window.
02:41.272 --> 02:42.553
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, it's so far.
02:42.593 --> 02:55.242
[SPEAKER_01]: So I mean we have a billion provincial parks here, but I was pretty much stuck with all the pit toilet places all the, you know, flushable toilets and showers and all that.
02:55.382 --> 02:56.563
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you pay for it, too.
02:56.603 --> 03:03.928
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like 50 bucks a night for something like Coltis as opposed to like chill-a-wack or silver-lake or Sasquatch or whatever it would be.
03:04.008 --> 03:05.369
[SPEAKER_01]: So What about man?
03:05.689 --> 03:06.310
[SPEAKER_01]: You ever gone up there?
03:06.690 --> 03:08.111
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but it's like two and a half hours away.
03:08.131 --> 03:09.192
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a long way, right?
03:09.252 --> 03:12.655
[SPEAKER_01]: It was, we went to Manning last year and it was really nice.
03:12.675 --> 03:18.040
[SPEAKER_01]: We got a spot right by the river and so the kids were there, but they learned a lot of respect from the roof.
03:18.080 --> 03:20.222
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, for just nature in the water too, right?
03:20.242 --> 03:21.764
[SPEAKER_01]: Like it looked like it was nothing to recall.
03:21.784 --> 03:23.765
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to go to that rock and I'm like, not without me, you're not.
03:24.286 --> 03:27.629
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, they're like, they're smaller, they're thinner kids too, right?
03:27.649 --> 03:28.710
[SPEAKER_01]: So last year when we went,
03:29.190 --> 03:43.503
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going and we're walking through the water and it's like it was strong right there River was really and so anyway like they just it was really It was perfect for them at that stage and what they'd learned and you got like, what are you going with your lights in the back out
03:45.297 --> 03:47.419
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I last time I saw it was all just plain.
03:47.479 --> 03:48.580
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, well, I have things.
03:48.640 --> 03:49.640
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I've never used them.
03:49.920 --> 03:52.843
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I've never really been there since I put the, it should be on both sides.
03:53.423 --> 03:55.785
[SPEAKER_01]: I only see the one because the camera is on tighter on this one.
03:55.805 --> 03:57.286
[SPEAKER_01]: So, well, yeah.
03:57.566 --> 03:59.568
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, when, when, when, when, whatever.
03:59.608 --> 04:01.149
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, we had a good week book camping.
04:01.309 --> 04:03.631
[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing at, no, it's just at one of the regular sizes.
04:03.651 --> 04:04.992
[SPEAKER_01]: Time we're going to chill back like this time.
04:05.452 --> 04:06.313
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're familiar with it.
04:06.333 --> 04:06.853
[SPEAKER_01]: We'd like it.
04:06.993 --> 04:08.554
[SPEAKER_01]: It's nice, it's a glacial water, right?
04:08.574 --> 04:10.856
[SPEAKER_01]: So you don't have a lot of the, I don't know.
04:11.897 --> 04:25.023
[SPEAKER_01]: a lot less creepy crawlies, you know, wandering around, lot less bears and that kind of stuff because there's a lot less going on of the glacial water and it's a really nice star at night because it's in the middle of the line where I'll get you some good.
04:25.123 --> 04:29.945
[SPEAKER_01]: Watch, it'll be my love for the stupid camera that I bought for my wife, which she hates.
04:30.285 --> 04:37.448
[SPEAKER_01]: She likes the camera, she likes the camera quality, the whole like, she has like the extra 150 bucks for the movement, she's like, not the stupid.
04:38.502 --> 04:39.583
[SPEAKER_00]: You weren't thinking to me.
04:40.043 --> 04:40.943
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I didn't know.
04:41.223 --> 04:44.645
[SPEAKER_01]: But uh, yeah, no, it'll be nice and so we're doing that.
04:44.725 --> 04:46.786
[SPEAKER_01]: And dog got neutered this week.
04:46.826 --> 04:50.408
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's been just a big extra tour right because he's big and dumb.
04:50.448 --> 04:52.529
[SPEAKER_01]: And but he's been great with his cone.
04:52.709 --> 04:53.569
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see if he can see him.
04:54.730 --> 04:55.690
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, where'd you go?
04:56.470 --> 04:57.271
[SPEAKER_01]: No, hello?
04:57.371 --> 04:58.151
[SPEAKER_01]: No, he's just chillin.
04:58.351 --> 04:59.732
[SPEAKER_00]: Where camera, maybe it's a camera.
05:00.052 --> 05:01.012
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe he can go down.
05:01.213 --> 05:02.253
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no, I can go down.
05:03.574 --> 05:09.398
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, wave a hand, come on super camera.
05:09.659 --> 05:10.159
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, there we go.
05:10.179 --> 05:10.519
[SPEAKER_00]: There we go.
05:10.759 --> 05:13.501
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he's been getting begun.
05:13.602 --> 05:13.782
[SPEAKER_00]: What?
05:15.763 --> 05:16.324
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, up here.
05:16.844 --> 05:17.164
[SPEAKER_00]: How long?
05:18.005 --> 05:19.526
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be never.
05:19.786 --> 05:20.166
[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
05:20.507 --> 05:21.107
[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
05:21.127 --> 05:24.390
[SPEAKER_01]: The next time that this like my wife's gonna break it on purpose, right?
05:24.490 --> 05:25.490
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's just this work for me.
05:25.530 --> 05:26.851
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll be like, uh, that's fine.
05:26.991 --> 05:27.612
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
05:27.672 --> 05:28.693
[SPEAKER_01]: I know what I'm getting you.
05:28.733 --> 05:29.133
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, right?
05:29.713 --> 05:30.194
[SPEAKER_01]: Every year.
05:30.634 --> 05:30.854
[SPEAKER_01]: Every
05:34.873 --> 05:39.178
[SPEAKER_01]: It happened Monday, so it's only been five days, so at least three more days.
05:39.979 --> 05:40.900
[SPEAKER_01]: But he's been great with it.
05:41.140 --> 05:42.982
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just annoying him, but he doesn't like fiddle.
05:43.022 --> 05:43.763
[SPEAKER_01]: He doesn't do anything.
05:43.883 --> 05:45.344
[SPEAKER_00]: I kind of tempted to just take it off now.
05:45.405 --> 05:50.090
[SPEAKER_01]: But he was so high stressed at the vet that they didn't even ask.
05:50.370 --> 05:55.676
[SPEAKER_01]: If I wanted some anti anxiety pills like some anti stress pills just to chill him out, they just said we're giving it to you.
05:55.756 --> 05:56.917
[SPEAKER_01]: And so here's your bill kind of
05:57.017 --> 06:21.253
[SPEAKER_01]: thing like it was already included was the adoption right we didn't have to pay anything extra except before we had to pay like 15 bucks for the stupid cone and then the medication and they didn't even ask they're just like we're giving it to you and so it's been really cool to see what you'd be like as a senior because he's just been chill chill yeah yeah yeah that's really nice anyway he's been a chap spending good week a couple of you men how is your week it was it was a week
06:25.858 --> 06:29.323
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I didn't, I played, okay, well I did play some sub-nodaka.
06:30.117 --> 06:41.224
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I played, I didn't want, I could remember the storyline for one, the first one, so I played through part of it again so that I could understand what it was, because it's not like a two-head just come out.
06:42.285 --> 06:44.826
[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't remember anything to do with it.
06:44.846 --> 06:57.094
[SPEAKER_00]: I never played it, but again, yeah, it's like survival underwater, like you're sort of exploring a story line of coming from space, crashing on this planet, trying to survive, you all right?
06:59.310 --> 06:59.832
[SPEAKER_00]: What happened?
07:00.092 --> 07:01.116
[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing happened.
07:01.557 --> 07:02.680
[SPEAKER_01]: Fresh that hurts.
07:04.105 --> 07:04.606
[SPEAKER_00]: New to mugs?
07:05.473 --> 07:10.214
[SPEAKER_00]: Here, apparently, apparently this camera's the best.
07:10.234 --> 07:11.374
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what her problem is.
07:11.674 --> 07:11.974
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
07:12.734 --> 07:17.195
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, so, there's a storyline of like, talking to that, whatever you come from.
07:17.375 --> 07:22.796
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, speaking of's talking to animals, remind me of the character, the deep from boys.
07:23.236 --> 07:24.896
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, go ahead, best, ever.
07:27.117 --> 07:32.278
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, so we played that, and then I played Subnautica to with with him, because you can play co-op now with the new ones.
07:32.338 --> 07:33.338
[SPEAKER_00]: We played that for a little bit.
07:33.638 --> 07:34.038
[SPEAKER_00]: That's cool.
07:34.933 --> 07:36.155
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, otherwise it was work.
07:36.475 --> 07:37.637
[SPEAKER_00]: It was a lot of driving around.
07:38.578 --> 07:49.754
[SPEAKER_00]: And then went out on Wednesday, I think, with Christina, but sit man, just work, work meetings, and I was very happy for today.
07:49.774 --> 07:50.455
[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
07:50.895 --> 07:51.616
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, big lunch.
07:52.036 --> 07:52.277
[SPEAKER_00]: Mean.
07:52.517 --> 07:55.620
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and just I kind of I kind of was like, I'm not gonna talk to people.
07:55.720 --> 07:58.462
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't work very well, but it was at least less.
07:58.803 --> 07:59.303
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's cool.
07:59.323 --> 08:04.368
[SPEAKER_01]: So I was actually a big part of my week was kind of getting ready for this too.
08:05.068 --> 08:06.369
[SPEAKER_01]: So we'll get into that.
08:06.910 --> 08:08.531
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that was a good week.
08:09.732 --> 08:34.840
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, well, I just, I finally, like, I was kind of like, with the book that I'm writing, I was kind of questioning where I'm, like, my method with which I'm going through it, so when I've had the energy to write, which is an often, but when I have, I haven't been because I'm undecided and for some reason, instead of writing and then not liking it, I'm like, no, I have to make my decisions first.
08:34.940 --> 08:37.401
[SPEAKER_01]: So I've been looking for an extra little, uh,
08:37.842 --> 08:39.344
[SPEAKER_01]: show to watch and so I started the voice.
08:39.744 --> 08:40.585
[SPEAKER_01]: You've not watched it.
08:40.825 --> 08:42.407
[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't and I've been told that I would love it.
08:42.567 --> 08:44.930
[SPEAKER_01]: And I got it off.
08:45.150 --> 08:45.830
[SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't handle it.
08:46.171 --> 08:46.952
[SPEAKER_01]: It was so stupid.
08:48.193 --> 08:49.034
[SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't handle it.
08:49.134 --> 08:50.776
[SPEAKER_01]: There was one storyline.
08:51.316 --> 08:52.838
[SPEAKER_01]: One storyline that interested me.
08:54.039 --> 09:16.154
[SPEAKER_01]: All the other and like so season ones like all just about expanding and world building and like setting everything up and great fine I love that like if stories go but I hated all the characters There was so annoying and shallow and oh I couldn't I couldn't believe that there was just that many of them and so there was just the one story line that I liked So I there was actually just one episode where I just I turned it off
09:17.815 --> 09:21.839
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, I love the intent of it.
09:21.859 --> 09:22.880
[SPEAKER_01]: I love the coolness of it.
09:22.900 --> 09:27.304
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that it revolves around a company kind of thing and like the whole like marketing aspect.
09:27.344 --> 09:29.906
[SPEAKER_01]: I love where they were trying to go with stuff.
09:29.946 --> 09:34.190
[SPEAKER_01]: But I, oh, oh, it was it was it was actually really tedious and I love the gore.
09:34.570 --> 09:36.852
[SPEAKER_01]: I love the like creativity of how to.
09:38.153 --> 09:47.785
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, like, of the characters interact, manipulate fights, their vulnerabilities or lack of, like, I loved the ideas of it, but I was whole incredibly bored.
09:48.866 --> 09:56.094
[SPEAKER_01]: And the reason that that came up was, yeah, and so the reason that came up is the deep was one of those characters that I just couldn't handle.
09:56.215 --> 09:57.917
[SPEAKER_01]: There's like, oh my god, there's characters.
09:58.417 --> 10:00.818
[SPEAKER_00]: There's seen with him in a truck with a dolphin.
10:00.958 --> 10:01.558
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw it.
10:01.779 --> 10:02.579
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw that one.
10:02.679 --> 10:04.100
[SPEAKER_00]: He slams on his brakes.
10:04.320 --> 10:04.820
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:04.840 --> 10:05.960
[SPEAKER_00]: The dolphin was flying.
10:06.081 --> 10:06.681
[SPEAKER_00]: God, man.
10:06.801 --> 10:09.142
[SPEAKER_01]: I laughed way harder than I should have.
10:09.782 --> 10:13.344
[SPEAKER_01]: I actually wanted to ask you because I remember, do you love the show?
10:13.384 --> 10:18.126
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I was going to be disappointed to tell you this and so I'm sorry that we're not going to be friends anymore.
10:18.226 --> 10:21.968
[SPEAKER_01]: But I was curious there was one like season ending decision.
10:23.025 --> 10:25.227
[SPEAKER_01]: I was so curious for this, because I was shopping for curtains at Walmart.
10:25.467 --> 10:29.450
[SPEAKER_01]: I just double checking sizes and all this kind of stuff, looking at the different blackout sizes that they had.
10:29.610 --> 10:43.241
[SPEAKER_01]: And in the middle I'm like, what were some season-ending big decisions or controversial things that characters did in the boys that my friend would have raved about, but I'm not ever gonna get to season-ending.
10:43.481 --> 10:51.588
[SPEAKER_01]: There was one where you were like, it was highly controversial and you laughed your butt off instead of being horrified or something.
10:52.188 --> 10:59.471
[SPEAKER_01]: Of course, this is like years ago, but I just wondered if it stood out to you if there was one part where you were like No, I don't remember.
10:59.491 --> 11:02.172
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I thought a lot of it was hilarious.
11:02.352 --> 11:04.493
[SPEAKER_00]: I like the like graphicness.
11:04.553 --> 11:16.577
[SPEAKER_00]: I like the over the top just I struggle a bit with the Like it gets a little bit like okay, okay, come on like move this long or whatever, but I can't think of any.
11:17.017 --> 11:18.198
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, yeah
11:19.338 --> 11:19.678
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
11:19.919 --> 11:22.640
[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't watched the most recent season like the last season is out.
11:23.000 --> 11:23.801
[SPEAKER_00]: We haven't watched that one yet.
11:23.941 --> 11:27.222
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but I I actually know then no more than you.
11:27.242 --> 11:28.503
[SPEAKER_01]: So I won't I probably do yet.
11:28.603 --> 11:29.323
[SPEAKER_01]: I just I looked it.
11:29.423 --> 11:29.864
[SPEAKER_01]: I looked it up.
11:29.884 --> 11:39.609
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like tell me the things I want to know because yeah I can't remember like there are definitely I like I struggle with certain topics in any show Yeah, I don't like I go even
11:40.089 --> 11:41.811
[SPEAKER_00]: you know, certain type of islands against people.
11:41.831 --> 11:43.792
[SPEAKER_00]: I just have a problem with that.
11:44.513 --> 11:46.075
[SPEAKER_01]: And then like you were talking about your wife.
11:46.135 --> 11:48.457
[SPEAKER_01]: She's like just nothing to do with kids.
11:48.657 --> 11:48.997
[SPEAKER_01]: But kids.
11:49.017 --> 11:49.257
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
11:49.738 --> 11:49.918
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
11:49.938 --> 11:50.038
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
11:50.318 --> 11:51.660
[SPEAKER_00]: So there's certain things it for me.
11:51.700 --> 11:54.762
[SPEAKER_00]: I struggled even in that show with because it does come up.
11:55.585 --> 12:06.149
[SPEAKER_00]: But overall, I just found it completely hilarious and over the top and it's easy to watch because you don't have to really pay attention.
12:06.589 --> 12:12.972
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, yep, you know what, that actually is a wonderful point.
12:14.359 --> 12:16.280
[SPEAKER_01]: It's really having a hard day today.
12:16.600 --> 12:17.281
[SPEAKER_01]: That's doing all right.
12:18.421 --> 12:18.802
[SPEAKER_01]: I am.
12:19.342 --> 12:21.443
[SPEAKER_01]: I, that would be something that I would just turn on.
12:22.044 --> 12:26.466
[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, I'm doing laundry and I got to go in the master bedroom five to I always like when I do my laundry.
12:26.526 --> 12:30.348
[SPEAKER_01]: I are living in bedroom, of course, on the same floor.
12:30.388 --> 12:33.030
[SPEAKER_01]: It's sweet features, man.
12:33.070 --> 12:33.570
[SPEAKER_00]: Kill in it.
12:33.590 --> 12:34.351
[SPEAKER_00]: These are features.
12:36.803 --> 12:38.684
[SPEAKER_00]: It is, it's trying to help people keep their attention.
12:39.444 --> 12:43.106
[SPEAKER_00]: So with the short attention, I'm never going to be able to watch us.
12:43.126 --> 12:44.586
[SPEAKER_01]: This is something we actually trying out.
12:44.646 --> 12:47.248
[SPEAKER_01]: We might just stick with this, we never, you never know.
12:47.428 --> 12:52.190
[SPEAKER_00]: So our whole module only podcast might be more nauseating than, um,
12:53.225 --> 12:57.368
[SPEAKER_00]: But we still have audio and we still have an audio and the version that goes out every week.
12:57.528 --> 12:58.548
[SPEAKER_01]: It's our primary version.
12:58.608 --> 13:01.330
[SPEAKER_01]: We do not care about this version, but we love you very, oh wait.
13:03.431 --> 13:14.317
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, it's one of those where it's like I could fold the laundry, walk to the, I get my steps in by like doing the laundry and living room and then walking to each room just like one load at a time.
13:15.278 --> 13:16.719
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what I could do.
13:16.739 --> 13:17.199
[SPEAKER_01]: I could miss it.
13:17.599 --> 13:25.866
[SPEAKER_01]: And then if I see that there's blood splattered all over like how you know in like episode three or whatever that one person Explosive I mean that's that's awesome.
13:25.886 --> 13:27.548
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like the second or third time it happens.
13:27.568 --> 13:29.609
[SPEAKER_01]: So Yeah, the graphic stuff.
13:29.669 --> 13:34.734
[SPEAKER_01]: I really enjoy that like violin All I'm on it is wonderfully over the top.
13:35.174 --> 13:42.600
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I didn't mean to make this about the boys I wanted to pass it on before you Before you know I tease you too long
13:43.661 --> 14:03.722
[SPEAKER_01]: But I've just been friends, I've been waiting to find out what your thoughts were, I could tell, I have not played Alan Wake 2 and it's been out for a bit, I loved Alan Wake 1, I played that before my concussion stuff really kicked in, I don't know the gameplay, but the story, mm-hmm
14:05.357 --> 14:07.278
[SPEAKER_01]: just loved the story of it.
14:07.318 --> 14:16.320
[SPEAKER_01]: Just the, you know, and then you have like the twilight's own stuff with all the the collectibles that you could find before and all the hints and foreshadowing and like parallel universes.
14:16.720 --> 14:19.341
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, speaking of parallel universes, right.
14:19.361 --> 14:20.681
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if you ever, oh wait.
14:20.701 --> 14:22.302
[SPEAKER_01]: They didn't do the pirate ship in the show.
14:23.742 --> 14:24.302
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I don't know.
14:24.342 --> 14:27.063
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there's a love that pirate ship stuff.
14:27.223 --> 14:28.804
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, it's a league launch episode.
14:28.844 --> 14:29.244
[SPEAKER_01]: Did you know?
14:29.884 --> 14:30.124
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
14:31.459 --> 14:45.521
[SPEAKER_01]: What was 0.5, rise of the, it's, it's, it's, it's two, it's the, it's the, it's two things, um, ancient rising agents and ruins of the cow, oh, outdoor, cal, calger rooms, probably not calger, mm-hmm.
14:45.921 --> 14:46.902
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, they're to add a calger.
14:47.442 --> 14:50.782
[SPEAKER_01]: It's, it's, ruin and strong with the agents.
14:51.322 --> 14:53.483
[SPEAKER_00]: They're not that fit, never sure it is.
14:53.563 --> 14:57.203
[SPEAKER_00]: Return of the ruin and what the frick is a call, ruin of, return of the
15:01.204 --> 15:04.345
[SPEAKER_00]: Was that the, is that the endgame origins of divinity?
15:04.565 --> 15:05.505
[SPEAKER_01]: Is that something else?
15:05.585 --> 15:06.286
[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's not.
15:06.506 --> 15:11.587
[SPEAKER_01]: When you go to create your new character, it's something Rooney.
15:13.428 --> 15:15.688
[SPEAKER_01]: It says, what the fuck is getting out of here?
15:16.128 --> 15:17.029
[SPEAKER_00]: Is this origins?
15:17.089 --> 15:17.689
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you hear that?
15:18.289 --> 15:18.669
[SPEAKER_01]: Hear what?
15:19.843 --> 15:22.545
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, it's so like somebody was like chopping up a body in the other room.
15:23.065 --> 15:26.087
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, Org is a Divinity, doesn't say that on PewDiePie too.
15:26.408 --> 15:27.328
[SPEAKER_00]: Orgians of Divinity?
15:27.348 --> 15:28.249
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not.
15:28.329 --> 15:28.829
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not.
15:28.849 --> 15:29.550
[SPEAKER_01]: I swear to you.
15:29.570 --> 15:30.290
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the big deal.
15:30.571 --> 15:32.172
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you go to the same thing.
15:32.672 --> 15:33.413
[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, buddy.
15:33.513 --> 15:35.114
[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, you fighting with you, okay?
15:35.434 --> 15:36.975
[SPEAKER_00]: I've had a really long day.
15:36.995 --> 15:38.136
[SPEAKER_00]: I had enough of you.
15:38.536 --> 15:38.977
[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
15:38.997 --> 15:46.702
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I don't know if it's a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a
15:47.385 --> 16:06.572
[SPEAKER_01]: Look and hey, GGG smart on your like last official big release before your official release 50% off really access I can dig it Did you see the picture I sent you It's not origins of the I'm just telling you that's on their site Whatever that is I actually can find it.
16:06.812 --> 16:13.055
[SPEAKER_01]: It is so the big deal is return to the agents and then Oh my goodness, they actually have nothing on their website
16:16.496 --> 16:20.358
[SPEAKER_00]: Runes and big stuff date ever ruins of owl doer.
16:20.718 --> 16:22.578
[SPEAKER_00]: There we go ruins of owl doer.
16:22.619 --> 16:25.900
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember what we're talking about anymore Well, it came out today.
16:25.920 --> 16:27.961
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, so that's cool.
16:28.001 --> 16:28.561
[SPEAKER_00]: It did right.
16:29.101 --> 16:31.222
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep Let's talk about it.
16:31.242 --> 16:41.846
[SPEAKER_01]: Apparently though, but that is what the league is called But so where I'm on path of Excel 2.com slash ancients and the first one is The origins of divinity.
16:42.306 --> 16:44.147
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's referencing the return of the ancients
16:45.037 --> 16:46.298
[SPEAKER_01]: and then explore the fortress.
16:47.018 --> 16:47.518
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, goodness.
16:48.498 --> 16:49.759
[SPEAKER_01]: New League ruins a welder.
16:50.039 --> 16:51.680
[SPEAKER_01]: So how is your league launch?
16:52.520 --> 16:53.481
[SPEAKER_00]: It was good.
16:55.101 --> 16:57.562
[SPEAKER_00]: It was, it was tedious.
16:57.622 --> 16:58.143
[SPEAKER_00]: Not tedious.
16:58.163 --> 17:01.864
[SPEAKER_00]: It was hard for me to get like time as it was come and closer to launch.
17:02.084 --> 17:02.324
[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
17:02.945 --> 17:08.547
[SPEAKER_00]: So I did get into the queue and then I ended up getting called away to deal with a bunch of crap.
17:08.567 --> 17:10.248
[SPEAKER_00]: So I sat in the queue for a bit, but
17:12.849 --> 17:16.231
[SPEAKER_00]: I, what's the word, not struggled.
17:16.451 --> 17:20.434
[SPEAKER_00]: But I did have to think quite a bit about what I wanted to play, so I wasn't sure.
17:21.254 --> 17:32.922
[SPEAKER_00]: And overall, the league launch for me was relatively good, except at one point when I disconnected to help Logan with something, I think it was trying to get Logan, because he wanted to play.
17:33.542 --> 17:59.543
[SPEAKER_01]: and I disconnected from the game and then I couldn't get back in for like yeah that's weird patch that screwed up logging in and um it was relatively common a lot of the replies to their post for the most recent patch was the same thing we were doing with and so that was that was similar for me i i was struggling we it was a 1pm start for us and uh i had the whole day figured out like i was excited to do and i was gonna like take my time with my filter ahead of time because there's still some dis- i'm starting from scratch with
18:02.945 --> 18:04.946
[SPEAKER_01]: You just in terms of like item management, right?
18:05.026 --> 18:09.188
[SPEAKER_01]: My filter design for the last one was basically just hide crap that's pointless.
18:09.748 --> 18:09.928
[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
18:10.208 --> 18:15.471
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I'd also have a build specific one that hid everything else that was awesome, but wasn't going to be for my build.
18:16.952 --> 18:19.493
[SPEAKER_01]: But with this one, like they're still figuring out that.
18:20.273 --> 18:33.256
[SPEAKER_01]: They were in my mind that they were supposed to be figuring out how drops were working since it started but now I guess now that they've got all their end game content now they're kind of starting that that idea of like drops and stuff because they don't even have all their items, oh yeah right.
18:34.536 --> 18:47.179
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't want to go too crazy with my filter, but at the same time they've really like okay this is these like when you know what leagues you're doing, you kind of have an idea of how you want your drops to work.
18:47.499 --> 18:49.040
[SPEAKER_01]: or you kind of hope anyway, right?
18:49.220 --> 18:54.802
[SPEAKER_01]: So this is kind of the one league where I'm like, okay, it's finally time where I'm not just doing cosmetic stuff.
18:54.843 --> 19:06.548
[SPEAKER_01]: I can, you know, kind of trust the process with where the rat right now with things and so I'm but I'm kind of starting from scratch with themes and what shows up and what doesn't and now end game is quote unquote finalized.
19:06.788 --> 19:10.530
[SPEAKER_01]: I know that it's still beta so they could easily change it by December but right.
19:11.000 --> 19:17.548
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, I was spending a little bit more time making some decisions there and figuring things out and then, um, they have the same thing I got.
19:18.329 --> 19:19.711
[SPEAKER_01]: I was all ready to go.
19:20.211 --> 19:23.235
[SPEAKER_01]: We're hoping like my whole day was supposed to be empty kind of thing.
19:23.255 --> 19:27.260
[SPEAKER_01]: So I could just like casually get into it and enjoy the start and it didn't work out for me.
19:27.280 --> 19:29.702
[SPEAKER_00]: Did you not get in and then go out and then get stuck?
19:30.463 --> 19:31.803
[SPEAKER_01]: I went back and forth.
19:31.863 --> 19:41.966
[SPEAKER_01]: The pets were, it was one of those full moon days and the pets were just absolutely nuts and like a walk-in-or furniture and lamps and all this dumb stuff and getting into things I didn't even know we had in the house.
19:42.946 --> 19:46.067
[SPEAKER_01]: So just one of those things doorbell goes and all that kind of things.
19:46.147 --> 19:50.768
[SPEAKER_01]: So I only had an hour and a half, like from 1pm to 2.30 when the kids come home, but man,
19:52.692 --> 19:54.932
[SPEAKER_01]: There's got to be like a raccoon or something.
19:54.953 --> 20:00.714
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, we're like, my office is right next to, it's like below the driveway kind of thing.
20:00.974 --> 20:01.114
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
20:02.054 --> 20:04.795
[SPEAKER_01]: That light, the light sensor for the driver.
20:04.815 --> 20:08.375
[SPEAKER_01]: D-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d
20:23.285 --> 20:35.769
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to I played a tiny bit while making dinner I intentionally just did a frozen lasagna tonight so I could play and so that's where the the Segway comes in is I was playing and it was fine but it was frustrating for me because um
20:38.044 --> 21:01.730
[SPEAKER_01]: I start as a warrior and doing may skills and those three may skills you get until you unlock like for me like as soon as I unlock one of those like shield charge or um you know just but she can get it the gem level three as you go and think the first two gem levels it is such a tedious experience like the arrow we ever done monk
21:03.755 --> 21:19.425
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I was watching Logan do it, it's painful, like painful, vulnerable, you're just your skills or what you're talking about right now is actually why I decided to change my mind and not go anything melee, I went range in the end.
21:19.805 --> 21:20.205
[SPEAKER_00]: Interesting.
21:20.386 --> 21:24.588
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I just I've melee frustrated me and I was like, what am I doing?
21:24.608 --> 21:25.289
[SPEAKER_00]: Why am I doing this?
21:25.369 --> 21:27.090
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to actually do second eye.
21:27.110 --> 21:31.333
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to actually want to play somewhat enjoy the process and I love melee.
21:31.353 --> 21:33.074
[SPEAKER_00]: You know I love the slams the big stuff.
21:33.955 --> 21:34.756
[SPEAKER_00]: I just didn't want to do it.
21:35.096 --> 21:36.257
[SPEAKER_00]: I felt like it was going to drive me crazy.
21:36.957 --> 21:37.337
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
21:37.357 --> 21:44.202
[SPEAKER_01]: I keep making sure like he's not been with the bathroom, but I which he's probably fine, but never he's in one of those weird moves.
21:44.282 --> 21:45.063
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, I am
21:46.905 --> 21:55.610
[SPEAKER_01]: the same kind of thing but as soon as you get those skills where you can always hold up a shield and you're doing damage at the same time, you know, like in Dark Souls with your spear, poke, poke, poke, poke.
21:56.050 --> 22:06.375
[SPEAKER_01]: The game really opens up, but until then, like the, the, it's just crazy, like the amount of chaos damage that's ranged or just regular physical arrows, like it's, it's just, it's a lot.
22:06.796 --> 22:08.897
[SPEAKER_01]: And so you start clicking on these runes and it's like you just,
22:09.557 --> 22:10.939
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, even if there's only five enemies.
22:10.959 --> 22:12.060
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, after all, I'm a range.
22:12.080 --> 22:13.002
[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, okay, come on.
22:13.422 --> 22:16.647
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you know, you try and do the double leap to get to them.
22:16.687 --> 22:17.868
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you're like, you just did it.
22:17.888 --> 22:20.772
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm hitting my life last just as much as a bit of my skill gems, right?
22:20.792 --> 22:23.055
[SPEAKER_01]: So it was a tedious experience, but just for the first two.
22:23.095 --> 22:25.819
[SPEAKER_01]: And now, these aren't new criticisms, right?
22:25.899 --> 22:26.480
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just, no.
22:27.080 --> 22:36.707
[SPEAKER_01]: In my mind with how I, if I worked there, I would have said, you know, do the game balance and progress and then, you know, they did it backwards to the way that I would have voted for, which fine, whatever.
22:36.747 --> 22:37.888
[SPEAKER_01]: And so this isn't anything new.
22:38.008 --> 22:40.269
[SPEAKER_01]: I knew what I was getting into when I started with warrior.
22:40.349 --> 22:42.270
[SPEAKER_01]: I know the two skills, three skills.
22:42.871 --> 22:45.012
[SPEAKER_01]: And I hate them until shield charge shows up.
22:45.052 --> 22:48.415
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know I hate shield charge until resonate shield shows up except.
22:49.542 --> 22:50.402
[SPEAKER_01]: They changed something.
22:50.462 --> 22:54.244
[SPEAKER_01]: So I had a post, which, whatever, I was just happy that I got to make a post.
22:54.264 --> 22:57.125
[SPEAKER_01]: But it was just about how janky the game is, right?
22:57.145 --> 23:06.188
[SPEAKER_01]: Like collision detection between users when a boss like what's the one of the two underground the crypt bosses, one of them's a guy, one of them's the...
23:06.888 --> 23:13.532
[SPEAKER_01]: later, even guy, when he does this, he's just like a bunch of like quick attacks when he's like stepping towards you.
23:14.053 --> 23:21.718
[SPEAKER_01]: When that hits your character, the screen, so a lot of big bosses rare sometimes do it too depending on what it is.
23:21.738 --> 23:30.663
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how they wait their skills, but it's like it really janks the screen trying to get pie users really janky and then there's just some skills like shield
23:35.126 --> 23:43.250
[SPEAKER_01]: I was struggling so, so bad that I'm like fine, I'm just going to do shield charge anyway, and I'll just tolerate it until I get to Gem level 5.
23:44.050 --> 23:45.110
[SPEAKER_01]: They change something, man.
23:45.591 --> 23:45.831
[SPEAKER_01]: Better?
23:46.491 --> 23:52.994
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I maybe I missed it in the patch notes, maybe they intentionally didn't put in the patch notes, whichever it is, I don't care, man.
23:53.654 --> 23:55.835
[SPEAKER_01]: Shield charge is so much smoother.
23:56.095 --> 24:02.878
[SPEAKER_01]: It's still a little stupid, like no matter what melee options, you know, like the auto targeting that controller has, no matter what I choose,
24:07.272 --> 24:09.777
[SPEAKER_01]: 80% smarter, 20% stupid, right?
24:09.977 --> 24:12.121
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but not Janky.
24:13.123 --> 24:14.726
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I could actually use it.
24:15.728 --> 24:38.745
[SPEAKER_01]: because it starts, so GGG huge compliment to whoever it was that fine-tune the movement for shield charge and or other travel skills because man when I am it starts smooth and it ends smooth even if I'm hitting like because the idea is to collide with an enemy at the end of the skill it's all smooth like I as somebody who's heavily
24:42.488 --> 24:43.709
[SPEAKER_01]: I can use that skill.
24:43.729 --> 24:52.836
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm actually considering my whole plan was Resonate Shield, but because of the stun bonus that Shield charged us and the fact that I can cover distance, I don't care if I start slowly.
24:53.477 --> 24:53.817
[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
24:53.857 --> 24:58.600
[SPEAKER_01]: Then I start going, I'm actually considering just sticking with that skill.
24:59.461 --> 24:59.701
[SPEAKER_00]: Cool.
25:00.182 --> 25:06.587
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so anyway, so but once I did that the game opened up, but it was very tedious for me, and then there's a really long story.
25:06.607 --> 25:13.113
[SPEAKER_01]: But whatever I like it, um, I had to quit kids to come home from school and the first two gem levels were paying the bus.
25:13.133 --> 25:15.034
[SPEAKER_01]: So when I'm dying and some stupid I'm like, ah,
25:16.375 --> 25:17.455
[SPEAKER_01]: Leave five minutes early.
25:17.715 --> 25:19.616
[SPEAKER_01]: Go outside of the dog wait for the kids outside.
25:19.636 --> 25:28.297
[SPEAKER_01]: I greet them outside I let them play video games today, right because, you know, league lunch day, good day for video games I have this frozen lasagna.
25:28.577 --> 25:35.419
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have to do anything for So great our 40 in there plus 50 minutes plus not no superstore.
25:35.439 --> 25:35.919
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not bigger.
25:36.019 --> 25:38.239
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay with more meat We actually don't like the Costco one.
25:38.299 --> 25:42.100
[SPEAKER_01]: It's so small a Costco like the only thing that's sold small cost goes lasagna
25:43.300 --> 25:46.801
[SPEAKER_01]: And then the Walmart ones just like doesn't even have meat in it.
25:47.441 --> 25:47.862
[SPEAKER_01]: Lame.
25:49.082 --> 25:50.823
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what you said, it gets the expectations.
25:51.843 --> 25:53.243
[SPEAKER_01]: But they don't care because they have hope.
25:54.204 --> 25:54.864
[SPEAKER_01]: I crush this hope.
25:55.684 --> 25:56.184
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be expecting.
25:56.204 --> 25:56.644
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be expecting.
25:56.664 --> 25:57.105
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be expecting.
25:58.705 --> 26:12.839
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyways, so then the kids are playing and all right, so now I get to like sit back down I got another hour and a half right just gonna unlock gym level three I know it's coming around the corner like things are gonna be good And that's when GGG had their like nobody could log in after the patch.
26:12.859 --> 26:13.199
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like oh
26:15.281 --> 26:16.242
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, it did.
26:16.302 --> 26:19.604
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know how long it took them, but I wasn't able to play before dinner.
26:21.125 --> 26:22.627
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm still an act one.
26:22.667 --> 26:27.410
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just at or just beat the executioner.
26:27.990 --> 26:30.132
[SPEAKER_01]: And I got to go back and find Renley's dumb tools.
26:30.892 --> 26:33.875
[SPEAKER_01]: But the area resets and I got to go through the whole dumb area again.
26:34.555 --> 26:41.320
[SPEAKER_00]: I wonder if if there was a change to shield charge if that affected anything else because one of my problems with the Druid.
26:41.360 --> 26:45.263
[SPEAKER_00]: I really like the bear but I hated the rampaging roar.
26:45.283 --> 26:47.825
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was called, but you would like it up on your legs and start running.
26:47.845 --> 26:49.466
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I loved it.
26:49.486 --> 26:55.230
[SPEAKER_00]: It was so fun except that you would like tickle a rock and all of a sudden your Druid would just stop.
26:55.831 --> 27:01.895
[SPEAKER_00]: So I am curious if they've improved that because that was a reason why I didn't go mess around with it all this time as well.
27:03.256 --> 27:05.160
[SPEAKER_00]: For any of these tools, I'm at Act 3, and
27:09.085 --> 27:12.166
[SPEAKER_01]: I think I'd just stop what's that, too?
27:12.226 --> 27:20.047
[SPEAKER_01]: That's, um, Jamirakway and then act three is not the roots.
27:20.947 --> 27:24.148
[SPEAKER_00]: It's the stupid above ground underground back in time, forward in time.
27:24.608 --> 27:25.308
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's accurate.
27:25.368 --> 27:25.608
[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
27:25.628 --> 27:32.910
[SPEAKER_01]: Did they, uh, so Jamie, I'm actually looking forward to that because they said they made changes to how the campaign progresses.
27:32.970 --> 27:34.590
[SPEAKER_01]: I noticed the, um,
27:36.011 --> 27:39.633
[SPEAKER_01]: what's the area where you first meet the king of the mess you have to do the three rituals.
27:39.833 --> 27:41.814
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the fair.
27:41.854 --> 27:45.856
[SPEAKER_01]: They've shrunk up before and I think they shrank it again.
27:45.876 --> 27:52.600
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's like pointing out in that section now we're great like where they point to where they are.
27:53.200 --> 27:57.883
[SPEAKER_00]: That was the only spot in all of Act 1 where I was like, oh, okay, that's a little bit helpful.
27:57.963 --> 28:00.905
[SPEAKER_00]: I actually didn't find I tried looking
28:03.066 --> 28:04.827
[SPEAKER_00]: These secret things to follow.
28:04.907 --> 28:06.368
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they don't have a big enough radius.
28:06.908 --> 28:07.529
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't see them.
28:07.809 --> 28:12.451
[SPEAKER_01]: I saw it on the mini map before I saw the stuff on the ground to help me out right with all of them all of them.
28:13.212 --> 28:22.137
[SPEAKER_01]: It was just it was still a lot more it was still I mean they can change it and I'm sure they will but it was still easier to just hug the right like in in the
28:31.362 --> 28:33.523
[SPEAKER_01]: They pointed, but it didn't matter.
28:33.543 --> 28:38.324
[SPEAKER_01]: The point, because I was hugging the right, and that was how I was going to get to the many way.
28:38.364 --> 28:39.704
[SPEAKER_01]: There was no shortcut.
28:39.784 --> 28:47.506
[SPEAKER_01]: I tried taking the shortcut once, and it was like, no, I just went to the middle, and like, all these awkward places that took me forever to get there, and it wasn't there.
28:47.526 --> 28:49.766
[SPEAKER_01]: It was actually pointing to the very far corner of the world.
28:49.786 --> 28:51.147
[SPEAKER_01]: I would have eventually gone anyway.
28:51.827 --> 28:58.448
[SPEAKER_01]: So in my role with how the map rolled, it wasn't helpful, because it was just hugging
29:01.469 --> 29:21.675
[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I'm looking forward to them fine-tuning that kind of stuff because that kind of stuff is a lot of fun I really enjoyed I still I don't know like the legend path one where it's like The when you're at the way point the direction of the rocks or things well just those little things that you you play for three years And you don't realize and then someone says it's hearing like oh, that's cool And then it just sticks forever kind of like haunted mansion.
29:21.695 --> 29:26.316
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was I don't think it's a map that they've had for a while in path one maybe not but
29:27.336 --> 29:29.538
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not a layout that I like at all.
29:29.638 --> 29:49.293
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like the map playing the map, but it's one of my favorite maps because I think it was the very first exile con, was when some of the artists were saying, that's one of our favorite little things that we did because nobody ever notices, but when you get closer to the paintings, they get creepier and then as you zoom out, they're a little bit more friendly and it's like, no way.
29:49.333 --> 29:52.555
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I, that's one of my favorite maps even though I don't like playing it, right?
29:53.236 --> 29:56.158
[SPEAKER_01]: So looking forward to them, fine tuning that kind of stuff for this game.
29:57.433 --> 30:01.974
[SPEAKER_00]: I think I, so I'm only starting act three of just done like maybe the first two zones.
30:03.335 --> 30:07.776
[SPEAKER_00]: I was hoping for more of something where I'd be like, okay, this is speeding it up.
30:07.976 --> 30:11.777
[SPEAKER_00]: I have felt like there's a couple areas that they, so I'm back too.
30:11.817 --> 30:20.059
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, you go through a couple areas where like, okay, that's a, that seems like a bit of an improvement or helpful, and then you go to the next zone and you're like, what the heck?
30:20.879 --> 30:21.219
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
30:21.519 --> 30:22.599
[SPEAKER_00]: You made this one worse.
30:22.900 --> 30:24.460
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like they shrunk the dread not.
30:25.643 --> 30:37.574
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, no, I mean, they took out one of the dreadnoughts and then they just took like 40% of it and tacked it on to the existing They just make the first one gender is just longer.
30:37.594 --> 30:47.544
[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I mean, I have felt like there's some areas I'm hopeful in Act 3 because Act 3 to me is the worst by far.
30:47.584 --> 30:49.225
[SPEAKER_00]: It's the worst Act for trying to get through
30:50.441 --> 30:52.062
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I'm whole- Is it full?
30:52.882 --> 30:53.062
[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
30:54.023 --> 30:55.063
[SPEAKER_01]: Is it the time travel part?
30:55.083 --> 31:03.168
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that's obviously the worst, where it's like, you have to go back and forth to interact with the map and then it's like, you can't even like, you travel back to the home base.
31:03.208 --> 31:07.070
[SPEAKER_01]: But then you have to go through the portal that you can't even access from the way point.
31:07.090 --> 31:10.812
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to walk all the way around, then you go through the portal, then you can talk to your NPCs.
31:11.512 --> 31:12.413
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I'm hoping.
31:13.333 --> 31:14.133
[SPEAKER_01]: gets fixed somehow.
31:14.174 --> 31:16.135
[SPEAKER_01]: Like your waypoint just lets you travel through time.
31:16.735 --> 31:17.355
[SPEAKER_01]: Something like that.
31:17.615 --> 31:23.138
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so that's not the part that I feel hangs up or slows the you down.
31:23.198 --> 31:25.679
[SPEAKER_00]: Like the they did one improvement.
31:25.699 --> 31:28.581
[SPEAKER_00]: The only thing I saw was because I got to the infested bearer.
31:29.261 --> 31:31.162
[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a waypoint now right at the beginning.
31:31.322 --> 31:33.543
[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't think that there was before.
31:33.563 --> 31:36.105
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that was one where you had to try and find the waypoint.
31:37.005 --> 31:37.886
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe I'm thinking of it wrong.
31:37.906 --> 31:44.191
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember, but for me, it's like the lever area.
31:44.372 --> 31:52.879
[SPEAKER_00]: It's any time you go into the right that they have passed down or whatever the city under water is huge.
31:55.522 --> 31:59.687
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, I just, it just feels like it's two acts much together or one and a half much together.
31:59.747 --> 32:06.195
[SPEAKER_00]: So my hope is that they just make that a little bit smoother because I don't feel like my time has been bad.
32:06.235 --> 32:08.578
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I did not get a ton of time to play in the beginning.
32:08.618 --> 32:09.960
[SPEAKER_00]: I kept getting pulled over calls.
32:10.981 --> 32:20.103
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I felt good at by being like someone intact three already, but, um, as I'm going through it, I'm just wondering, like, could I do this again?
32:20.123 --> 32:23.965
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, obviously right now is not the best time to decide if I want to play another character, right?
32:24.005 --> 32:29.646
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, trying to decide if it is this a good enough fix where I would be fine playing it again.
32:29.706 --> 32:33.687
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't feel like I can fully judge that yet because I still want to play through three.
32:34.447 --> 32:35.248
[SPEAKER_01]: But what's your character?
32:35.428 --> 32:36.108
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going range.
32:36.148 --> 32:36.608
[SPEAKER_00]: What are you doing?
32:37.188 --> 32:38.049
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm playing a ranger.
32:38.429 --> 32:39.289
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going dead.
32:39.309 --> 32:40.290
[SPEAKER_00]: I am going easy.
32:40.950 --> 32:42.511
[SPEAKER_00]: Just range shoot lightning arrow.
32:42.832 --> 32:43.732
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll move to eye shot.
32:44.853 --> 32:49.676
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I really wanted to go Gemly and Legionnaire.
32:50.456 --> 32:56.300
[SPEAKER_00]: I could find so little information about it online that made me comfortable with like starting it and playing it.
32:57.227 --> 33:24.142
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that about beta though, that's what I've like, that's why I was really hoping that GG was gonna do the opposite in terms of how they developed the game, instead of like starting an game and going back that they would start from like character creation of the aircraft and because this is so exciting to me that I'm bait my best source of information for anything is in the game and might not even be answered yet and therefore I need to try it.
33:24.982 --> 33:34.849
[SPEAKER_01]: Unfortunately, we both hate the ascension process, so trying some things is very tedious, but it is really exciting for me.
33:34.929 --> 33:39.332
[SPEAKER_01]: It just sucks that for me, the theory crafting isn't really there.
33:39.812 --> 33:40.453
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
33:40.653 --> 33:45.416
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, well, and it takes too long to get to the stage of trying to
33:50.990 --> 34:05.594
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there's just too many skills that are garbage to have right off the bat, and so it's really hard to try and get a handle on what you want to do, and because Mercenary was the only class I've never played any at all.
34:06.155 --> 34:09.996
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, man, if I start this, and I get crabby.
34:11.183 --> 34:22.828
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to play anymore, and then I've just wasted, you know, I'm going to have a negative opinion of what 0.5 is before I even get to see what this huge changes that they've introduced at the end of the, uh, at the end of the game.
34:22.888 --> 34:30.752
[SPEAKER_01]: So, and I'm looking forward to that because as we were like getting ready to record, I was like, hey, as we were getting ready to record, I was,
34:32.716 --> 34:45.389
[SPEAKER_01]: Like not practicing or anything, but I'm like I'm not gonna talk about like I have stuff to talk about, but like none of it's new like I did act one I've clicked on some runes and Like all that all they're giving me are runes.
34:45.889 --> 34:48.091
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, none of my gear has any runes sockets.
34:48.392 --> 34:50.353
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm gonna get like trans music and
34:50.974 --> 34:53.956
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I can't have it like transbeets aren't hard to come by, right?
34:53.996 --> 34:56.238
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm getting like getting trans by, I got plenty.
34:56.878 --> 34:59.300
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm using them often, and I'm not running out.
34:59.460 --> 35:07.965
[SPEAKER_01]: So, but, but like, whatever, I just like the room versus how many sockets are available while you're leveling isn't really at a good balance yet.
35:08.146 --> 35:08.886
[SPEAKER_01]: Whatever, that's fine.
35:08.926 --> 35:12.048
[SPEAKER_01]: The most thing that I'm getting are rooms because that's what the leaves called sweet.
35:12.128 --> 35:13.509
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just talking about life goes on.
35:13.569 --> 35:16.111
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe you can vendor them and combine them into something better.
35:16.131 --> 35:16.411
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
35:16.931 --> 35:17.092
[SPEAKER_01]: But,
35:18.250 --> 35:35.181
[SPEAKER_01]: I am not, so one of my big criticisms in the past has been that you just don't get enough even if you're doing like all the side bosses that don't get you anything except for a support gem drop, even then it doesn't really give you enough to try stuff out, you know what I mean.
35:35.622 --> 35:35.902
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
35:36.322 --> 35:36.582
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
35:36.682 --> 35:42.306
[SPEAKER_01]: And so like for example, I was using Earthquake because I was just, I was hating the
35:47.169 --> 35:49.450
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm like, fine, you know what, I'm just gonna do Earthquake.
35:49.470 --> 35:51.110
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'll suck it up, I'll do this.
35:51.570 --> 35:55.112
[SPEAKER_01]: But then the two supports that I had, I can't move to anything else.
35:55.332 --> 35:57.912
[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's a duration and like a slam.
35:57.952 --> 35:59.993
[SPEAKER_01]: And the other ones I was doing weren't technically slams.
36:00.033 --> 36:01.894
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, well, I can't even move these supports over.
36:02.734 --> 36:10.076
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's one big thing that's really nice about this league is I'm getting support gems from these rooms that I'm chipping away at.
36:10.336 --> 36:11.336
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's really nice.
36:11.376 --> 36:12.517
[SPEAKER_01]: Because then it's given me
36:13.257 --> 36:14.418
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know this ahead of time.
36:14.518 --> 36:18.622
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just thankful for it in retrospect because now I've been able to, okay, sweet.
36:18.662 --> 36:21.886
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not sticking with Earthquake and I'm not screwed.
36:22.226 --> 36:28.112
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't actually feel like I need to restart and I know that might sound cheesy, but at the end of the day like
36:29.406 --> 36:43.295
[SPEAKER_01]: Act one act to like I'm a real trash stuff out you want to try being a mercenary with some grenades Well, I don't know how many supports I need I just got tried out feel what's like after two seconds like oh, no And I know what I thought that meant and it's like what where's my next one coming?
36:43.315 --> 36:56.783
[SPEAKER_01]: I got to beat two bosses to try and figure that out like that's that's a lot of content especially when you have If you're not familiar with a class or type of skill or you're not liking a skill the idea of getting swarmed with some of these things or magic and like it's a lot right?
36:56.944 --> 36:57.304
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a lot.
36:57.424 --> 36:58.785
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean there's been sometimes where
37:00.257 --> 37:11.823
[SPEAKER_01]: If I wasn't going with the skill where my shield was constantly up and blocking, this new contents like pretty rippy, they start, I mean, you see the spawn where they're going to spawn.
37:11.843 --> 37:16.245
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't know what's going to spawn, but you see the spawn similar to a strong box and you're like, okay, okay, that's cool.
37:16.285 --> 37:21.248
[SPEAKER_01]: But there's been a couple of times where it's just, it was like, they called ranged all at once.
37:21.288 --> 37:23.409
[SPEAKER_01]: It was like what high stores at the beginning, almost.
37:23.429 --> 37:25.650
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, not to the same degree, but I'm act one.
37:25.670 --> 37:27.071
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I'm level six and a half.
37:29.832 --> 37:32.153
[SPEAKER_00]: But I didn't even know you were there, kind of thing, right?
37:32.233 --> 37:35.113
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, it's been good.
37:35.153 --> 37:38.474
[SPEAKER_01]: I've been enjoying the access.
37:38.594 --> 37:48.376
[SPEAKER_01]: And that'd be really cool if maybe in future, the league content just provided that, like that was what the encouragement for the league content was the reward for you do this.
37:48.736 --> 37:50.176
[SPEAKER_01]: You'll have more options for the aircraft.
37:50.196 --> 37:51.417
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, at least through the campaigns.
37:51.737 --> 37:52.617
[SPEAKER_00]: At least through the campaign.
37:52.977 --> 37:59.342
[SPEAKER_00]: Like it was really good for support sent for additional skill gems through the campaign that was nice.
37:59.722 --> 38:01.303
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought that they were fun.
38:01.343 --> 38:06.026
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I got a unique bow from doing it just like as you go further on.
38:06.066 --> 38:09.749
[SPEAKER_00]: And then when you get to your first craft, like it into put ward on an item was fun.
38:09.769 --> 38:11.610
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that was fun.
38:11.850 --> 38:16.474
[SPEAKER_01]: I got a rune that gives ward and I didn't try it out because I don't have any secrets.
38:17.454 --> 38:22.058
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, but if you when you complete the quest line for him in act one,
38:22.838 --> 38:25.419
[SPEAKER_00]: he opens up the crafting with pruning.
38:26.619 --> 38:30.680
[SPEAKER_00]: Varusium, some, I don't know you, but if you see it, but I think you can I craft it.
38:30.980 --> 38:44.883
[SPEAKER_01]: They'd maybe, I don't know, I've always wished that, especially with large areas, they need to be a little, maybe have a little bit more fine-tune rules for where Lee content shows up, because he's still like, oh, fine, the thing in this area, find the thing in this area, I'm like, I'm not exploring the horror layer for this.
38:44.903 --> 38:47.064
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you draw it, I'm clicking it.
38:47.324 --> 38:49.884
[SPEAKER_01]: But if I don't, I'm missing out and I do not care.
38:53.045 --> 38:53.966
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I know that sucks.
38:54.026 --> 39:12.138
[SPEAKER_00]: It would be ridiculous if I have to go back to that area and it's just not going to be available in the next area It doesn't really have to it doesn't I have to go back and explore the whole area where it's not going to be at the beginning or at the end of the area It's three set areas in three different zones of each act
39:12.978 --> 39:34.855
[SPEAKER_00]: and you have to so specifically kef for example is a set of rune stones you need to click on and it's only in kef for that one so unlike the last league where it's like oh you missed it in the last one that's not what they did not follow that amazing decision making now your quest continues to tell you where you need to go but it is specific to the zone and
39:38.960 --> 39:40.100
[SPEAKER_01]: They are too, aren't they?
39:40.741 --> 39:44.562
[SPEAKER_00]: I had my, especially after this whole hay, we've made areas smaller.
39:44.582 --> 39:50.643
[SPEAKER_00]: I had missed mine in Act 2 and when I got the third one, I was like, huh, I'm kind of close to the end of this act.
39:50.683 --> 39:53.084
[SPEAKER_00]: And then he's like, there's one more in Keth.
39:53.264 --> 39:54.965
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, you mother effort.
39:55.005 --> 39:58.226
[SPEAKER_00]: Now I got, so I had to run through all of Keth to try and find it.
39:58.246 --> 40:02.547
[SPEAKER_00]: Now granted, it's not like it took forever, but I still did have to run around to find it.
40:03.959 --> 40:12.784
[SPEAKER_00]: But the process of what it is has been fun, being able to use the Runic Ward, actually did save me one time, which was cool to see.
40:13.685 --> 40:17.787
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, now it's been pretty good.
40:18.582 --> 40:22.426
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Ward is applied, it's only on your item.
40:22.626 --> 40:32.675
[SPEAKER_01]: It's technically part of the defense of structure of it and it does lower whatever the defense, which isn't a word anymore of the item, right?
40:32.695 --> 40:36.019
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that only happens over 50-9 or something, right?
40:36.059 --> 40:36.699
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, thank you.
40:36.759 --> 40:40.022
[SPEAKER_01]: Sorry, so I guess you're- I guess you're- I'm not even there yet.
40:41.824 --> 40:43.566
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, that is what it is.
40:43.586 --> 40:45.688
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's the only way to get it.
40:45.768 --> 40:49.732
[SPEAKER_01]: Like there's no character word, it's item word, right?
40:49.792 --> 40:51.153
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's applied to your item.
40:51.173 --> 40:55.657
[SPEAKER_01]: The only time I've seen it, but I mean, I'm still only halfway through act one is a room that would apply it.
40:56.218 --> 40:58.220
[SPEAKER_01]: Ruins or crafting, right?
40:58.560 --> 41:04.306
[SPEAKER_01]: But it is just via items and mods and it's applied to the item like a defense like armor of vision.
41:04.906 --> 41:19.184
[SPEAKER_01]: right cuz it can only be on armor right okay so there's no character word when it's just hovering like life or anything like that okay don't think so yeah so man yeah i don't mind it you've been having fun
41:21.157 --> 41:35.227
[SPEAKER_00]: no in act one honestly no i mean i i knew that it wasn't going to be i just find it a slog early on it's really uh i watched that i had to help Logan with his monkey actually tears credit did really well with going back and having to do it but you know like the
41:36.388 --> 41:50.338
[SPEAKER_00]: Mass like zone three or four where it's all the Pustules blown up underground and you're trying to like walk through this tiny corridor and These guys are throwing rain shit at you and like oh, it's it's like watch He's no stage of the game.
41:50.378 --> 41:51.159
[SPEAKER_00]: We're at right?
41:51.399 --> 42:00.546
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it really sucked and then it's like the other area where you're getting introduced to the red veil Almost like ranged chaos shooters.
42:00.606 --> 42:03.648
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like yeah Yeah, so
42:05.148 --> 42:10.611
[SPEAKER_00]: Like for range character, it was definitely better for me because you can stand back a bit.
42:10.671 --> 42:18.455
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, it was, it sucked watching him, that's going to be so loud, love it.
42:18.715 --> 42:21.137
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, I, yeah, for me, it wasn't terrible, but
42:22.037 --> 42:26.359
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't have fun until I got further in, like, Jeffrey was a one shot, which was good.
42:26.399 --> 42:27.699
[SPEAKER_00]: I was able to do it the first try.
42:28.680 --> 42:32.781
[SPEAKER_00]: Same with your Miracle, but like, it got better once I got further into Act 2.
42:32.801 --> 42:33.622
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
42:33.642 --> 42:34.842
[SPEAKER_00]: But the beginning was tough.
42:34.882 --> 42:39.804
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you're just running around just, like, please give me any damage.
42:39.944 --> 42:41.085
[SPEAKER_00]: Please, like, just something.
42:41.165 --> 42:41.385
[SPEAKER_00]: So,
42:42.925 --> 42:43.866
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it took me a bit.
42:43.926 --> 43:03.640
[SPEAKER_00]: I almost braged quit right off the bat like a big baby because I was not in a good mood because it work and then the first thing I just happened to come across in the very first section is the stupid cold witch and she probably killed me like four times and I was like fuck get this I did end up skipping her and came back to her later, but
43:04.901 --> 43:23.706
[SPEAKER_01]: That's like that is actually that one and who else is perfect the mist king in the red veil were perfect for earthquake They're just like yeah, you place you place it like a mine and you run around and then boom and it's like it's really good for just clearing all the extra crap
43:24.306 --> 43:36.113
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and then when you're not actually focused on attacking, those two fights are a lot easier because you're just dancing around all the stuff, they're just really strong attacks if you get caught in them, right?
43:36.534 --> 43:41.416
[SPEAKER_01]: So Earthquake was actually perfect for me, and so I didn't struggle with those two, but I did with other things.
43:41.997 --> 43:48.160
[SPEAKER_01]: It's funny, though, as soon as you get into, like, for me, with one of those shield skills, we're actively blocking.
43:49.641 --> 43:51.863
[SPEAKER_01]: It's, and GGG please don't change it.
43:51.983 --> 43:58.127
[SPEAKER_01]: It's really nice to have something that you can look forward to to get through tedious content easily.
43:58.167 --> 43:59.407
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, please don't use this.
43:59.487 --> 43:59.968
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
44:00.328 --> 44:03.390
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you mean in the sake that it just makes it a bit easier for you to be able to do that?
44:03.450 --> 44:04.330
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's good.
44:04.791 --> 44:11.835
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought the mist king and it was like in, like, the second one where you're going through the,
44:12.175 --> 44:24.522
[SPEAKER_01]: The second time you do the rituals and you talk to the guy and he gives you a fair spirit that was nice I just like chill church She'll church she'll church life-flask she'll church and it was done and I loved it I loved it.
44:24.542 --> 44:24.822
[SPEAKER_01]: I loved it.
44:24.982 --> 44:26.183
[SPEAKER_01]: It was that fight different for you
44:27.623 --> 44:30.505
[SPEAKER_01]: So I played on the computer, but through my Xbox.
44:30.525 --> 44:32.726
[SPEAKER_01]: So I wasn't playing the computer version with controller.
44:33.447 --> 44:38.190
[SPEAKER_01]: I was upstairs, we had the Montreal Carolina game on TV.
44:39.030 --> 44:40.911
[SPEAKER_01]: And so then I had the Xbox on.
44:41.812 --> 44:47.976
[SPEAKER_01]: But with the Xbox app, I was playing on the upstairs computer because the upstairs computer, I don't think in handle path, too.
44:47.996 --> 44:48.996
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't even have it installed.
44:49.577 --> 44:54.120
[SPEAKER_01]: So I was playing the Xbox version through the Xbox app on the computer.
44:55.119 --> 45:01.165
[SPEAKER_01]: and it's just like, so it's through a computer monitor, but the colors all weird and like, it was super small.
45:01.286 --> 45:03.628
[SPEAKER_01]: It was like, I was taller than the first stage of that guy.
45:03.648 --> 45:04.869
[SPEAKER_01]: And I like, I don't remember that.
45:05.570 --> 45:06.711
[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
45:06.751 --> 45:07.772
[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't like that for me.
45:08.013 --> 45:08.433
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
45:08.793 --> 45:16.862
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't find anything, trying to think if I noticed anything that was quite a bit different.
45:17.102 --> 45:17.683
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't remember.
45:18.988 --> 45:27.931
[SPEAKER_00]: I found the zones that I didn't like, still not liking, you know, like a red, shit, de-gen, believe stuff as I'm going towards Gregory.
45:28.211 --> 45:31.873
[SPEAKER_01]: Not a fan, in super dark hallways and all.
45:31.893 --> 45:37.075
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and new, like you, I don't have a defense against it anyway, so I'm just trying to sprint through it.
45:38.055 --> 45:38.215
[SPEAKER_00]: But,
45:39.582 --> 45:51.614
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for me, I started to like it a bit more as I got back to so far and act three, it's going not too bad, but you know Logan walks in here when I start acting and he's like, you're damaged seems pretty bad, like, just kidding.
45:52.115 --> 45:53.596
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, grounded.
45:54.037 --> 45:54.597
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right.
45:54.877 --> 45:55.538
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
45:55.718 --> 45:56.879
[SPEAKER_00]: So for my next week.
45:57.540 --> 46:10.610
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, it's slow going, but whatever stuff's done, I think, uh, yeah, I did my first ascendancy, and I didn't have any problem with that, like it got better, like I said as I got further along, I did not do my ascendancy until
46:12.043 --> 46:14.885
[SPEAKER_00]: Like right before doing Jermere, I think.
46:14.905 --> 46:17.367
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I just wasn't sure about it.
46:17.427 --> 46:21.070
[SPEAKER_00]: How I'd feel about doing Sakuwa, not getting hit.
46:21.170 --> 46:25.052
[SPEAKER_00]: But again, when I'm doing range, that was another reason why I was like, yeah, I'm okay with this.
46:25.693 --> 46:30.056
[SPEAKER_00]: At least I can play a Naked Angry right now from like whatever.
46:30.476 --> 46:36.501
[SPEAKER_00]: I would really still like, I was watching him play the monk and I was kind of like, and it is a really fun play style, but then I was watching him go,
46:37.791 --> 46:38.772
[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, what do I pick?
46:38.812 --> 46:40.633
[SPEAKER_00]: What skill can I use in my, that's right.
46:41.294 --> 46:42.174
[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
46:42.194 --> 46:43.856
[SPEAKER_00]: This sucker in that's your fault.
46:44.236 --> 46:44.456
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh-huh.
46:44.856 --> 46:45.417
[SPEAKER_00]: That's funny.
46:45.977 --> 46:46.237
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
46:47.138 --> 46:48.439
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and then eats plenty or so.
46:48.599 --> 46:49.420
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, is he ever that's cool?
46:50.040 --> 46:50.280
[SPEAKER_00]: Nice.
46:51.441 --> 46:53.703
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this game's kind of funny like that.
46:53.743 --> 46:59.648
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's very much very different than Dark Souls and Elden Ring, but it's like a love Dark Souls.
47:00.248 --> 47:02.470
[SPEAKER_01]: Love, Elden Ring when it first came out.
47:03.030 --> 47:08.513
[SPEAKER_01]: But then you play through again, and you start hearing yourself, especially as you're playing with someone.
47:08.933 --> 47:15.276
[SPEAKER_01]: For the first time, so you've played it on your own, then you start going through those areas with someone you're like, oh, I hate this area.
47:15.856 --> 47:18.598
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you're like, oh, man, I hate this area so much, right?
47:18.838 --> 47:19.378
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I hate this area.
47:19.398 --> 47:25.901
[SPEAKER_01]: And then all of a sudden, like, in retrospect, you're hanging out with the person again, because you're you're gaming together, doing the camping call or whatever, and
47:27.362 --> 47:45.375
[SPEAKER_01]: you both realize you like you probably said that for every single area right now in in Dark Souls that's it's a it's a different design I really don't like the campaign leveling process like it's not I don't get excited to go through the campaign in Path of Excel
47:46.356 --> 47:54.022
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think the first few stages are just the most tedious.
47:54.362 --> 47:59.146
[SPEAKER_01]: I think as any, like, especially in Path 2 as well, or Path 1, those of your character comes together.
47:59.166 --> 48:06.932
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, as soon as you get to like the end of Act 4, you're really, like, starting to feel what you actually wanted to design, you know what I mean?
48:06.952 --> 48:09.494
[SPEAKER_01]: That's where the most of the gems come unlock at level 38.
48:09.835 --> 48:10.875
[SPEAKER_01]: You start going through things.
48:11.216 --> 48:14.959
[SPEAKER_01]: You can start taking some of that mitigation while I mean you can't enact two and three two.
48:15.599 --> 48:19.741
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you're really starting to handle like if you wanted some of those triggered gems, right, and taking damage.
48:19.821 --> 48:29.025
[SPEAKER_01]: But act one, or sorry, path to the first few stages out of all the different characters that I've played.
48:29.886 --> 48:30.846
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not interesting.
48:31.366 --> 48:34.008
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not fun to interact with the enemies.
48:34.088 --> 48:38.550
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm tolerating these experiences until I get something more enjoyable.
48:38.590 --> 48:42.592
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, that could very easily, I don't know how many people would agree with me or not, but that's just,
48:43.452 --> 48:49.816
[SPEAKER_01]: based on what I like, it skills that I like, and maybe how effective they are in the game, too, so maybe part of it's a balanced thing.
48:50.316 --> 48:59.761
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't find the initial stages overly interesting, even when it comes to supports, because the supports aren't really modifying my gear too much, right?
49:00.841 --> 49:01.022
[SPEAKER_01]: So,
49:02.102 --> 49:05.044
[SPEAKER_01]: But I am at the same time I'm I'm crazy excited for this.
49:05.465 --> 49:08.587
[SPEAKER_01]: I just I'm in act one.
49:10.388 --> 49:11.649
[SPEAKER_01]: Like what's gonna happen in act one.
49:11.729 --> 49:16.093
[SPEAKER_01]: I click on these things and there's like I get an extra transmute or an extra support gem.
49:16.873 --> 49:19.595
[SPEAKER_01]: Like there's really not anything new for me yet, right?
49:20.416 --> 49:23.738
[SPEAKER_00]: No, and you're kind of just going through the grind to try and get to the fun stuff.
49:23.838 --> 49:26.861
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah that yeah kind of is always the same thing every league.
49:27.801 --> 49:28.922
[SPEAKER_00]: I am hopeful to
49:30.043 --> 49:45.371
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I would like to see some changes in Act 3 because I currently feel like how I fell when Mark first brought up the whole short cuts and faster ways to level alt, which I think it's nonsense.
49:45.431 --> 49:52.415
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that they've maybe done some stuff to speed some things up, but I don't think it's anything that makes leveling a second character any better.
49:52.996 --> 49:54.376
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think it makes it any faster.
49:55.097 --> 49:56.478
[SPEAKER_00]: And that sucks because that is
49:58.699 --> 50:10.904
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I'm saying this maybe relatively early, but I don't think I just it doesn't seem like they made enough changes to rack one and two that all of a sudden enact three and four you're like, oh, okay, this is where they finally picked it up a bit.
50:11.404 --> 50:11.545
[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
50:11.565 --> 50:21.429
[SPEAKER_00]: So, both see once it's all actually all done, I mean, it's a league launch too, so you're your shitty, you know, I don't play second characters like you do, I will give them as much as I can to make it faster.
50:21.529 --> 50:25.531
[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, maybe it would be a little bit better, but, yeah,
50:27.193 --> 50:29.456
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I want to see the other stuff they changed.
50:29.496 --> 50:30.637
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to see the new stuff.
50:30.657 --> 50:35.263
[SPEAKER_00]: Like it was cool to see how this ruins of whatever.
50:37.946 --> 50:38.246
[SPEAKER_00]: All there.
50:38.927 --> 50:46.316
[SPEAKER_00]: Friends of all their like what else comes with that as I'm going further in because now you see the crafting, but it does seem
50:47.452 --> 51:00.769
[SPEAKER_00]: It seems very, like, beast crafting, like, Einhar, it's, you're kind of going through and you're just being presented with a bunch of blood alters, you know, that are you pick these different rooms.
51:00.809 --> 51:01.910
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like you really do.
51:02.010 --> 51:05.515
[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't even noticed, in fact, I've had someone lock where there's four slots.
51:07.078 --> 51:13.606
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought for some reason in my head that you'd be applying a rune and then you'd have to wait till the next zone and then you'd put the third one and then the next one for the fourth.
51:14.147 --> 51:14.568
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not.
51:14.608 --> 51:17.471
[SPEAKER_00]: You just pick one that's all for runes and you can use it.
51:18.192 --> 51:18.312
[SPEAKER_01]: So.
51:21.003 --> 51:24.264
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, yeah, so I'm curious to see where they go with that, but in the end, I just want to get to endgame.
51:24.644 --> 51:29.105
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to see some of these new changes with uh, yeah, whatever the whole start is stuff.
51:29.685 --> 51:37.827
[SPEAKER_01]: So when the game starts, I don't, I don't get this overly lengthy mass of area campaign bit when everybody just wants the endgame anyway.
51:38.547 --> 51:39.447
[SPEAKER_01]: They're holding on to it, though.
51:39.747 --> 51:41.188
[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't think that's going to ever change.
51:41.468 --> 51:43.608
[SPEAKER_01]: Did you try any of the build stuff like that?
51:43.628 --> 51:43.888
[SPEAKER_00]: That's
51:51.712 --> 51:59.672
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they didn't know there's zero how out there really like what I'm but yeah, I don't know what to do How do I have to even start?
52:00.475 --> 52:01.116
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good question.
52:01.336 --> 52:04.098
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw I thought I saw, well, then I guess you're going to find it.
52:04.558 --> 52:11.404
[SPEAKER_01]: Please, if you can, because I really want to, like, I want to, I'm going to take my time going through, like, this is going to be a six month league, right?
52:11.424 --> 52:15.988
[SPEAKER_01]: The next big league is going to be league, or the game launching in December.
52:16.748 --> 52:22.533
[SPEAKER_01]: So, like, I'm in no rush, so I'm going to take my time with my filter anytime, something drops in my go.
52:22.553 --> 52:22.973
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like that.
52:22.993 --> 52:24.635
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to change it right away instead of just
52:29.952 --> 52:31.773
[SPEAKER_01]: There's like, no information.
52:31.793 --> 52:33.214
[SPEAKER_01]: They said, yeah, you're going to be able to do that.
52:33.594 --> 52:37.036
[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know, who, how, what, where, where, why?
52:38.196 --> 52:47.781
[SPEAKER_00]: So this, okay, so two things, I actually did go on the Reddit for Path of Exile 2, but not like to look through anything.
52:47.822 --> 52:50.303
[SPEAKER_00]: I just was looking for something regarding this building.
52:50.923 --> 52:57.947
[SPEAKER_00]: And I found a site where you can actually like build your plan.
52:59.507 --> 53:04.488
[SPEAKER_00]: and then export it as a.Build file.
53:05.629 --> 53:06.329
[SPEAKER_00]: I just sent it to you.
53:06.389 --> 53:10.430
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, you can basically go through and build.
53:10.450 --> 53:13.251
[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea if you can import from a POB.
53:13.291 --> 53:16.312
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I had read somewhere that you could import from an existing POB.
53:17.612 --> 53:20.633
[SPEAKER_00]: And then you can actually build out your whole.
53:21.433 --> 53:21.613
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
53:21.633 --> 53:23.414
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know the details of how it works.
53:23.854 --> 53:24.074
[SPEAKER_00]: But.
53:26.098 --> 53:28.980
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's apparently you can convert your POB into it.
53:29.000 --> 53:32.402
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know if maybe does POB, you know what I didn't even check.
53:32.442 --> 53:36.884
[SPEAKER_00]: I wonder, POB supports an export to a.Build file now.
53:37.044 --> 53:41.807
[SPEAKER_01]: It didn't after the first update, but I'm sure it'll come.
53:42.408 --> 53:49.772
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just, there also needs to be the interaction with like, there's those comments you can write that show up in the game.
53:50.912 --> 53:52.372
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I think you can't with that one.
53:52.653 --> 53:53.113
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:53.153 --> 53:55.953
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, maybe maybe you can.
53:56.093 --> 53:56.213
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:56.653 --> 53:57.293
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's cool.
53:57.573 --> 53:58.114
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll save that.
53:58.134 --> 53:58.714
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll check it out.
53:59.514 --> 54:02.374
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so like, if you, do you see the link that I sent you?
54:02.835 --> 54:02.955
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
54:02.975 --> 54:03.535
[SPEAKER_00]: I clicked on it.
54:03.815 --> 54:03.955
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
54:04.095 --> 54:07.335
[SPEAKER_00]: When you're on it, you can go to the gear section and you can click on it.
54:07.355 --> 54:14.097
[SPEAKER_01]: And you have your option to describe the rare and then not to what shows in specific unique describing the rare at the first deal.
54:14.117 --> 54:14.277
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
54:14.897 --> 54:15.477
[SPEAKER_00]: It's pretty cool.
54:15.497 --> 54:18.838
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I did play around with it to see how it imports in and it's quite cool.
54:20.598 --> 54:27.199
[SPEAKER_00]: But ever when you mouse over your slot and the build planning picker really cool in the skill tree.
54:27.780 --> 54:30.140
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just up in the top left.
54:30.160 --> 54:46.403
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't see this working at all for console because unless they change it to where you can import something directly into it, when the patch happened for the PC, it automatically created a build folder in your path of Excel directory on your computer and
54:50.604 --> 54:53.745
[SPEAKER_01]: They really, like, they did such a good job with their marketing.
54:53.765 --> 54:54.626
[SPEAKER_01]: They'd like pumped.
54:54.906 --> 54:57.467
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, videos, non, stop prior to launch.
54:57.547 --> 55:01.008
[SPEAKER_01]: But there wasn't anything that was like, hey, we did this.
55:01.148 --> 55:02.889
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was very PC specific.
55:02.909 --> 55:08.971
[SPEAKER_01]: And there was zero comments on multiple videos that post reveal.
55:10.492 --> 55:26.912
[SPEAKER_01]: Then they come out with a new YouTube video for this specific thing and they show a PC process for it And then they come out with a short for it and there's a PC process and for some reason they didn't and for console you can do this or whatever Like there was there just zero mention it was just all PC and
55:27.872 --> 55:31.375
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I went on their website after the league launched.
55:31.435 --> 55:34.578
[SPEAKER_01]: There was like You know how when you click on your profile.
55:34.598 --> 55:36.479
[SPEAKER_01]: There's an item filter.
55:37.060 --> 55:37.200
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
55:37.880 --> 55:45.346
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't or not I can't link on the bottom right I guess there's nothing for builds maybe that's just a come maybe, but that's what like
55:46.287 --> 55:55.469
[SPEAKER_01]: It's, it's so, it's not a very user-friendly experience to announce this and then can you just follow disappears?
55:56.169 --> 55:59.930
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you follow a filter right now for a console account?
56:00.410 --> 56:01.530
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if you can.
56:01.870 --> 56:05.991
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, see, that's the only way I can think of that they could do it because it works the same way you click from a dropdown.
56:06.391 --> 56:11.172
[SPEAKER_00]: That being said, I have no idea how it actually works with the file itself, but bring it up again.
56:11.932 --> 56:25.197
[SPEAKER_00]: And then when you get a chance, I sent you another link that made me laugh, and this is the only other thing I saw on Reddit, and Kudos to the person who posted it, because it made me laugh, and it is titled, I'll click on it in a sec.
56:25.558 --> 56:31.440
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there's just tell you what it's titled, LAN party, we're 40, but feel 14 right now.
56:32.780 --> 56:34.041
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's awesome.
56:35.017 --> 56:42.542
[SPEAKER_00]: They remind me of like age of Empire days and like I can't remember what the other games were used to play all that's cool Get another dogs in there too.
56:43.102 --> 56:43.282
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
56:43.923 --> 56:44.703
[SPEAKER_00]: That's very cool.
56:44.983 --> 56:48.606
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's way too many cheetos, but Ah, good for them.
56:48.806 --> 56:49.226
[SPEAKER_00]: That's awesome.
56:49.266 --> 56:51.488
[SPEAKER_00]: How do you eat those cheetos and then touch a keyboard?
56:52.108 --> 56:56.551
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't That's where you get that's all my one key button bills going that's all.
56:56.591 --> 57:00.133
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, maybe controller discussing controller anyway very cool
57:02.034 --> 57:06.899
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I thought for some reason I'd heard somebody say that it was supposed to work console.
57:07.019 --> 57:09.942
[SPEAKER_00]: It's too bad that it currently doesn't maybe that's something that will change.
57:10.643 --> 57:15.167
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe 10, but like I don't I don't know if there's like nothing.
57:15.668 --> 57:17.950
[SPEAKER_01]: I was really excited about this really.
57:17.970 --> 57:21.314
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, so user, because you play on PC, you just also play on.
57:21.394 --> 57:22.875
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, I still don't know how to do it.
57:23.668 --> 57:26.990
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I got to go through like everything's non-GGG.
57:27.530 --> 57:27.970
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, of course.
57:28.430 --> 57:31.552
[SPEAKER_01]: They say this is what you can do, but there's zero starting point.
57:31.572 --> 57:34.193
[SPEAKER_01]: There's zero process, there's zero anything.
57:34.653 --> 57:43.778
[SPEAKER_01]: Even when they're like with their filters, they're not like, they even have an about page, which is the bare bare minimum on how to build blocks, but it's, yeah.
57:44.138 --> 57:51.341
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, I am curious if that was really, I really was hoping for some minor website integration,
57:53.917 --> 57:55.758
[SPEAKER_00]: with their actual website, something.
57:56.338 --> 57:56.659
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
57:57.979 --> 58:00.280
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, whatever, hopefully it'll come.
58:00.360 --> 58:05.423
[SPEAKER_01]: I was really excited for it at launch because, you know, they announced it, but it'll happen.
58:05.683 --> 58:16.209
[SPEAKER_01]: And looking forward to getting to the end game, looking forward to experiencing what the end game is, looking forward to discovering what it's going to be like for standard playthroughs going forward.
58:16.649 --> 58:20.151
[SPEAKER_01]: Because after the first couple of league launches, once the game will officially launches,
58:23.313 --> 58:30.723
[SPEAKER_01]: Really, even though I hated, I was standard and leveling was fine in path one.
58:30.883 --> 58:32.906
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I think I could adjust though.
58:33.807 --> 58:34.227
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
58:34.988 --> 58:38.012
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying one thing because I was curious about the expert.
58:38.032 --> 58:41.517
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't export from POB to a top build.
58:42.845 --> 58:46.426
[SPEAKER_00]: but you can export to max roll.
58:46.986 --> 58:48.727
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, there is an option that says new.
58:49.087 --> 58:51.368
[SPEAKER_00]: So, okay, so here's what I did, I don't know if this would work.
58:51.748 --> 58:54.749
[SPEAKER_00]: I went POB, completely just through together some points in.
58:55.289 --> 58:56.890
[SPEAKER_00]: Chose export hit generate.
58:57.070 --> 59:01.431
[SPEAKER_00]: The only option I could see in there that made any sense that wasn't POB stuff was max roll.
59:01.951 --> 59:03.112
[SPEAKER_00]: Then I clicked the link to that.
59:03.492 --> 59:06.913
[SPEAKER_00]: And at the top, it says export build planner, GGG.
59:08.360 --> 59:09.921
[SPEAKER_00]: but that does save it as a dot.
59:09.941 --> 59:10.722
[SPEAKER_00]: So you can do that.
59:11.202 --> 59:15.765
[SPEAKER_00]: You can just take your build, export it for Maxwell, and then you can import it to PC.
59:15.825 --> 59:18.647
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not gonna work on console because it exports it to a file.
59:18.867 --> 59:20.127
[SPEAKER_00]: If the download the dot build file.
59:20.948 --> 59:21.969
[SPEAKER_00]: It's cool though in game.
59:22.109 --> 59:25.011
[SPEAKER_00]: I hope that they come a little further to work on console because it was cool.
59:26.331 --> 59:26.732
[SPEAKER_00]: I liked it.
59:27.532 --> 59:28.953
[SPEAKER_00]: Just play on PC all the time time.
59:29.874 --> 59:30.694
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have a PC.
59:31.675 --> 59:31.975
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah.
59:32.876 --> 59:33.536
[SPEAKER_00]: Aaron, let them play.
59:36.605 --> 59:37.485
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, I'm allowed.
59:38.405 --> 59:40.306
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, it's been a fun league lunch.
59:40.446 --> 59:41.326
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, tedious.
59:41.386 --> 59:43.087
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, but not for anything new.
59:43.147 --> 59:46.027
[SPEAKER_01]: There's just, they haven't touched that part of the game yet.
59:46.067 --> 59:48.708
[SPEAKER_01]: So it was, uh, it was a tedious thing.
59:49.168 --> 59:53.169
[SPEAKER_01]: Unfortunate with the patch that they had that kind of kicked us out for an hour or whatever it was.
59:54.069 --> 59:55.689
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but I'm really looking forward to it.
59:55.810 --> 59:56.230
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited.
59:56.510 --> 59:59.990
[SPEAKER_01]: It was just disappointing because it could could have been like act to had a little bit more to chat about.
01:00:00.111 --> 01:00:02.331
[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm really impressed with the shield charge.
01:00:07.393 --> 01:00:12.120
[SPEAKER_01]: would ever tweaks they made to how janky collision detection was they did a great job.
01:00:12.140 --> 01:00:19.131
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm still getting stopped on occasion by a boulder that I need to hit A on and then I can go pie.
01:00:19.551 --> 01:00:22.235
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, this little interaction with the way has gone.
01:00:22.996 --> 01:00:30.907
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but then I do really like the shield charge where I can go into a whole bunch of vases or vases and just, um, they all collect all your loot.
01:00:31.628 --> 01:00:37.516
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, did you notice anything with, uh, inventory management with controller because I didn't, but I didn't do a ton of it.
01:00:38.293 --> 01:00:39.114
[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't annoyed.
01:00:39.894 --> 01:00:40.214
[SPEAKER_00]: Take it.
01:00:40.254 --> 01:00:40.615
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a way.
01:00:40.635 --> 01:00:41.575
[SPEAKER_01]: It was annoying before.
01:00:41.595 --> 01:00:49.261
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't notice dip changes, but I don't know if my lack of annoyance was because something changed, or if I'm just used to the way that it was.
01:00:49.841 --> 01:00:54.764
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't notice that some of the heads up display stuff is in the way.
01:00:55.525 --> 01:01:01.229
[SPEAKER_01]: Like on maps and things like that, there's big pop ups that are blocking other vital information.
01:01:01.909 --> 01:01:03.330
[SPEAKER_01]: It really wasn't organized
01:01:08.533 --> 01:01:17.345
[SPEAKER_00]: I'd open up microtransactions and there were a lot now, they're not most of mine aren't there, but it looked like there were a lot more.
01:01:18.267 --> 01:01:19.467
[SPEAKER_00]: Helmets and body armors.
01:01:19.628 --> 01:01:21.868
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember if they said I didn't read the patch.
01:01:21.888 --> 01:01:26.030
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that was pretty pretty large list Um, I care about my portals.
01:01:26.170 --> 01:01:27.030
[SPEAKER_01]: That's one of my portals.
01:01:27.650 --> 01:01:33.593
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I have the same six portals rotating through and I don't like any of them I want one of the one that I need purchase from path one.
01:01:34.253 --> 01:01:34.493
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
01:01:34.793 --> 01:01:38.134
[SPEAKER_00]: I love those did you get any of the drops from whatever they did this.
01:01:38.514 --> 01:01:39.355
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I forgot to check.
01:01:39.915 --> 01:01:40.755
[SPEAKER_00]: I got one.
01:01:40.795 --> 01:01:42.516
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't get any for any good
01:01:43.735 --> 01:01:46.238
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, but I want to thank you for the free stuff.
01:01:46.298 --> 01:01:48.421
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that whole like checkpoint thing you go here.
01:01:48.561 --> 01:01:49.382
[SPEAKER_01]: Lastly, they did it.
01:01:49.402 --> 01:01:49.703
[SPEAKER_01]: What was it?
01:01:49.743 --> 01:01:50.363
[SPEAKER_01]: You killed the jail.
01:01:50.403 --> 01:01:50.764
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
01:01:51.084 --> 01:01:51.845
[SPEAKER_01]: I forget what it is.
01:01:51.885 --> 01:01:52.386
[SPEAKER_01]: I got one.
01:01:52.406 --> 01:01:53.267
[SPEAKER_01]: I noticed the pop up.
01:01:53.808 --> 01:01:56.912
[SPEAKER_01]: There's a console or a portal now when you beat Gregory.
01:01:57.793 --> 01:01:59.134
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, nice nice nice nice nice nice.
01:02:00.035 --> 01:02:04.877
[SPEAKER_01]: I do need to either broadcast tonight or watch somebody because need three hours to get that stuff.
01:02:05.617 --> 01:02:15.480
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, if you broadcast, I'll turn it on so I get, you know, sure there's a pet for subbing twice, but um, got a penny pinch not going to subbing twice.
01:02:15.800 --> 01:02:16.600
[SPEAKER_01]: That's like 20 bucks.
01:02:16.620 --> 01:02:19.301
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, free ones, what are the other ones?
01:02:20.181 --> 01:02:21.482
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't look, I'm thankful for them.
01:02:21.742 --> 01:02:23.162
[SPEAKER_00]: I appreciate them, but I didn't look.
01:02:24.503 --> 01:02:24.863
[SPEAKER_00]: That's cool.
01:02:25.717 --> 01:02:25.977
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
01:02:26.017 --> 01:02:29.721
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, with your plan, then this week, you're going to be just doing it whenever you get a chance.
01:02:30.942 --> 01:02:31.222
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:02:31.403 --> 01:02:34.946
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I went on quite the path of Excel break coming up.
01:02:35.466 --> 01:02:49.760
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm quite looking forward to this, and it's good timing to be excited about the game as opposed to frustrated about the game because this is like we've said the last patch until the official launch of things go according to their plan and their timing.
01:02:51.342 --> 01:02:59.767
[SPEAKER_01]: There'll be patches and additions because, I mean, there's lots that's missing from the game, but in terms they've said that this is the last major patch until the game will officially launch us.
01:02:59.887 --> 01:03:14.337
[SPEAKER_01]: So, um, curious to see how much changes and how much doesn't change based on everything they have, but as a result, there's just kind of feels a lot more solid, less volatile now that they've kind of done this and,
01:03:15.698 --> 01:03:39.183
[SPEAKER_01]: Not that that's what my expectations are, but it kind of gives you this little feeling like you're almost playing the full version You know what I mean with the exception of the stuff that's missing You just don't feel like the choices are gonna be overly dramatic anymore, which they easily could be but you know Just gets that feeling like okay We're getting close to home now, so So it's it's it's it's an exciting time to play and I am looking forward
01:03:39.603 --> 01:03:49.211
[SPEAKER_01]: So it made me to, especially because the build that I was doing that I'm doing now is the build that I was just recently playing and it was just really efficient, really efficient.
01:03:49.271 --> 01:03:54.375
[SPEAKER_00]: I changed anything though, is anything changing with this leak, like today stuff changed for that.
01:03:54.956 --> 01:04:07.006
[SPEAKER_01]: For my specific build, they touched on living lightning too and just basically made sure that it was working and then they added a new cluster.
01:04:09.616 --> 01:04:15.040
[SPEAKER_01]: I like those clusters that reduce the slowing potency of debuffs or enemies.
01:04:17.041 --> 01:04:22.264
[SPEAKER_01]: They added a cluster that also couples with armor increased armor.
01:04:23.405 --> 01:04:26.047
[SPEAKER_01]: So now I don't have to travel as far for the other one that I was going to.
01:04:26.607 --> 01:04:30.990
[SPEAKER_01]: I did like the other one, the other cluster that I had that reduce slowing debuffs.
01:04:38.307 --> 01:04:38.768
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, yep.
01:04:39.508 --> 01:04:49.378
[SPEAKER_01]: What I didn't know was that the movement speed penalty only applies to the chess piece, the body I'm attacking, being like, um, it only applies to the chess piece and a shield.
01:04:49.538 --> 01:04:50.800
[SPEAKER_01]: Doesn't apply to everything else.
01:04:51.640 --> 01:04:54.864
[SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't know that it's less.
01:04:56.405 --> 01:05:02.150
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's multiplicative to the overall movement speed stuff.
01:05:02.610 --> 01:05:05.573
[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, it's still a good thing.
01:05:05.673 --> 01:05:11.518
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I never unlocked, like, I never got to the point where I didn't have that penalty.
01:05:11.998 --> 01:05:15.301
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, the game is slow, and I'm sure that it would be noticeable.
01:05:15.341 --> 01:05:20.445
[SPEAKER_01]: But at the end of the day, you get like 20% movement speed on your boots, and you've nullified that penalty anyway.
01:05:20.545 --> 01:05:24.668
[SPEAKER_01]: So, going all that way for 20% movement speed,
01:05:25.517 --> 01:05:26.578
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe worth it, maybe not.
01:05:27.599 --> 01:05:27.799
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
01:05:27.879 --> 01:05:35.247
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like I think at the end of the day with your heaviest armor strength based gear has the biggest penalty.
01:05:35.667 --> 01:05:39.831
[SPEAKER_01]: Like it just pure strength actually has a bigger penalty than a vision strength gear.
01:05:40.692 --> 01:05:44.876
[SPEAKER_01]: But it's about less 12% less movement speed.
01:05:45.577 --> 01:05:46.017
[SPEAKER_01]: With that no.
01:05:46.758 --> 01:05:52.783
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but basically meaning like the higher up you get in armor, right?
01:05:52.823 --> 01:05:55.445
[SPEAKER_01]: The more you level the bigger the penalty in a way.
01:05:56.365 --> 01:06:03.211
[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, actually I so I got rid of that cluster planning ahead and added the one that's a little bit closer.
01:06:03.391 --> 01:06:05.893
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll still be at 100% reduced slowing potency.
01:06:05.953 --> 01:06:08.335
[SPEAKER_01]: So temporal chains will be like the ungrowth fan.
01:06:09.075 --> 01:06:09.355
[SPEAKER_00]: Three.
01:06:10.416 --> 01:06:10.656
[SPEAKER_00]: Cool.
01:06:11.157 --> 01:06:11.897
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm excited to play.
01:06:11.917 --> 01:06:12.017
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
01:06:12.298 --> 01:06:15.320
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I want to get 10 game, I want to get out of these stupid acts.
01:06:16.867 --> 01:06:39.380
[SPEAKER_00]: be free of them and spread my ring spread my rings into I I saw a picture somebody put it in our discord which if you haven't jumped into our discord yet you should because it's a very fun friendly group of people did you see that picture I sent you but anyway the computers and
01:06:42.858 --> 01:06:51.086
[SPEAKER_00]: It showed a breakdown of what the Atlas is supposed to act like, and it makes me even more curious to get into it because
01:06:52.440 --> 01:06:58.505
[SPEAKER_00]: How do you take an infinite expanding Atlas but then quadranted up into multiple quadrants?
01:06:59.406 --> 01:07:01.508
[SPEAKER_00]: Like does that line just continue with it?
01:07:02.609 --> 01:07:06.152
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, maybe your pizza only has four slices, right?
01:07:06.612 --> 01:07:09.675
[SPEAKER_01]: So the quadrant's there was like six in the picture.
01:07:10.376 --> 01:07:12.077
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, how does that work?
01:07:12.758 --> 01:07:17.882
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm excited to find that stuff out, like, well, in there and mess around.
01:07:19.364 --> 01:07:23.050
[SPEAKER_01]: It's interesting because GGG is not the kind of company where they're going to be able to handle it.
01:07:23.070 --> 01:07:25.173
[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
01:07:25.594 --> 01:07:27.698
[SPEAKER_01]: Because they add stuff all the time.
01:07:29.115 --> 01:07:41.081
[SPEAKER_01]: So now they're what in a position where their pizza slice is going to have eight slices and it's like little slivers as you're going to be like as they more Right, how are they going to add more stuff to this is a very permanent And I can be wrong.
01:07:41.281 --> 01:07:43.082
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know because I'm sure sure sure sure.
01:07:43.142 --> 01:07:43.402
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
01:07:43.543 --> 01:07:43.803
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
01:07:43.923 --> 01:07:48.985
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't realize you were guessing I thought that I don't need somebody that's already an endgame now commenting that because we
01:07:52.748 --> 01:07:55.070
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, it's a good point.
01:07:55.110 --> 01:07:58.213
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, anyway, I just, I guess yeah, it's a good point.
01:07:58.493 --> 01:08:04.059
[SPEAKER_01]: See what it's like and I hope hopefully for their sake it's conducive to adding content.
01:08:04.779 --> 01:08:06.881
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the only thing I've run into so far is a bis.
01:08:08.107 --> 01:08:16.016
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think ritual starts in Act 3, but I haven't run into any actual ritual stuff yet, but I do enjoy this.
01:08:17.017 --> 01:08:22.602
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm, I think I'm gonna play with a bit first, but yeah, I just gotta get through this stuff.
01:08:23.003 --> 01:08:23.423
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, man.
01:08:24.164 --> 01:08:24.925
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep, all right.
01:08:25.585 --> 01:08:26.927
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, see you later.
01:08:27.527 --> 01:08:28.228
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll play some part of it.
01:08:29.454 --> 01:08:30.295
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's rocking it.
01:08:30.355 --> 01:08:31.396
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's wrap this up forever.
01:08:31.436 --> 01:08:32.237
[SPEAKER_00]: Excel 347.
01:08:32.338 --> 01:08:33.579
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just an acatex.
01:08:33.879 --> 01:08:35.101
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Tyler record of this.
01:08:35.722 --> 01:08:38.665
[SPEAKER_00]: Patrons will catch you in after dark in the morning for us.
01:08:38.986 --> 01:08:41.529
[SPEAKER_00]: And everybody else we'll see you next week 348.
01:08:41.609 --> 01:08:43.291
[SPEAKER_00]: We have a very fun discord pop in there.
01:08:43.351 --> 01:08:43.851
[SPEAKER_00]: Say hello.
01:08:45.322 --> 01:08:50.585
[SPEAKER_00]: We have website foreverx.com, and Patreon, and otherwise podcasts, you'll find them amongst all of the places.
01:08:51.785 --> 01:08:52.606
[SPEAKER_00]: Enjoy your videos.
01:08:52.806 --> 01:08:55.988
[SPEAKER_01]: Except for Instagram, get it?
01:08:56.928 --> 01:08:57.228
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:08:57.408 --> 01:08:57.628
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
01:08:58.669 --> 01:08:59.449
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
01:08:59.990 --> 01:09:00.210
[SPEAKER_00]: Bye.
00:01.097 --> 00:02.378
[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to forever excelled.
00:02.418 --> 00:04.739
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just naked tags and I'm Tyler record days.
00:05.359 --> 00:09.701
[SPEAKER_00]: I've sold a 347 I'm off forever excelled.
00:09.721 --> 00:19.326
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I could guess yeah, and it's a league launch day got the camera following that board What do you mean you mean the camera?
00:19.466 --> 00:20.646
[SPEAKER_01]: No nobody likes it.
00:21.006 --> 00:21.507
[SPEAKER_01]: I like it.
00:21.707 --> 00:22.147
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the end
00:23.035 --> 00:24.875
[SPEAKER_00]: people can puke or close the rise.
00:25.696 --> 00:26.416
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it works great.
00:26.676 --> 00:28.216
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it keeps you always in the frame.
00:28.516 --> 00:29.137
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you bet you.
00:30.997 --> 00:31.697
[SPEAKER_00]: You bet you.
00:31.717 --> 00:33.098
[SPEAKER_00]: You got the whole Canadian thing going again.
00:33.378 --> 00:34.718
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, three, four, seven.
00:35.278 --> 00:36.298
[SPEAKER_00]: Big shout out to our patrons.
00:36.318 --> 00:36.959
[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, everybody.
00:37.019 --> 00:37.879
[SPEAKER_00]: Re-subbed up this week.
00:37.899 --> 00:40.900
[SPEAKER_00]: Patron gets your access to afterdarks or podcasts after the podcast.
00:41.960 --> 00:43.780
[SPEAKER_00]: And we keep going more of us.
00:44.100 --> 00:48.061
[SPEAKER_00]: And this one will be recorded tomorrow.
00:48.121 --> 00:50.002
[SPEAKER_00]: It's late after dark this week.
00:50.883 --> 00:53.466
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, yeah, it will be after we get some sleep.
00:53.947 --> 00:54.407
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
00:54.768 --> 00:55.689
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, it was a week?
00:56.150 --> 00:56.510
[SPEAKER_00]: Go ahead.
00:56.670 --> 00:57.932
[SPEAKER_00]: I was going to replace this one.
00:58.212 --> 00:59.093
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I always got this.
00:59.193 --> 01:00.915
[SPEAKER_00]: She's got it with this.
01:01.356 --> 01:03.218
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you kind of have to, hot Victorians.
01:03.919 --> 01:04.540
[SPEAKER_00]: Wanna see something?
01:05.220 --> 01:06.282
[SPEAKER_00]: I assume I'm in there somewhere.
01:07.600 --> 01:10.281
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, this one, the overly confident kernel.
01:11.742 --> 01:12.642
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just real.
01:12.902 --> 01:13.363
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
01:13.483 --> 01:13.963
[SPEAKER_01]: This is it.
01:13.983 --> 01:14.863
[SPEAKER_01]: This is a great book.
01:15.223 --> 01:15.544
[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
01:15.564 --> 01:16.824
[SPEAKER_01]: That's almost like this.
01:17.084 --> 01:18.305
[SPEAKER_01]: Babe behind bars.
01:19.005 --> 01:19.825
[SPEAKER_01]: That is funny.
01:20.086 --> 01:20.986
[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to replace it.
01:21.146 --> 01:21.406
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:21.486 --> 01:22.867
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:22.987 --> 01:23.087
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:24.648 --> 01:25.568
[SPEAKER_00]: Who does she think she is?
01:25.908 --> 01:26.068
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
01:26.088 --> 01:27.429
[SPEAKER_00]: She keeps putting it back up there.
01:28.469 --> 01:29.570
[SPEAKER_01]: Need my stuff alone.
01:29.670 --> 01:33.651
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, I don't think it took her an episode at all to realize that you were doing it.
01:38.006 --> 01:38.446
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh-oh.
01:39.226 --> 01:41.247
[SPEAKER_00]: Perfect shove it in so that it can't come back out.
01:41.407 --> 01:42.127
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good one.
01:42.727 --> 01:43.047
[SPEAKER_01]: Is it?
01:43.647 --> 01:43.987
[SPEAKER_00]: Watchman?
01:44.748 --> 01:46.048
[SPEAKER_00]: Does that movie, there's a movie, right?
01:46.288 --> 01:47.248
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if it's the same thing.
01:48.189 --> 01:48.709
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they did.
01:48.969 --> 01:57.251
[SPEAKER_01]: One of the two creators actually was very against it being a movie because he said the story was designed to be a graphic novel.
01:57.391 --> 02:00.652
[SPEAKER_01]: It will ruin the story if you try and make it something different.
02:01.032 --> 02:01.692
[SPEAKER_01]: Did you ever watch it?
02:01.712 --> 02:02.412
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I ever saw it.
02:02.432 --> 02:02.892
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it was great.
02:02.992 --> 02:03.752
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
02:04.452 --> 02:04.713
[SPEAKER_00]: Sweet.
02:05.053 --> 02:05.393
[SPEAKER_01]: That's good.
02:06.053 --> 02:06.513
[SPEAKER_01]: How was your week?
02:07.449 --> 02:19.289
[SPEAKER_01]: I had a It's already Friday I had a week, it was a quick one and I don't remember it rained and it was sunny and I booked
02:22.610 --> 02:24.993
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, uh, a camping camping.
02:25.353 --> 02:25.654
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, good.
02:26.034 --> 02:26.215
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
02:26.235 --> 02:28.377
[SPEAKER_01]: We're just going to fly through at this time around.
02:28.397 --> 02:32.802
[SPEAKER_01]: There wasn't anything left like all the, um, for the listeners, uh, in BC.
02:32.843 --> 02:34.184
[SPEAKER_01]: It's all like provincial campgrounds.
02:34.204 --> 02:35.806
[SPEAKER_01]: You have to book it ahead of time through a website.
02:35.826 --> 02:39.791
[SPEAKER_01]: There's some stuff where you can wing it, but, um, for the most, you are like a three-minute window.
02:41.272 --> 02:42.553
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, it's so far.
02:42.593 --> 02:55.242
[SPEAKER_01]: So I mean we have a billion provincial parks here, but I was pretty much stuck with all the pit toilet places all the, you know, flushable toilets and showers and all that.
02:55.382 --> 02:56.563
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you pay for it, too.
02:56.603 --> 03:03.928
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like 50 bucks a night for something like Coltis as opposed to like chill-a-wack or silver-lake or Sasquatch or whatever it would be.
03:04.008 --> 03:05.369
[SPEAKER_01]: So What about man?
03:05.689 --> 03:06.310
[SPEAKER_01]: You ever gone up there?
03:06.690 --> 03:08.111
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but it's like two and a half hours away.
03:08.131 --> 03:09.192
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a long way, right?
03:09.252 --> 03:12.655
[SPEAKER_01]: It was, we went to Manning last year and it was really nice.
03:12.675 --> 03:18.040
[SPEAKER_01]: We got a spot right by the river and so the kids were there, but they learned a lot of respect from the roof.
03:18.080 --> 03:20.222
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, for just nature in the water too, right?
03:20.242 --> 03:21.764
[SPEAKER_01]: Like it looked like it was nothing to recall.
03:21.784 --> 03:23.765
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to go to that rock and I'm like, not without me, you're not.
03:24.286 --> 03:27.629
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, they're like, they're smaller, they're thinner kids too, right?
03:27.649 --> 03:28.710
[SPEAKER_01]: So last year when we went,
03:29.190 --> 03:43.503
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going and we're walking through the water and it's like it was strong right there River was really and so anyway like they just it was really It was perfect for them at that stage and what they'd learned and you got like, what are you going with your lights in the back out
03:45.297 --> 03:47.419
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I last time I saw it was all just plain.
03:47.479 --> 03:48.580
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, well, I have things.
03:48.640 --> 03:49.640
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I've never used them.
03:49.920 --> 03:52.843
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I've never really been there since I put the, it should be on both sides.
03:53.423 --> 03:55.785
[SPEAKER_01]: I only see the one because the camera is on tighter on this one.
03:55.805 --> 03:57.286
[SPEAKER_01]: So, well, yeah.
03:57.566 --> 03:59.568
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, when, when, when, when, whatever.
03:59.608 --> 04:01.149
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, we had a good week book camping.
04:01.309 --> 04:03.631
[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing at, no, it's just at one of the regular sizes.
04:03.651 --> 04:04.992
[SPEAKER_01]: Time we're going to chill back like this time.
04:05.452 --> 04:06.313
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're familiar with it.
04:06.333 --> 04:06.853
[SPEAKER_01]: We'd like it.
04:06.993 --> 04:08.554
[SPEAKER_01]: It's nice, it's a glacial water, right?
04:08.574 --> 04:10.856
[SPEAKER_01]: So you don't have a lot of the, I don't know.
04:11.897 --> 04:25.023
[SPEAKER_01]: a lot less creepy crawlies, you know, wandering around, lot less bears and that kind of stuff because there's a lot less going on of the glacial water and it's a really nice star at night because it's in the middle of the line where I'll get you some good.
04:25.123 --> 04:29.945
[SPEAKER_01]: Watch, it'll be my love for the stupid camera that I bought for my wife, which she hates.
04:30.285 --> 04:37.448
[SPEAKER_01]: She likes the camera, she likes the camera quality, the whole like, she has like the extra 150 bucks for the movement, she's like, not the stupid.
04:38.502 --> 04:39.583
[SPEAKER_00]: You weren't thinking to me.
04:40.043 --> 04:40.943
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I didn't know.
04:41.223 --> 04:44.645
[SPEAKER_01]: But uh, yeah, no, it'll be nice and so we're doing that.
04:44.725 --> 04:46.786
[SPEAKER_01]: And dog got neutered this week.
04:46.826 --> 04:50.408
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's been just a big extra tour right because he's big and dumb.
04:50.448 --> 04:52.529
[SPEAKER_01]: And but he's been great with his cone.
04:52.709 --> 04:53.569
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see if he can see him.
04:54.730 --> 04:55.690
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, where'd you go?
04:56.470 --> 04:57.271
[SPEAKER_01]: No, hello?
04:57.371 --> 04:58.151
[SPEAKER_01]: No, he's just chillin.
04:58.351 --> 04:59.732
[SPEAKER_00]: Where camera, maybe it's a camera.
05:00.052 --> 05:01.012
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe he can go down.
05:01.213 --> 05:02.253
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no, I can go down.
05:03.574 --> 05:09.398
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, wave a hand, come on super camera.
05:09.659 --> 05:10.159
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, there we go.
05:10.179 --> 05:10.519
[SPEAKER_00]: There we go.
05:10.759 --> 05:13.501
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he's been getting begun.
05:13.602 --> 05:13.782
[SPEAKER_00]: What?
05:15.763 --> 05:16.324
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, up here.
05:16.844 --> 05:17.164
[SPEAKER_00]: How long?
05:18.005 --> 05:19.526
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be never.
05:19.786 --> 05:20.166
[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
05:20.507 --> 05:21.107
[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
05:21.127 --> 05:24.390
[SPEAKER_01]: The next time that this like my wife's gonna break it on purpose, right?
05:24.490 --> 05:25.490
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's just this work for me.
05:25.530 --> 05:26.851
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll be like, uh, that's fine.
05:26.991 --> 05:27.612
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
05:27.672 --> 05:28.693
[SPEAKER_01]: I know what I'm getting you.
05:28.733 --> 05:29.133
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, right?
05:29.713 --> 05:30.194
[SPEAKER_01]: Every year.
05:30.634 --> 05:30.854
[SPEAKER_01]: Every
05:34.873 --> 05:39.178
[SPEAKER_01]: It happened Monday, so it's only been five days, so at least three more days.
05:39.979 --> 05:40.900
[SPEAKER_01]: But he's been great with it.
05:41.140 --> 05:42.982
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just annoying him, but he doesn't like fiddle.
05:43.022 --> 05:43.763
[SPEAKER_01]: He doesn't do anything.
05:43.883 --> 05:45.344
[SPEAKER_00]: I kind of tempted to just take it off now.
05:45.405 --> 05:50.090
[SPEAKER_01]: But he was so high stressed at the vet that they didn't even ask.
05:50.370 --> 05:55.676
[SPEAKER_01]: If I wanted some anti anxiety pills like some anti stress pills just to chill him out, they just said we're giving it to you.
05:55.756 --> 05:56.917
[SPEAKER_01]: And so here's your bill kind of
05:57.017 --> 06:21.253
06:25.858 --> 06:29.323
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I didn't, I played, okay, well I did play some sub-nodaka.
06:30.117 --> 06:41.224
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I played, I didn't want, I could remember the storyline for one, the first one, so I played through part of it again so that I could understand what it was, because it's not like a two-head just come out.
06:42.285 --> 06:44.826
[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't remember anything to do with it.
06:44.846 --> 06:57.094
[SPEAKER_00]: I never played it, but again, yeah, it's like survival underwater, like you're sort of exploring a story line of coming from space, crashing on this planet, trying to survive, you all right?
06:59.310 --> 06:59.832
[SPEAKER_00]: What happened?
07:00.092 --> 07:01.116
[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing happened.
07:01.557 --> 07:02.680
[SPEAKER_01]: Fresh that hurts.
07:04.105 --> 07:04.606
[SPEAKER_00]: New to mugs?
07:05.473 --> 07:10.214
[SPEAKER_00]: Here, apparently, apparently this camera's the best.
07:10.234 --> 07:11.374
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what her problem is.
07:11.674 --> 07:11.974
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
07:12.734 --> 07:17.195
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, so, there's a storyline of like, talking to that, whatever you come from.
07:17.375 --> 07:22.796
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, speaking of's talking to animals, remind me of the character, the deep from boys.
07:23.236 --> 07:24.896
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, go ahead, best, ever.
07:27.117 --> 07:32.278
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, so we played that, and then I played Subnautica to with with him, because you can play co-op now with the new ones.
07:32.338 --> 07:33.338
[SPEAKER_00]: We played that for a little bit.
07:33.638 --> 07:34.038
[SPEAKER_00]: That's cool.
07:34.933 --> 07:36.155
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, otherwise it was work.
07:36.475 --> 07:37.637
[SPEAKER_00]: It was a lot of driving around.
07:38.578 --> 07:49.754
[SPEAKER_00]: And then went out on Wednesday, I think, with Christina, but sit man, just work, work meetings, and I was very happy for today.
07:49.774 --> 07:50.455
[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
07:50.895 --> 07:51.616
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, big lunch.
07:52.036 --> 07:52.277
[SPEAKER_00]: Mean.
07:52.517 --> 07:55.620
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and just I kind of I kind of was like, I'm not gonna talk to people.
07:55.720 --> 07:58.462
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't work very well, but it was at least less.
07:58.803 --> 07:59.303
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's cool.
07:59.323 --> 08:04.368
[SPEAKER_01]: So I was actually a big part of my week was kind of getting ready for this too.
08:05.068 --> 08:06.369
[SPEAKER_01]: So we'll get into that.
08:06.910 --> 08:08.531
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that was a good week.
08:09.732 --> 08:34.840
08:34.940 --> 08:37.401
[SPEAKER_01]: So I've been looking for an extra little, uh,
08:37.842 --> 08:39.344
[SPEAKER_01]: show to watch and so I started the voice.
08:39.744 --> 08:40.585
[SPEAKER_01]: You've not watched it.
08:40.825 --> 08:42.407
[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't and I've been told that I would love it.
08:42.567 --> 08:44.930
[SPEAKER_01]: And I got it off.
08:45.150 --> 08:45.830
[SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't handle it.
08:46.171 --> 08:46.952
[SPEAKER_01]: It was so stupid.
08:48.193 --> 08:49.034
[SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't handle it.
08:49.134 --> 08:50.776
[SPEAKER_01]: There was one storyline.
08:51.316 --> 08:52.838
[SPEAKER_01]: One storyline that interested me.
08:54.039 --> 09:16.154
[SPEAKER_01]: All the other and like so season ones like all just about expanding and world building and like setting everything up and great fine I love that like if stories go but I hated all the characters There was so annoying and shallow and oh I couldn't I couldn't believe that there was just that many of them and so there was just the one story line that I liked So I there was actually just one episode where I just I turned it off
09:17.815 --> 09:21.839
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, I love the intent of it.
09:21.859 --> 09:22.880
[SPEAKER_01]: I love the coolness of it.
09:22.900 --> 09:27.304
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that it revolves around a company kind of thing and like the whole like marketing aspect.
09:27.344 --> 09:29.906
[SPEAKER_01]: I love where they were trying to go with stuff.
09:29.946 --> 09:34.190
[SPEAKER_01]: But I, oh, oh, it was it was it was actually really tedious and I love the gore.
09:34.570 --> 09:36.852
[SPEAKER_01]: I love the like creativity of how to.
09:38.153 --> 09:47.785
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, like, of the characters interact, manipulate fights, their vulnerabilities or lack of, like, I loved the ideas of it, but I was whole incredibly bored.
09:48.866 --> 09:56.094
[SPEAKER_01]: And the reason that that came up was, yeah, and so the reason that came up is the deep was one of those characters that I just couldn't handle.
09:56.215 --> 09:57.917
[SPEAKER_01]: There's like, oh my god, there's characters.
09:58.417 --> 10:00.818
[SPEAKER_00]: There's seen with him in a truck with a dolphin.
10:00.958 --> 10:01.558
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw it.
10:01.779 --> 10:02.579
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw that one.
10:02.679 --> 10:04.100
[SPEAKER_00]: He slams on his brakes.
10:04.320 --> 10:04.820
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:04.840 --> 10:05.960
[SPEAKER_00]: The dolphin was flying.
10:06.081 --> 10:06.681
[SPEAKER_00]: God, man.
10:06.801 --> 10:09.142
[SPEAKER_01]: I laughed way harder than I should have.
10:09.782 --> 10:13.344
[SPEAKER_01]: I actually wanted to ask you because I remember, do you love the show?
10:13.384 --> 10:18.126
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I was going to be disappointed to tell you this and so I'm sorry that we're not going to be friends anymore.
10:18.226 --> 10:21.968
[SPEAKER_01]: But I was curious there was one like season ending decision.
10:23.025 --> 10:25.227
[SPEAKER_01]: I was so curious for this, because I was shopping for curtains at Walmart.
10:25.467 --> 10:29.450
[SPEAKER_01]: I just double checking sizes and all this kind of stuff, looking at the different blackout sizes that they had.
10:29.610 --> 10:43.241
[SPEAKER_01]: And in the middle I'm like, what were some season-ending big decisions or controversial things that characters did in the boys that my friend would have raved about, but I'm not ever gonna get to season-ending.
10:43.481 --> 10:51.588
[SPEAKER_01]: There was one where you were like, it was highly controversial and you laughed your butt off instead of being horrified or something.
10:52.188 --> 10:59.471
[SPEAKER_01]: Of course, this is like years ago, but I just wondered if it stood out to you if there was one part where you were like No, I don't remember.
10:59.491 --> 11:02.172
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I thought a lot of it was hilarious.
11:02.352 --> 11:04.493
[SPEAKER_00]: I like the like graphicness.
11:04.553 --> 11:16.577
[SPEAKER_00]: I like the over the top just I struggle a bit with the Like it gets a little bit like okay, okay, come on like move this long or whatever, but I can't think of any.
11:17.017 --> 11:18.198
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, yeah
11:19.338 --> 11:19.678
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
11:19.919 --> 11:22.640
[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't watched the most recent season like the last season is out.
11:23.000 --> 11:23.801
[SPEAKER_00]: We haven't watched that one yet.
11:23.941 --> 11:27.222
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but I I actually know then no more than you.
11:27.242 --> 11:28.503
[SPEAKER_01]: So I won't I probably do yet.
11:28.603 --> 11:29.323
[SPEAKER_01]: I just I looked it.
11:29.423 --> 11:29.864
[SPEAKER_01]: I looked it up.
11:29.884 --> 11:39.609
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like tell me the things I want to know because yeah I can't remember like there are definitely I like I struggle with certain topics in any show Yeah, I don't like I go even
11:40.089 --> 11:41.811
[SPEAKER_00]: you know, certain type of islands against people.
11:41.831 --> 11:43.792
[SPEAKER_00]: I just have a problem with that.
11:44.513 --> 11:46.075
[SPEAKER_01]: And then like you were talking about your wife.
11:46.135 --> 11:48.457
[SPEAKER_01]: She's like just nothing to do with kids.
11:48.657 --> 11:48.997
[SPEAKER_01]: But kids.
11:49.017 --> 11:49.257
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
11:49.738 --> 11:49.918
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
11:49.938 --> 11:50.038
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
11:50.318 --> 11:51.660
[SPEAKER_00]: So there's certain things it for me.
11:51.700 --> 11:54.762
[SPEAKER_00]: I struggled even in that show with because it does come up.
11:55.585 --> 12:06.149
[SPEAKER_00]: But overall, I just found it completely hilarious and over the top and it's easy to watch because you don't have to really pay attention.
12:06.589 --> 12:12.972
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, yep, you know what, that actually is a wonderful point.
12:14.359 --> 12:16.280
[SPEAKER_01]: It's really having a hard day today.
12:16.600 --> 12:17.281
[SPEAKER_01]: That's doing all right.
12:18.421 --> 12:18.802
[SPEAKER_01]: I am.
12:19.342 --> 12:21.443
[SPEAKER_01]: I, that would be something that I would just turn on.
12:22.044 --> 12:26.466
[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, I'm doing laundry and I got to go in the master bedroom five to I always like when I do my laundry.
12:26.526 --> 12:30.348
[SPEAKER_01]: I are living in bedroom, of course, on the same floor.
12:30.388 --> 12:33.030
[SPEAKER_01]: It's sweet features, man.
12:33.070 --> 12:33.570
[SPEAKER_00]: Kill in it.
12:33.590 --> 12:34.351
[SPEAKER_00]: These are features.
12:36.803 --> 12:38.684
[SPEAKER_00]: It is, it's trying to help people keep their attention.
12:39.444 --> 12:43.106
[SPEAKER_00]: So with the short attention, I'm never going to be able to watch us.
12:43.126 --> 12:44.586
[SPEAKER_01]: This is something we actually trying out.
12:44.646 --> 12:47.248
[SPEAKER_01]: We might just stick with this, we never, you never know.
12:47.428 --> 12:52.190
[SPEAKER_00]: So our whole module only podcast might be more nauseating than, um,
12:53.225 --> 12:57.368
[SPEAKER_00]: But we still have audio and we still have an audio and the version that goes out every week.
12:57.528 --> 12:58.548
[SPEAKER_01]: It's our primary version.
12:58.608 --> 13:01.330
[SPEAKER_01]: We do not care about this version, but we love you very, oh wait.
13:03.431 --> 13:14.317
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, it's one of those where it's like I could fold the laundry, walk to the, I get my steps in by like doing the laundry and living room and then walking to each room just like one load at a time.
13:15.278 --> 13:16.719
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what I could do.
13:16.739 --> 13:17.199
[SPEAKER_01]: I could miss it.
13:17.599 --> 13:25.866
[SPEAKER_01]: And then if I see that there's blood splattered all over like how you know in like episode three or whatever that one person Explosive I mean that's that's awesome.
13:25.886 --> 13:27.548
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like the second or third time it happens.
13:27.568 --> 13:29.609
[SPEAKER_01]: So Yeah, the graphic stuff.
13:29.669 --> 13:34.734
[SPEAKER_01]: I really enjoy that like violin All I'm on it is wonderfully over the top.
13:35.174 --> 13:42.600
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I didn't mean to make this about the boys I wanted to pass it on before you Before you know I tease you too long
13:43.661 --> 14:03.722
14:05.357 --> 14:07.278
[SPEAKER_01]: just loved the story of it.
14:07.318 --> 14:16.320
[SPEAKER_01]: Just the, you know, and then you have like the twilight's own stuff with all the the collectibles that you could find before and all the hints and foreshadowing and like parallel universes.
14:16.720 --> 14:19.341
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, speaking of parallel universes, right.
14:19.361 --> 14:20.681
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if you ever, oh wait.
14:20.701 --> 14:22.302
[SPEAKER_01]: They didn't do the pirate ship in the show.
14:23.742 --> 14:24.302
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I don't know.
14:24.342 --> 14:27.063
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there's a love that pirate ship stuff.
14:27.223 --> 14:28.804
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, it's a league launch episode.
14:28.844 --> 14:29.244
[SPEAKER_01]: Did you know?
14:29.884 --> 14:30.124
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
14:31.459 --> 14:45.521
[SPEAKER_01]: What was 0.5, rise of the, it's, it's, it's, it's two, it's the, it's the, it's two things, um, ancient rising agents and ruins of the cow, oh, outdoor, cal, calger rooms, probably not calger, mm-hmm.
14:45.921 --> 14:46.902
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, they're to add a calger.
14:47.442 --> 14:50.782
[SPEAKER_01]: It's, it's, ruin and strong with the agents.
14:51.322 --> 14:53.483
[SPEAKER_00]: They're not that fit, never sure it is.
14:53.563 --> 14:57.203
[SPEAKER_00]: Return of the ruin and what the frick is a call, ruin of, return of the
15:01.204 --> 15:04.345
[SPEAKER_00]: Was that the, is that the endgame origins of divinity?
15:04.565 --> 15:05.505
[SPEAKER_01]: Is that something else?
15:05.585 --> 15:06.286
[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's not.
15:06.506 --> 15:11.587
[SPEAKER_01]: When you go to create your new character, it's something Rooney.
15:13.428 --> 15:15.688
[SPEAKER_01]: It says, what the fuck is getting out of here?
15:16.128 --> 15:17.029
[SPEAKER_00]: Is this origins?
15:17.089 --> 15:17.689
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you hear that?
15:18.289 --> 15:18.669
[SPEAKER_01]: Hear what?
15:19.843 --> 15:22.545
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, it's so like somebody was like chopping up a body in the other room.
15:23.065 --> 15:26.087
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, Org is a Divinity, doesn't say that on PewDiePie too.
15:26.408 --> 15:27.328
[SPEAKER_00]: Orgians of Divinity?
15:27.348 --> 15:28.249
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not.
15:28.329 --> 15:28.829
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not.
15:28.849 --> 15:29.550
[SPEAKER_01]: I swear to you.
15:29.570 --> 15:30.290
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the big deal.
15:30.571 --> 15:32.172
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you go to the same thing.
15:32.672 --> 15:33.413
[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, buddy.
15:33.513 --> 15:35.114
[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, you fighting with you, okay?
15:35.434 --> 15:36.975
[SPEAKER_00]: I've had a really long day.
15:36.995 --> 15:38.136
[SPEAKER_00]: I had enough of you.
15:38.536 --> 15:38.977
[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
15:38.997 --> 15:46.702
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I don't know if it's a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a script or a
15:47.385 --> 16:06.572
[SPEAKER_01]: Look and hey, GGG smart on your like last official big release before your official release 50% off really access I can dig it Did you see the picture I sent you It's not origins of the I'm just telling you that's on their site Whatever that is I actually can find it.
16:06.812 --> 16:13.055
[SPEAKER_01]: It is so the big deal is return to the agents and then Oh my goodness, they actually have nothing on their website
16:16.496 --> 16:20.358
[SPEAKER_00]: Runes and big stuff date ever ruins of owl doer.
16:20.718 --> 16:22.578
[SPEAKER_00]: There we go ruins of owl doer.
16:22.619 --> 16:25.900
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember what we're talking about anymore Well, it came out today.
16:25.920 --> 16:27.961
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, so that's cool.
16:28.001 --> 16:28.561
[SPEAKER_00]: It did right.
16:29.101 --> 16:31.222
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep Let's talk about it.
16:31.242 --> 16:41.846
[SPEAKER_01]: Apparently though, but that is what the league is called But so where I'm on path of Excel 2.com slash ancients and the first one is The origins of divinity.
16:42.306 --> 16:44.147
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's referencing the return of the ancients
16:45.037 --> 16:46.298
[SPEAKER_01]: and then explore the fortress.
16:47.018 --> 16:47.518
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, goodness.
16:48.498 --> 16:49.759
[SPEAKER_01]: New League ruins a welder.
16:50.039 --> 16:51.680
[SPEAKER_01]: So how is your league launch?
16:52.520 --> 16:53.481
[SPEAKER_00]: It was good.
16:55.101 --> 16:57.562
[SPEAKER_00]: It was, it was tedious.
16:57.622 --> 16:58.143
[SPEAKER_00]: Not tedious.
16:58.163 --> 17:01.864
[SPEAKER_00]: It was hard for me to get like time as it was come and closer to launch.
17:02.084 --> 17:02.324
[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
17:02.945 --> 17:08.547
[SPEAKER_00]: So I did get into the queue and then I ended up getting called away to deal with a bunch of crap.
17:08.567 --> 17:10.248
[SPEAKER_00]: So I sat in the queue for a bit, but
17:12.849 --> 17:16.231
[SPEAKER_00]: I, what's the word, not struggled.
17:16.451 --> 17:20.434
[SPEAKER_00]: But I did have to think quite a bit about what I wanted to play, so I wasn't sure.
17:21.254 --> 17:32.922
[SPEAKER_00]: And overall, the league launch for me was relatively good, except at one point when I disconnected to help Logan with something, I think it was trying to get Logan, because he wanted to play.
17:33.542 --> 17:59.543
[SPEAKER_01]: and I disconnected from the game and then I couldn't get back in for like yeah that's weird patch that screwed up logging in and um it was relatively common a lot of the replies to their post for the most recent patch was the same thing we were doing with and so that was that was similar for me i i was struggling we it was a 1pm start for us and uh i had the whole day figured out like i was excited to do and i was gonna like take my time with my filter ahead of time because there's still some dis- i'm starting from scratch with
18:02.945 --> 18:04.946
[SPEAKER_01]: You just in terms of like item management, right?
18:05.026 --> 18:09.188
[SPEAKER_01]: My filter design for the last one was basically just hide crap that's pointless.
18:09.748 --> 18:09.928
[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
18:10.208 --> 18:15.471
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I'd also have a build specific one that hid everything else that was awesome, but wasn't going to be for my build.
18:16.952 --> 18:19.493
[SPEAKER_01]: But with this one, like they're still figuring out that.
18:20.273 --> 18:33.256
[SPEAKER_01]: They were in my mind that they were supposed to be figuring out how drops were working since it started but now I guess now that they've got all their end game content now they're kind of starting that that idea of like drops and stuff because they don't even have all their items, oh yeah right.
18:34.536 --> 18:47.179
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't want to go too crazy with my filter, but at the same time they've really like okay this is these like when you know what leagues you're doing, you kind of have an idea of how you want your drops to work.
18:47.499 --> 18:49.040
[SPEAKER_01]: or you kind of hope anyway, right?
18:49.220 --> 18:54.802
[SPEAKER_01]: So this is kind of the one league where I'm like, okay, it's finally time where I'm not just doing cosmetic stuff.
18:54.843 --> 19:06.548
[SPEAKER_01]: I can, you know, kind of trust the process with where the rat right now with things and so I'm but I'm kind of starting from scratch with themes and what shows up and what doesn't and now end game is quote unquote finalized.
19:06.788 --> 19:10.530
[SPEAKER_01]: I know that it's still beta so they could easily change it by December but right.
19:11.000 --> 19:17.548
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, I was spending a little bit more time making some decisions there and figuring things out and then, um, they have the same thing I got.
19:18.329 --> 19:19.711
[SPEAKER_01]: I was all ready to go.
19:20.211 --> 19:23.235
[SPEAKER_01]: We're hoping like my whole day was supposed to be empty kind of thing.
19:23.255 --> 19:27.260
[SPEAKER_01]: So I could just like casually get into it and enjoy the start and it didn't work out for me.
19:27.280 --> 19:29.702
[SPEAKER_00]: Did you not get in and then go out and then get stuck?
19:30.463 --> 19:31.803
[SPEAKER_01]: I went back and forth.
19:31.863 --> 19:41.966
[SPEAKER_01]: The pets were, it was one of those full moon days and the pets were just absolutely nuts and like a walk-in-or furniture and lamps and all this dumb stuff and getting into things I didn't even know we had in the house.
19:42.946 --> 19:46.067
[SPEAKER_01]: So just one of those things doorbell goes and all that kind of things.
19:46.147 --> 19:50.768
[SPEAKER_01]: So I only had an hour and a half, like from 1pm to 2.30 when the kids come home, but man,
19:52.692 --> 19:54.932
[SPEAKER_01]: There's got to be like a raccoon or something.
19:54.953 --> 20:00.714
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, we're like, my office is right next to, it's like below the driveway kind of thing.
20:00.974 --> 20:01.114
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
20:02.054 --> 20:04.795
[SPEAKER_01]: That light, the light sensor for the driver.
20:04.815 --> 20:08.375
[SPEAKER_01]: D-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d
20:23.285 --> 20:35.769
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to I played a tiny bit while making dinner I intentionally just did a frozen lasagna tonight so I could play and so that's where the the Segway comes in is I was playing and it was fine but it was frustrating for me because um
20:38.044 --> 21:01.730
21:03.755 --> 21:19.425
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I was watching Logan do it, it's painful, like painful, vulnerable, you're just your skills or what you're talking about right now is actually why I decided to change my mind and not go anything melee, I went range in the end.
21:19.805 --> 21:20.205
[SPEAKER_00]: Interesting.
21:20.386 --> 21:24.588
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I just I've melee frustrated me and I was like, what am I doing?
21:24.608 --> 21:25.289
[SPEAKER_00]: Why am I doing this?
21:25.369 --> 21:27.090
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to actually do second eye.
21:27.110 --> 21:31.333
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to actually want to play somewhat enjoy the process and I love melee.
21:31.353 --> 21:33.074
[SPEAKER_00]: You know I love the slams the big stuff.
21:33.955 --> 21:34.756
[SPEAKER_00]: I just didn't want to do it.
21:35.096 --> 21:36.257
[SPEAKER_00]: I felt like it was going to drive me crazy.
21:36.957 --> 21:37.337
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry.
21:37.357 --> 21:44.202
[SPEAKER_01]: I keep making sure like he's not been with the bathroom, but I which he's probably fine, but never he's in one of those weird moves.
21:44.282 --> 21:45.063
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, I am
21:46.905 --> 21:55.610
[SPEAKER_01]: the same kind of thing but as soon as you get those skills where you can always hold up a shield and you're doing damage at the same time, you know, like in Dark Souls with your spear, poke, poke, poke, poke.
21:56.050 --> 22:06.375
[SPEAKER_01]: The game really opens up, but until then, like the, the, it's just crazy, like the amount of chaos damage that's ranged or just regular physical arrows, like it's, it's just, it's a lot.
22:06.796 --> 22:08.897
[SPEAKER_01]: And so you start clicking on these runes and it's like you just,
22:09.557 --> 22:10.939
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, even if there's only five enemies.
22:10.959 --> 22:12.060
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, after all, I'm a range.
22:12.080 --> 22:13.002
[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, okay, come on.
22:13.422 --> 22:16.647
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you know, you try and do the double leap to get to them.
22:16.687 --> 22:17.868
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you're like, you just did it.
22:17.888 --> 22:20.772
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm hitting my life last just as much as a bit of my skill gems, right?
22:20.792 --> 22:23.055
[SPEAKER_01]: So it was a tedious experience, but just for the first two.
22:23.095 --> 22:25.819
[SPEAKER_01]: And now, these aren't new criticisms, right?
22:25.899 --> 22:26.480
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just, no.
22:27.080 --> 22:36.707
[SPEAKER_01]: In my mind with how I, if I worked there, I would have said, you know, do the game balance and progress and then, you know, they did it backwards to the way that I would have voted for, which fine, whatever.
22:36.747 --> 22:37.888
[SPEAKER_01]: And so this isn't anything new.
22:38.008 --> 22:40.269
[SPEAKER_01]: I knew what I was getting into when I started with warrior.
22:40.349 --> 22:42.270
[SPEAKER_01]: I know the two skills, three skills.
22:42.871 --> 22:45.012
[SPEAKER_01]: And I hate them until shield charge shows up.
22:45.052 --> 22:48.415
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know I hate shield charge until resonate shield shows up except.
22:49.542 --> 22:50.402
[SPEAKER_01]: They changed something.
22:50.462 --> 22:54.244
[SPEAKER_01]: So I had a post, which, whatever, I was just happy that I got to make a post.
22:54.264 --> 22:57.125
[SPEAKER_01]: But it was just about how janky the game is, right?
22:57.145 --> 23:06.188
[SPEAKER_01]: Like collision detection between users when a boss like what's the one of the two underground the crypt bosses, one of them's a guy, one of them's the...
23:06.888 --> 23:13.532
[SPEAKER_01]: later, even guy, when he does this, he's just like a bunch of like quick attacks when he's like stepping towards you.
23:14.053 --> 23:21.718
[SPEAKER_01]: When that hits your character, the screen, so a lot of big bosses rare sometimes do it too depending on what it is.
23:21.738 --> 23:30.663
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how they wait their skills, but it's like it really janks the screen trying to get pie users really janky and then there's just some skills like shield
23:35.126 --> 23:43.250
[SPEAKER_01]: I was struggling so, so bad that I'm like fine, I'm just going to do shield charge anyway, and I'll just tolerate it until I get to Gem level 5.
23:44.050 --> 23:45.110
[SPEAKER_01]: They change something, man.
23:45.591 --> 23:45.831
[SPEAKER_01]: Better?
23:46.491 --> 23:52.994
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I maybe I missed it in the patch notes, maybe they intentionally didn't put in the patch notes, whichever it is, I don't care, man.
23:53.654 --> 23:55.835
[SPEAKER_01]: Shield charge is so much smoother.
23:56.095 --> 24:02.878
[SPEAKER_01]: It's still a little stupid, like no matter what melee options, you know, like the auto targeting that controller has, no matter what I choose,
24:07.272 --> 24:09.777
[SPEAKER_01]: 80% smarter, 20% stupid, right?
24:09.977 --> 24:12.121
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but not Janky.
24:13.123 --> 24:14.726
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I could actually use it.
24:15.728 --> 24:38.745
24:42.488 --> 24:43.709
[SPEAKER_01]: I can use that skill.
24:43.729 --> 24:52.836
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm actually considering my whole plan was Resonate Shield, but because of the stun bonus that Shield charged us and the fact that I can cover distance, I don't care if I start slowly.
24:53.477 --> 24:53.817
[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
24:53.857 --> 24:58.600
[SPEAKER_01]: Then I start going, I'm actually considering just sticking with that skill.
24:59.461 --> 24:59.701
[SPEAKER_00]: Cool.
25:00.182 --> 25:06.587
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so anyway, so but once I did that the game opened up, but it was very tedious for me, and then there's a really long story.
25:06.607 --> 25:13.113
[SPEAKER_01]: But whatever I like it, um, I had to quit kids to come home from school and the first two gem levels were paying the bus.
25:13.133 --> 25:15.034
[SPEAKER_01]: So when I'm dying and some stupid I'm like, ah,
25:16.375 --> 25:17.455
[SPEAKER_01]: Leave five minutes early.
25:17.715 --> 25:19.616
[SPEAKER_01]: Go outside of the dog wait for the kids outside.
25:19.636 --> 25:28.297
[SPEAKER_01]: I greet them outside I let them play video games today, right because, you know, league lunch day, good day for video games I have this frozen lasagna.
25:28.577 --> 25:35.419
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have to do anything for So great our 40 in there plus 50 minutes plus not no superstore.
25:35.439 --> 25:35.919
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not bigger.
25:36.019 --> 25:38.239
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay with more meat We actually don't like the Costco one.
25:38.299 --> 25:42.100
[SPEAKER_01]: It's so small a Costco like the only thing that's sold small cost goes lasagna
25:43.300 --> 25:46.801
[SPEAKER_01]: And then the Walmart ones just like doesn't even have meat in it.
25:47.441 --> 25:47.862
[SPEAKER_01]: Lame.
25:49.082 --> 25:50.823
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what you said, it gets the expectations.
25:51.843 --> 25:53.243
[SPEAKER_01]: But they don't care because they have hope.
25:54.204 --> 25:54.864
[SPEAKER_01]: I crush this hope.
25:55.684 --> 25:56.184
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be expecting.
25:56.204 --> 25:56.644
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be expecting.
25:56.664 --> 25:57.105
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be expecting.
25:58.705 --> 26:12.839
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyways, so then the kids are playing and all right, so now I get to like sit back down I got another hour and a half right just gonna unlock gym level three I know it's coming around the corner like things are gonna be good And that's when GGG had their like nobody could log in after the patch.
26:12.859 --> 26:13.199
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like oh
26:15.281 --> 26:16.242
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, it did.
26:16.302 --> 26:19.604
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know how long it took them, but I wasn't able to play before dinner.
26:21.125 --> 26:22.627
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm still an act one.
26:22.667 --> 26:27.410
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just at or just beat the executioner.
26:27.990 --> 26:30.132
[SPEAKER_01]: And I got to go back and find Renley's dumb tools.
26:30.892 --> 26:33.875
[SPEAKER_01]: But the area resets and I got to go through the whole dumb area again.
26:34.555 --> 26:41.320
[SPEAKER_00]: I wonder if if there was a change to shield charge if that affected anything else because one of my problems with the Druid.
26:41.360 --> 26:45.263
[SPEAKER_00]: I really like the bear but I hated the rampaging roar.
26:45.283 --> 26:47.825
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was called, but you would like it up on your legs and start running.
26:47.845 --> 26:49.466
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I loved it.
26:49.486 --> 26:55.230
[SPEAKER_00]: It was so fun except that you would like tickle a rock and all of a sudden your Druid would just stop.
26:55.831 --> 27:01.895
[SPEAKER_00]: So I am curious if they've improved that because that was a reason why I didn't go mess around with it all this time as well.
27:03.256 --> 27:05.160
[SPEAKER_00]: For any of these tools, I'm at Act 3, and
27:09.085 --> 27:12.166
[SPEAKER_01]: I think I'd just stop what's that, too?
27:12.226 --> 27:20.047
[SPEAKER_01]: That's, um, Jamirakway and then act three is not the roots.
27:20.947 --> 27:24.148
[SPEAKER_00]: It's the stupid above ground underground back in time, forward in time.
27:24.608 --> 27:25.308
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's accurate.
27:25.368 --> 27:25.608
[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
27:25.628 --> 27:32.910
[SPEAKER_01]: Did they, uh, so Jamie, I'm actually looking forward to that because they said they made changes to how the campaign progresses.
27:32.970 --> 27:34.590
[SPEAKER_01]: I noticed the, um,
27:36.011 --> 27:39.633
[SPEAKER_01]: what's the area where you first meet the king of the mess you have to do the three rituals.
27:39.833 --> 27:41.814
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the fair.
27:41.854 --> 27:45.856
[SPEAKER_01]: They've shrunk up before and I think they shrank it again.
27:45.876 --> 27:52.600
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's like pointing out in that section now we're great like where they point to where they are.
27:53.200 --> 27:57.883
[SPEAKER_00]: That was the only spot in all of Act 1 where I was like, oh, okay, that's a little bit helpful.
27:57.963 --> 28:00.905
[SPEAKER_00]: I actually didn't find I tried looking
28:03.066 --> 28:04.827
[SPEAKER_00]: These secret things to follow.
28:04.907 --> 28:06.368
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they don't have a big enough radius.
28:06.908 --> 28:07.529
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't see them.
28:07.809 --> 28:12.451
[SPEAKER_01]: I saw it on the mini map before I saw the stuff on the ground to help me out right with all of them all of them.
28:13.212 --> 28:22.137
[SPEAKER_01]: It was just it was still a lot more it was still I mean they can change it and I'm sure they will but it was still easier to just hug the right like in in the
28:31.362 --> 28:33.523
[SPEAKER_01]: They pointed, but it didn't matter.
28:33.543 --> 28:38.324
[SPEAKER_01]: The point, because I was hugging the right, and that was how I was going to get to the many way.
28:38.364 --> 28:39.704
[SPEAKER_01]: There was no shortcut.
28:39.784 --> 28:47.506
[SPEAKER_01]: I tried taking the shortcut once, and it was like, no, I just went to the middle, and like, all these awkward places that took me forever to get there, and it wasn't there.
28:47.526 --> 28:49.766
[SPEAKER_01]: It was actually pointing to the very far corner of the world.
28:49.786 --> 28:51.147
[SPEAKER_01]: I would have eventually gone anyway.
28:51.827 --> 28:58.448
[SPEAKER_01]: So in my role with how the map rolled, it wasn't helpful, because it was just hugging
29:01.469 --> 29:21.675
29:21.695 --> 29:26.316
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was I don't think it's a map that they've had for a while in path one maybe not but
29:27.336 --> 29:29.538
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not a layout that I like at all.
29:29.638 --> 29:49.293
29:49.333 --> 29:52.555
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I, that's one of my favorite maps even though I don't like playing it, right?
29:53.236 --> 29:56.158
[SPEAKER_01]: So looking forward to them, fine tuning that kind of stuff for this game.
29:57.433 --> 30:01.974
[SPEAKER_00]: I think I, so I'm only starting act three of just done like maybe the first two zones.
30:03.335 --> 30:07.776
[SPEAKER_00]: I was hoping for more of something where I'd be like, okay, this is speeding it up.
30:07.976 --> 30:11.777
[SPEAKER_00]: I have felt like there's a couple areas that they, so I'm back too.
30:11.817 --> 30:20.059
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, you go through a couple areas where like, okay, that's a, that seems like a bit of an improvement or helpful, and then you go to the next zone and you're like, what the heck?
30:20.879 --> 30:21.219
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
30:21.519 --> 30:22.599
[SPEAKER_00]: You made this one worse.
30:22.900 --> 30:24.460
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like they shrunk the dread not.
30:25.643 --> 30:37.574
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, no, I mean, they took out one of the dreadnoughts and then they just took like 40% of it and tacked it on to the existing They just make the first one gender is just longer.
30:37.594 --> 30:47.544
[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I mean, I have felt like there's some areas I'm hopeful in Act 3 because Act 3 to me is the worst by far.
30:47.584 --> 30:49.225
[SPEAKER_00]: It's the worst Act for trying to get through
30:50.441 --> 30:52.062
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I'm whole- Is it full?
30:52.882 --> 30:53.062
[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
30:54.023 --> 30:55.063
[SPEAKER_01]: Is it the time travel part?
30:55.083 --> 31:03.168
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that's obviously the worst, where it's like, you have to go back and forth to interact with the map and then it's like, you can't even like, you travel back to the home base.
31:03.208 --> 31:07.070
[SPEAKER_01]: But then you have to go through the portal that you can't even access from the way point.
31:07.090 --> 31:10.812
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to walk all the way around, then you go through the portal, then you can talk to your NPCs.
31:11.512 --> 31:12.413
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I'm hoping.
31:13.333 --> 31:14.133
[SPEAKER_01]: gets fixed somehow.
31:14.174 --> 31:16.135
[SPEAKER_01]: Like your waypoint just lets you travel through time.
31:16.735 --> 31:17.355
[SPEAKER_01]: Something like that.
31:17.615 --> 31:23.138
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so that's not the part that I feel hangs up or slows the you down.
31:23.198 --> 31:25.679
[SPEAKER_00]: Like the they did one improvement.
31:25.699 --> 31:28.581
[SPEAKER_00]: The only thing I saw was because I got to the infested bearer.
31:29.261 --> 31:31.162
[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a waypoint now right at the beginning.
31:31.322 --> 31:33.543
[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't think that there was before.
31:33.563 --> 31:36.105
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that was one where you had to try and find the waypoint.
31:37.005 --> 31:37.886
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe I'm thinking of it wrong.
31:37.906 --> 31:44.191
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember, but for me, it's like the lever area.
31:44.372 --> 31:52.879
[SPEAKER_00]: It's any time you go into the right that they have passed down or whatever the city under water is huge.
31:55.522 --> 31:59.687
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, I just, it just feels like it's two acts much together or one and a half much together.
31:59.747 --> 32:06.195
[SPEAKER_00]: So my hope is that they just make that a little bit smoother because I don't feel like my time has been bad.
32:06.235 --> 32:08.578
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I did not get a ton of time to play in the beginning.
32:08.618 --> 32:09.960
[SPEAKER_00]: I kept getting pulled over calls.
32:10.981 --> 32:20.103
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I felt good at by being like someone intact three already, but, um, as I'm going through it, I'm just wondering, like, could I do this again?
32:20.123 --> 32:23.965
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, obviously right now is not the best time to decide if I want to play another character, right?
32:24.005 --> 32:29.646
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, trying to decide if it is this a good enough fix where I would be fine playing it again.
32:29.706 --> 32:33.687
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't feel like I can fully judge that yet because I still want to play through three.
32:34.447 --> 32:35.248
[SPEAKER_01]: But what's your character?
32:35.428 --> 32:36.108
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going range.
32:36.148 --> 32:36.608
[SPEAKER_00]: What are you doing?
32:37.188 --> 32:38.049
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm playing a ranger.
32:38.429 --> 32:39.289
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going dead.
32:39.309 --> 32:40.290
[SPEAKER_00]: I am going easy.
32:40.950 --> 32:42.511
[SPEAKER_00]: Just range shoot lightning arrow.
32:42.832 --> 32:43.732
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll move to eye shot.
32:44.853 --> 32:49.676
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I really wanted to go Gemly and Legionnaire.
32:50.456 --> 32:56.300
[SPEAKER_00]: I could find so little information about it online that made me comfortable with like starting it and playing it.
32:57.227 --> 33:24.142
33:24.982 --> 33:34.849
[SPEAKER_01]: Unfortunately, we both hate the ascension process, so trying some things is very tedious, but it is really exciting for me.
33:34.929 --> 33:39.332
[SPEAKER_01]: It just sucks that for me, the theory crafting isn't really there.
33:39.812 --> 33:40.453
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
33:40.653 --> 33:45.416
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, well, and it takes too long to get to the stage of trying to
33:50.990 --> 34:05.594
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there's just too many skills that are garbage to have right off the bat, and so it's really hard to try and get a handle on what you want to do, and because Mercenary was the only class I've never played any at all.
34:06.155 --> 34:09.996
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, man, if I start this, and I get crabby.
34:11.183 --> 34:22.828
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to play anymore, and then I've just wasted, you know, I'm going to have a negative opinion of what 0.5 is before I even get to see what this huge changes that they've introduced at the end of the, uh, at the end of the game.
34:22.888 --> 34:30.752
[SPEAKER_01]: So, and I'm looking forward to that because as we were like getting ready to record, I was like, hey, as we were getting ready to record, I was,
34:32.716 --> 34:45.389
[SPEAKER_01]: Like not practicing or anything, but I'm like I'm not gonna talk about like I have stuff to talk about, but like none of it's new like I did act one I've clicked on some runes and Like all that all they're giving me are runes.
34:45.889 --> 34:48.091
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, none of my gear has any runes sockets.
34:48.392 --> 34:50.353
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm gonna get like trans music and
34:50.974 --> 34:53.956
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I can't have it like transbeets aren't hard to come by, right?
34:53.996 --> 34:56.238
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm getting like getting trans by, I got plenty.
34:56.878 --> 34:59.300
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm using them often, and I'm not running out.
34:59.460 --> 35:07.965
[SPEAKER_01]: So, but, but like, whatever, I just like the room versus how many sockets are available while you're leveling isn't really at a good balance yet.
35:08.146 --> 35:08.886
[SPEAKER_01]: Whatever, that's fine.
35:08.926 --> 35:12.048
[SPEAKER_01]: The most thing that I'm getting are rooms because that's what the leaves called sweet.
35:12.128 --> 35:13.509
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just talking about life goes on.
35:13.569 --> 35:16.111
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe you can vendor them and combine them into something better.
35:16.131 --> 35:16.411
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
35:16.931 --> 35:17.092
[SPEAKER_01]: But,
35:18.250 --> 35:35.181
[SPEAKER_01]: I am not, so one of my big criticisms in the past has been that you just don't get enough even if you're doing like all the side bosses that don't get you anything except for a support gem drop, even then it doesn't really give you enough to try stuff out, you know what I mean.
35:35.622 --> 35:35.902
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
35:36.322 --> 35:36.582
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
35:36.682 --> 35:42.306
[SPEAKER_01]: And so like for example, I was using Earthquake because I was just, I was hating the
35:47.169 --> 35:49.450
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm like, fine, you know what, I'm just gonna do Earthquake.
35:49.470 --> 35:51.110
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'll suck it up, I'll do this.
35:51.570 --> 35:55.112
[SPEAKER_01]: But then the two supports that I had, I can't move to anything else.
35:55.332 --> 35:57.912
[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's a duration and like a slam.
35:57.952 --> 35:59.993
[SPEAKER_01]: And the other ones I was doing weren't technically slams.
36:00.033 --> 36:01.894
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, well, I can't even move these supports over.
36:02.734 --> 36:10.076
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's one big thing that's really nice about this league is I'm getting support gems from these rooms that I'm chipping away at.
36:10.336 --> 36:11.336
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's really nice.
36:11.376 --> 36:12.517
[SPEAKER_01]: Because then it's given me
36:13.257 --> 36:14.418
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know this ahead of time.
36:14.518 --> 36:18.622
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just thankful for it in retrospect because now I've been able to, okay, sweet.
36:18.662 --> 36:21.886
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not sticking with Earthquake and I'm not screwed.
36:22.226 --> 36:28.112
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't actually feel like I need to restart and I know that might sound cheesy, but at the end of the day like
36:29.406 --> 36:43.295
36:43.315 --> 36:56.783
[SPEAKER_01]: I got to beat two bosses to try and figure that out like that's that's a lot of content especially when you have If you're not familiar with a class or type of skill or you're not liking a skill the idea of getting swarmed with some of these things or magic and like it's a lot right?
36:56.944 --> 36:57.304
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a lot.
36:57.424 --> 36:58.785
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean there's been sometimes where
37:00.257 --> 37:11.823
[SPEAKER_01]: If I wasn't going with the skill where my shield was constantly up and blocking, this new contents like pretty rippy, they start, I mean, you see the spawn where they're going to spawn.
37:11.843 --> 37:16.245
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't know what's going to spawn, but you see the spawn similar to a strong box and you're like, okay, okay, that's cool.
37:16.285 --> 37:21.248
[SPEAKER_01]: But there's been a couple of times where it's just, it was like, they called ranged all at once.
37:21.288 --> 37:23.409
[SPEAKER_01]: It was like what high stores at the beginning, almost.
37:23.429 --> 37:25.650
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, not to the same degree, but I'm act one.
37:25.670 --> 37:27.071
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, I'm level six and a half.
37:29.832 --> 37:32.153
[SPEAKER_00]: But I didn't even know you were there, kind of thing, right?
37:32.233 --> 37:35.113
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, it's been good.
37:35.153 --> 37:38.474
[SPEAKER_01]: I've been enjoying the access.
37:38.594 --> 37:48.376
[SPEAKER_01]: And that'd be really cool if maybe in future, the league content just provided that, like that was what the encouragement for the league content was the reward for you do this.
37:48.736 --> 37:50.176
[SPEAKER_01]: You'll have more options for the aircraft.
37:50.196 --> 37:51.417
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, at least through the campaigns.
37:51.737 --> 37:52.617
[SPEAKER_00]: At least through the campaign.
37:52.977 --> 37:59.342
[SPEAKER_00]: Like it was really good for support sent for additional skill gems through the campaign that was nice.
37:59.722 --> 38:01.303
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought that they were fun.
38:01.343 --> 38:06.026
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I got a unique bow from doing it just like as you go further on.
38:06.066 --> 38:09.749
[SPEAKER_00]: And then when you get to your first craft, like it into put ward on an item was fun.
38:09.769 --> 38:11.610
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that was fun.
38:11.850 --> 38:16.474
[SPEAKER_01]: I got a rune that gives ward and I didn't try it out because I don't have any secrets.
38:17.454 --> 38:22.058
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, but if you when you complete the quest line for him in act one,
38:22.838 --> 38:25.419
[SPEAKER_00]: he opens up the crafting with pruning.
38:26.619 --> 38:30.680
[SPEAKER_00]: Varusium, some, I don't know you, but if you see it, but I think you can I craft it.
38:30.980 --> 38:44.883
38:44.903 --> 38:47.064
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you draw it, I'm clicking it.
38:47.324 --> 38:49.884
[SPEAKER_01]: But if I don't, I'm missing out and I do not care.
38:53.045 --> 38:53.966
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I know that sucks.
38:54.026 --> 39:12.138
[SPEAKER_00]: It would be ridiculous if I have to go back to that area and it's just not going to be available in the next area It doesn't really have to it doesn't I have to go back and explore the whole area where it's not going to be at the beginning or at the end of the area It's three set areas in three different zones of each act
39:12.978 --> 39:34.855
[SPEAKER_00]: and you have to so specifically kef for example is a set of rune stones you need to click on and it's only in kef for that one so unlike the last league where it's like oh you missed it in the last one that's not what they did not follow that amazing decision making now your quest continues to tell you where you need to go but it is specific to the zone and
39:38.960 --> 39:40.100
[SPEAKER_01]: They are too, aren't they?
39:40.741 --> 39:44.562
[SPEAKER_00]: I had my, especially after this whole hay, we've made areas smaller.
39:44.582 --> 39:50.643
[SPEAKER_00]: I had missed mine in Act 2 and when I got the third one, I was like, huh, I'm kind of close to the end of this act.
39:50.683 --> 39:53.084
[SPEAKER_00]: And then he's like, there's one more in Keth.
39:53.264 --> 39:54.965
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, you mother effort.
39:55.005 --> 39:58.226
[SPEAKER_00]: Now I got, so I had to run through all of Keth to try and find it.
39:58.246 --> 40:02.547
[SPEAKER_00]: Now granted, it's not like it took forever, but I still did have to run around to find it.
40:03.959 --> 40:12.784
[SPEAKER_00]: But the process of what it is has been fun, being able to use the Runic Ward, actually did save me one time, which was cool to see.
40:13.685 --> 40:17.787
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, now it's been pretty good.
40:18.582 --> 40:22.426
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Ward is applied, it's only on your item.
40:22.626 --> 40:32.675
[SPEAKER_01]: It's technically part of the defense of structure of it and it does lower whatever the defense, which isn't a word anymore of the item, right?
40:32.695 --> 40:36.019
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that only happens over 50-9 or something, right?
40:36.059 --> 40:36.699
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, thank you.
40:36.759 --> 40:40.022
[SPEAKER_01]: Sorry, so I guess you're- I guess you're- I'm not even there yet.
40:41.824 --> 40:43.566
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, that is what it is.
40:43.586 --> 40:45.688
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's the only way to get it.
40:45.768 --> 40:49.732
[SPEAKER_01]: Like there's no character word, it's item word, right?
40:49.792 --> 40:51.153
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's applied to your item.
40:51.173 --> 40:55.657
[SPEAKER_01]: The only time I've seen it, but I mean, I'm still only halfway through act one is a room that would apply it.
40:56.218 --> 40:58.220
[SPEAKER_01]: Ruins or crafting, right?
40:58.560 --> 41:04.306
[SPEAKER_01]: But it is just via items and mods and it's applied to the item like a defense like armor of vision.
41:04.906 --> 41:19.184
[SPEAKER_01]: right cuz it can only be on armor right okay so there's no character word when it's just hovering like life or anything like that okay don't think so yeah so man yeah i don't mind it you've been having fun
41:21.157 --> 41:35.227
[SPEAKER_00]: no in act one honestly no i mean i i knew that it wasn't going to be i just find it a slog early on it's really uh i watched that i had to help Logan with his monkey actually tears credit did really well with going back and having to do it but you know like the
41:36.388 --> 41:50.338
[SPEAKER_00]: Mass like zone three or four where it's all the Pustules blown up underground and you're trying to like walk through this tiny corridor and These guys are throwing rain shit at you and like oh, it's it's like watch He's no stage of the game.
41:50.378 --> 41:51.159
[SPEAKER_00]: We're at right?
41:51.399 --> 42:00.546
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it really sucked and then it's like the other area where you're getting introduced to the red veil Almost like ranged chaos shooters.
42:00.606 --> 42:03.648
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like yeah Yeah, so
42:05.148 --> 42:10.611
[SPEAKER_00]: Like for range character, it was definitely better for me because you can stand back a bit.
42:10.671 --> 42:18.455
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, it was, it sucked watching him, that's going to be so loud, love it.
42:18.715 --> 42:21.137
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, I, yeah, for me, it wasn't terrible, but
42:22.037 --> 42:26.359
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't have fun until I got further in, like, Jeffrey was a one shot, which was good.
42:26.399 --> 42:27.699
[SPEAKER_00]: I was able to do it the first try.
42:28.680 --> 42:32.781
[SPEAKER_00]: Same with your Miracle, but like, it got better once I got further into Act 2.
42:32.801 --> 42:33.622
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
42:33.642 --> 42:34.842
[SPEAKER_00]: But the beginning was tough.
42:34.882 --> 42:39.804
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you're just running around just, like, please give me any damage.
42:39.944 --> 42:41.085
[SPEAKER_00]: Please, like, just something.
42:41.165 --> 42:41.385
[SPEAKER_00]: So,
42:42.925 --> 42:43.866
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it took me a bit.
42:43.926 --> 43:03.640
[SPEAKER_00]: I almost braged quit right off the bat like a big baby because I was not in a good mood because it work and then the first thing I just happened to come across in the very first section is the stupid cold witch and she probably killed me like four times and I was like fuck get this I did end up skipping her and came back to her later, but
43:04.901 --> 43:23.706
[SPEAKER_01]: That's like that is actually that one and who else is perfect the mist king in the red veil were perfect for earthquake They're just like yeah, you place you place it like a mine and you run around and then boom and it's like it's really good for just clearing all the extra crap
43:24.306 --> 43:36.113
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and then when you're not actually focused on attacking, those two fights are a lot easier because you're just dancing around all the stuff, they're just really strong attacks if you get caught in them, right?
43:36.534 --> 43:41.416
[SPEAKER_01]: So Earthquake was actually perfect for me, and so I didn't struggle with those two, but I did with other things.
43:41.997 --> 43:48.160
[SPEAKER_01]: It's funny, though, as soon as you get into, like, for me, with one of those shield skills, we're actively blocking.
43:49.641 --> 43:51.863
[SPEAKER_01]: It's, and GGG please don't change it.
43:51.983 --> 43:58.127
[SPEAKER_01]: It's really nice to have something that you can look forward to to get through tedious content easily.
43:58.167 --> 43:59.407
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, please don't use this.
43:59.487 --> 43:59.968
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
44:00.328 --> 44:03.390
[SPEAKER_01]: Do you mean in the sake that it just makes it a bit easier for you to be able to do that?
44:03.450 --> 44:04.330
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's good.
44:04.791 --> 44:11.835
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought the mist king and it was like in, like, the second one where you're going through the,
44:12.175 --> 44:24.522
[SPEAKER_01]: The second time you do the rituals and you talk to the guy and he gives you a fair spirit that was nice I just like chill church She'll church she'll church life-flask she'll church and it was done and I loved it I loved it.
44:24.542 --> 44:24.822
[SPEAKER_01]: I loved it.
44:24.982 --> 44:26.183
[SPEAKER_01]: It was that fight different for you
44:27.623 --> 44:30.505
[SPEAKER_01]: So I played on the computer, but through my Xbox.
44:30.525 --> 44:32.726
[SPEAKER_01]: So I wasn't playing the computer version with controller.
44:33.447 --> 44:38.190
[SPEAKER_01]: I was upstairs, we had the Montreal Carolina game on TV.
44:39.030 --> 44:40.911
[SPEAKER_01]: And so then I had the Xbox on.
44:41.812 --> 44:47.976
[SPEAKER_01]: But with the Xbox app, I was playing on the upstairs computer because the upstairs computer, I don't think in handle path, too.
44:47.996 --> 44:48.996
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't even have it installed.
44:49.577 --> 44:54.120
[SPEAKER_01]: So I was playing the Xbox version through the Xbox app on the computer.
44:55.119 --> 45:01.165
[SPEAKER_01]: and it's just like, so it's through a computer monitor, but the colors all weird and like, it was super small.
45:01.286 --> 45:03.628
[SPEAKER_01]: It was like, I was taller than the first stage of that guy.
45:03.648 --> 45:04.869
[SPEAKER_01]: And I like, I don't remember that.
45:05.570 --> 45:06.711
[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
45:06.751 --> 45:07.772
[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't like that for me.
45:08.013 --> 45:08.433
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
45:08.793 --> 45:16.862
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't find anything, trying to think if I noticed anything that was quite a bit different.
45:17.102 --> 45:17.683
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't remember.
45:18.988 --> 45:27.931
[SPEAKER_00]: I found the zones that I didn't like, still not liking, you know, like a red, shit, de-gen, believe stuff as I'm going towards Gregory.
45:28.211 --> 45:31.873
[SPEAKER_01]: Not a fan, in super dark hallways and all.
45:31.893 --> 45:37.075
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and new, like you, I don't have a defense against it anyway, so I'm just trying to sprint through it.
45:38.055 --> 45:38.215
[SPEAKER_00]: But,
45:39.582 --> 45:51.614
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for me, I started to like it a bit more as I got back to so far and act three, it's going not too bad, but you know Logan walks in here when I start acting and he's like, you're damaged seems pretty bad, like, just kidding.
45:52.115 --> 45:53.596
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, grounded.
45:54.037 --> 45:54.597
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right.
45:54.877 --> 45:55.538
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
45:55.718 --> 45:56.879
[SPEAKER_00]: So for my next week.
45:57.540 --> 46:10.610
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, it's slow going, but whatever stuff's done, I think, uh, yeah, I did my first ascendancy, and I didn't have any problem with that, like it got better, like I said as I got further along, I did not do my ascendancy until
46:12.043 --> 46:14.885
[SPEAKER_00]: Like right before doing Jermere, I think.
46:14.905 --> 46:17.367
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I just wasn't sure about it.
46:17.427 --> 46:21.070
[SPEAKER_00]: How I'd feel about doing Sakuwa, not getting hit.
46:21.170 --> 46:25.052
[SPEAKER_00]: But again, when I'm doing range, that was another reason why I was like, yeah, I'm okay with this.
46:25.693 --> 46:30.056
[SPEAKER_00]: At least I can play a Naked Angry right now from like whatever.
46:30.476 --> 46:36.501
[SPEAKER_00]: I would really still like, I was watching him play the monk and I was kind of like, and it is a really fun play style, but then I was watching him go,
46:37.791 --> 46:38.772
[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, what do I pick?
46:38.812 --> 46:40.633
[SPEAKER_00]: What skill can I use in my, that's right.
46:41.294 --> 46:42.174
[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
46:42.194 --> 46:43.856
[SPEAKER_00]: This sucker in that's your fault.
46:44.236 --> 46:44.456
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh-huh.
46:44.856 --> 46:45.417
[SPEAKER_00]: That's funny.
46:45.977 --> 46:46.237
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
46:47.138 --> 46:48.439
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and then eats plenty or so.
46:48.599 --> 46:49.420
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, is he ever that's cool?
46:50.040 --> 46:50.280
[SPEAKER_00]: Nice.
46:51.441 --> 46:53.703
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this game's kind of funny like that.
46:53.743 --> 46:59.648
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's very much very different than Dark Souls and Elden Ring, but it's like a love Dark Souls.
47:00.248 --> 47:02.470
[SPEAKER_01]: Love, Elden Ring when it first came out.
47:03.030 --> 47:08.513
[SPEAKER_01]: But then you play through again, and you start hearing yourself, especially as you're playing with someone.
47:08.933 --> 47:15.276
[SPEAKER_01]: For the first time, so you've played it on your own, then you start going through those areas with someone you're like, oh, I hate this area.
47:15.856 --> 47:18.598
[SPEAKER_01]: And then you're like, oh, man, I hate this area so much, right?
47:18.838 --> 47:19.378
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I hate this area.
47:19.398 --> 47:25.901
[SPEAKER_01]: And then all of a sudden, like, in retrospect, you're hanging out with the person again, because you're you're gaming together, doing the camping call or whatever, and
47:27.362 --> 47:45.375
[SPEAKER_01]: you both realize you like you probably said that for every single area right now in in Dark Souls that's it's a it's a different design I really don't like the campaign leveling process like it's not I don't get excited to go through the campaign in Path of Excel
47:46.356 --> 47:54.022
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think the first few stages are just the most tedious.
47:54.362 --> 47:59.146
[SPEAKER_01]: I think as any, like, especially in Path 2 as well, or Path 1, those of your character comes together.
47:59.166 --> 48:06.932
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, as soon as you get to like the end of Act 4, you're really, like, starting to feel what you actually wanted to design, you know what I mean?
48:06.952 --> 48:09.494
[SPEAKER_01]: That's where the most of the gems come unlock at level 38.
48:09.835 --> 48:10.875
[SPEAKER_01]: You start going through things.
48:11.216 --> 48:14.959
[SPEAKER_01]: You can start taking some of that mitigation while I mean you can't enact two and three two.
48:15.599 --> 48:19.741
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you're really starting to handle like if you wanted some of those triggered gems, right, and taking damage.
48:19.821 --> 48:29.025
[SPEAKER_01]: But act one, or sorry, path to the first few stages out of all the different characters that I've played.
48:29.886 --> 48:30.846
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not interesting.
48:31.366 --> 48:34.008
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not fun to interact with the enemies.
48:34.088 --> 48:38.550
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm tolerating these experiences until I get something more enjoyable.
48:38.590 --> 48:42.592
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, that could very easily, I don't know how many people would agree with me or not, but that's just,
48:43.452 --> 48:49.816
[SPEAKER_01]: based on what I like, it skills that I like, and maybe how effective they are in the game, too, so maybe part of it's a balanced thing.
48:50.316 --> 48:59.761
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't find the initial stages overly interesting, even when it comes to supports, because the supports aren't really modifying my gear too much, right?
49:00.841 --> 49:01.022
[SPEAKER_01]: So,
49:02.102 --> 49:05.044
[SPEAKER_01]: But I am at the same time I'm I'm crazy excited for this.
49:05.465 --> 49:08.587
[SPEAKER_01]: I just I'm in act one.
49:10.388 --> 49:11.649
[SPEAKER_01]: Like what's gonna happen in act one.
49:11.729 --> 49:16.093
[SPEAKER_01]: I click on these things and there's like I get an extra transmute or an extra support gem.
49:16.873 --> 49:19.595
[SPEAKER_01]: Like there's really not anything new for me yet, right?
49:20.416 --> 49:23.738
[SPEAKER_00]: No, and you're kind of just going through the grind to try and get to the fun stuff.
49:23.838 --> 49:26.861
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah that yeah kind of is always the same thing every league.
49:27.801 --> 49:28.922
[SPEAKER_00]: I am hopeful to
49:30.043 --> 49:45.371
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I would like to see some changes in Act 3 because I currently feel like how I fell when Mark first brought up the whole short cuts and faster ways to level alt, which I think it's nonsense.
49:45.431 --> 49:52.415
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that they've maybe done some stuff to speed some things up, but I don't think it's anything that makes leveling a second character any better.
49:52.996 --> 49:54.376
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think it makes it any faster.
49:55.097 --> 49:56.478
[SPEAKER_00]: And that sucks because that is
49:58.699 --> 50:10.904
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I'm saying this maybe relatively early, but I don't think I just it doesn't seem like they made enough changes to rack one and two that all of a sudden enact three and four you're like, oh, okay, this is where they finally picked it up a bit.
50:11.404 --> 50:11.545
[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
50:11.565 --> 50:21.429
[SPEAKER_00]: So, both see once it's all actually all done, I mean, it's a league launch too, so you're your shitty, you know, I don't play second characters like you do, I will give them as much as I can to make it faster.
50:21.529 --> 50:25.531
[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, maybe it would be a little bit better, but, yeah,
50:27.193 --> 50:29.456
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I want to see the other stuff they changed.
50:29.496 --> 50:30.637
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to see the new stuff.
50:30.657 --> 50:35.263
[SPEAKER_00]: Like it was cool to see how this ruins of whatever.
50:37.946 --> 50:38.246
[SPEAKER_00]: All there.
50:38.927 --> 50:46.316
[SPEAKER_00]: Friends of all their like what else comes with that as I'm going further in because now you see the crafting, but it does seem
50:47.452 --> 51:00.769
[SPEAKER_00]: It seems very, like, beast crafting, like, Einhar, it's, you're kind of going through and you're just being presented with a bunch of blood alters, you know, that are you pick these different rooms.
51:00.809 --> 51:01.910
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like you really do.
51:02.010 --> 51:05.515
[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't even noticed, in fact, I've had someone lock where there's four slots.
51:07.078 --> 51:13.606
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought for some reason in my head that you'd be applying a rune and then you'd have to wait till the next zone and then you'd put the third one and then the next one for the fourth.
51:14.147 --> 51:14.568
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not.
51:14.608 --> 51:17.471
[SPEAKER_00]: You just pick one that's all for runes and you can use it.
51:18.192 --> 51:18.312
[SPEAKER_01]: So.
51:21.003 --> 51:24.264
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, yeah, so I'm curious to see where they go with that, but in the end, I just want to get to endgame.
51:24.644 --> 51:29.105
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to see some of these new changes with uh, yeah, whatever the whole start is stuff.
51:29.685 --> 51:37.827
[SPEAKER_01]: So when the game starts, I don't, I don't get this overly lengthy mass of area campaign bit when everybody just wants the endgame anyway.
51:38.547 --> 51:39.447
[SPEAKER_01]: They're holding on to it, though.
51:39.747 --> 51:41.188
[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't think that's going to ever change.
51:41.468 --> 51:43.608
[SPEAKER_01]: Did you try any of the build stuff like that?
51:43.628 --> 51:43.888
[SPEAKER_00]: That's
51:51.712 --> 51:59.672
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they didn't know there's zero how out there really like what I'm but yeah, I don't know what to do How do I have to even start?
52:00.475 --> 52:01.116
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good question.
52:01.336 --> 52:04.098
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw I thought I saw, well, then I guess you're going to find it.
52:04.558 --> 52:11.404
[SPEAKER_01]: Please, if you can, because I really want to, like, I want to, I'm going to take my time going through, like, this is going to be a six month league, right?
52:11.424 --> 52:15.988
[SPEAKER_01]: The next big league is going to be league, or the game launching in December.
52:16.748 --> 52:22.533
[SPEAKER_01]: So, like, I'm in no rush, so I'm going to take my time with my filter anytime, something drops in my go.
52:22.553 --> 52:22.973
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like that.
52:22.993 --> 52:24.635
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to change it right away instead of just
52:29.952 --> 52:31.773
[SPEAKER_01]: There's like, no information.
52:31.793 --> 52:33.214
[SPEAKER_01]: They said, yeah, you're going to be able to do that.
52:33.594 --> 52:37.036
[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know, who, how, what, where, where, why?
52:38.196 --> 52:47.781
[SPEAKER_00]: So this, okay, so two things, I actually did go on the Reddit for Path of Exile 2, but not like to look through anything.
52:47.822 --> 52:50.303
[SPEAKER_00]: I just was looking for something regarding this building.
52:50.923 --> 52:57.947
[SPEAKER_00]: And I found a site where you can actually like build your plan.
52:59.507 --> 53:04.488
[SPEAKER_00]: and then export it as a.Build file.
53:05.629 --> 53:06.329
[SPEAKER_00]: I just sent it to you.
53:06.389 --> 53:10.430
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, you can basically go through and build.
53:10.450 --> 53:13.251
[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea if you can import from a POB.
53:13.291 --> 53:16.312
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I had read somewhere that you could import from an existing POB.
53:17.612 --> 53:20.633
[SPEAKER_00]: And then you can actually build out your whole.
53:21.433 --> 53:21.613
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
53:21.633 --> 53:23.414
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know the details of how it works.
53:23.854 --> 53:24.074
[SPEAKER_00]: But.
53:26.098 --> 53:28.980
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's apparently you can convert your POB into it.
53:29.000 --> 53:32.402
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know if maybe does POB, you know what I didn't even check.
53:32.442 --> 53:36.884
[SPEAKER_00]: I wonder, POB supports an export to a.Build file now.
53:37.044 --> 53:41.807
[SPEAKER_01]: It didn't after the first update, but I'm sure it'll come.
53:42.408 --> 53:49.772
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just, there also needs to be the interaction with like, there's those comments you can write that show up in the game.
53:50.912 --> 53:52.372
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I think you can't with that one.
53:52.653 --> 53:53.113
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:53.153 --> 53:55.953
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, maybe maybe you can.
53:56.093 --> 53:56.213
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
53:56.653 --> 53:57.293
[SPEAKER_01]: And so that's cool.
53:57.573 --> 53:58.114
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll save that.
53:58.134 --> 53:58.714
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll check it out.
53:59.514 --> 54:02.374
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, so like, if you, do you see the link that I sent you?
54:02.835 --> 54:02.955
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
54:02.975 --> 54:03.535
[SPEAKER_00]: I clicked on it.
54:03.815 --> 54:03.955
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
54:04.095 --> 54:07.335
[SPEAKER_00]: When you're on it, you can go to the gear section and you can click on it.
54:07.355 --> 54:14.097
[SPEAKER_01]: And you have your option to describe the rare and then not to what shows in specific unique describing the rare at the first deal.
54:14.117 --> 54:14.277
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
54:14.897 --> 54:15.477
[SPEAKER_00]: It's pretty cool.
54:15.497 --> 54:18.838
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I did play around with it to see how it imports in and it's quite cool.
54:20.598 --> 54:27.199
[SPEAKER_00]: But ever when you mouse over your slot and the build planning picker really cool in the skill tree.
54:27.780 --> 54:30.140
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just up in the top left.
54:30.160 --> 54:46.403
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't see this working at all for console because unless they change it to where you can import something directly into it, when the patch happened for the PC, it automatically created a build folder in your path of Excel directory on your computer and
54:50.604 --> 54:53.745
[SPEAKER_01]: They really, like, they did such a good job with their marketing.
54:53.765 --> 54:54.626
[SPEAKER_01]: They'd like pumped.
54:54.906 --> 54:57.467
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, videos, non, stop prior to launch.
54:57.547 --> 55:01.008
[SPEAKER_01]: But there wasn't anything that was like, hey, we did this.
55:01.148 --> 55:02.889
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was very PC specific.
55:02.909 --> 55:08.971
[SPEAKER_01]: And there was zero comments on multiple videos that post reveal.
55:10.492 --> 55:26.912
[SPEAKER_01]: Then they come out with a new YouTube video for this specific thing and they show a PC process for it And then they come out with a short for it and there's a PC process and for some reason they didn't and for console you can do this or whatever Like there was there just zero mention it was just all PC and
55:27.872 --> 55:31.375
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I went on their website after the league launched.
55:31.435 --> 55:34.578
[SPEAKER_01]: There was like You know how when you click on your profile.
55:34.598 --> 55:36.479
[SPEAKER_01]: There's an item filter.
55:37.060 --> 55:37.200
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
55:37.880 --> 55:45.346
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't or not I can't link on the bottom right I guess there's nothing for builds maybe that's just a come maybe, but that's what like
55:46.287 --> 55:55.469
[SPEAKER_01]: It's, it's so, it's not a very user-friendly experience to announce this and then can you just follow disappears?
55:56.169 --> 55:59.930
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you follow a filter right now for a console account?
56:00.410 --> 56:01.530
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if you can.
56:01.870 --> 56:05.991
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, see, that's the only way I can think of that they could do it because it works the same way you click from a dropdown.
56:06.391 --> 56:11.172
[SPEAKER_00]: That being said, I have no idea how it actually works with the file itself, but bring it up again.
56:11.932 --> 56:25.197
[SPEAKER_00]: And then when you get a chance, I sent you another link that made me laugh, and this is the only other thing I saw on Reddit, and Kudos to the person who posted it, because it made me laugh, and it is titled, I'll click on it in a sec.
56:25.558 --> 56:31.440
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there's just tell you what it's titled, LAN party, we're 40, but feel 14 right now.
56:32.780 --> 56:34.041
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's awesome.
56:35.017 --> 56:42.542
[SPEAKER_00]: They remind me of like age of Empire days and like I can't remember what the other games were used to play all that's cool Get another dogs in there too.
56:43.102 --> 56:43.282
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
56:43.923 --> 56:44.703
[SPEAKER_00]: That's very cool.
56:44.983 --> 56:48.606
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's way too many cheetos, but Ah, good for them.
56:48.806 --> 56:49.226
[SPEAKER_00]: That's awesome.
56:49.266 --> 56:51.488
[SPEAKER_00]: How do you eat those cheetos and then touch a keyboard?
56:52.108 --> 56:56.551
[SPEAKER_00]: You don't That's where you get that's all my one key button bills going that's all.
56:56.591 --> 57:00.133
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, maybe controller discussing controller anyway very cool
57:02.034 --> 57:06.899
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I thought for some reason I'd heard somebody say that it was supposed to work console.
57:07.019 --> 57:09.942
[SPEAKER_00]: It's too bad that it currently doesn't maybe that's something that will change.
57:10.643 --> 57:15.167
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe 10, but like I don't I don't know if there's like nothing.
57:15.668 --> 57:17.950
[SPEAKER_01]: I was really excited about this really.
57:17.970 --> 57:21.314
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, so user, because you play on PC, you just also play on.
57:21.394 --> 57:22.875
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, I still don't know how to do it.
57:23.668 --> 57:26.990
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I got to go through like everything's non-GGG.
57:27.530 --> 57:27.970
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, of course.
57:28.430 --> 57:31.552
[SPEAKER_01]: They say this is what you can do, but there's zero starting point.
57:31.572 --> 57:34.193
[SPEAKER_01]: There's zero process, there's zero anything.
57:34.653 --> 57:43.778
[SPEAKER_01]: Even when they're like with their filters, they're not like, they even have an about page, which is the bare bare minimum on how to build blocks, but it's, yeah.
57:44.138 --> 57:51.341
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, I am curious if that was really, I really was hoping for some minor website integration,
57:53.917 --> 57:55.758
[SPEAKER_00]: with their actual website, something.
57:56.338 --> 57:56.659
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
57:57.979 --> 58:00.280
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, whatever, hopefully it'll come.
58:00.360 --> 58:05.423
[SPEAKER_01]: I was really excited for it at launch because, you know, they announced it, but it'll happen.
58:05.683 --> 58:16.209
[SPEAKER_01]: And looking forward to getting to the end game, looking forward to experiencing what the end game is, looking forward to discovering what it's going to be like for standard playthroughs going forward.
58:16.649 --> 58:20.151
[SPEAKER_01]: Because after the first couple of league launches, once the game will officially launches,
58:23.313 --> 58:30.723
[SPEAKER_01]: Really, even though I hated, I was standard and leveling was fine in path one.
58:30.883 --> 58:32.906
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I think I could adjust though.
58:33.807 --> 58:34.227
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
58:34.988 --> 58:38.012
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying one thing because I was curious about the expert.
58:38.032 --> 58:41.517
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't export from POB to a top build.
58:42.845 --> 58:46.426
[SPEAKER_00]: but you can export to max roll.
58:46.986 --> 58:48.727
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, there is an option that says new.
58:49.087 --> 58:51.368
[SPEAKER_00]: So, okay, so here's what I did, I don't know if this would work.
58:51.748 --> 58:54.749
[SPEAKER_00]: I went POB, completely just through together some points in.
58:55.289 --> 58:56.890
[SPEAKER_00]: Chose export hit generate.
58:57.070 --> 59:01.431
[SPEAKER_00]: The only option I could see in there that made any sense that wasn't POB stuff was max roll.
59:01.951 --> 59:03.112
[SPEAKER_00]: Then I clicked the link to that.
59:03.492 --> 59:06.913
[SPEAKER_00]: And at the top, it says export build planner, GGG.
59:08.360 --> 59:09.921
[SPEAKER_00]: but that does save it as a dot.
59:09.941 --> 59:10.722
[SPEAKER_00]: So you can do that.
59:11.202 --> 59:15.765
[SPEAKER_00]: You can just take your build, export it for Maxwell, and then you can import it to PC.
59:15.825 --> 59:18.647
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not gonna work on console because it exports it to a file.
59:18.867 --> 59:20.127
[SPEAKER_00]: If the download the dot build file.
59:20.948 --> 59:21.969
[SPEAKER_00]: It's cool though in game.
59:22.109 --> 59:25.011
[SPEAKER_00]: I hope that they come a little further to work on console because it was cool.
59:26.331 --> 59:26.732
[SPEAKER_00]: I liked it.
59:27.532 --> 59:28.953
[SPEAKER_00]: Just play on PC all the time time.
59:29.874 --> 59:30.694
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have a PC.
59:31.675 --> 59:31.975
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah.
59:32.876 --> 59:33.536
[SPEAKER_00]: Aaron, let them play.
59:36.605 --> 59:37.485
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, I'm allowed.
59:38.405 --> 59:40.306
[SPEAKER_01]: So anyway, it's been a fun league lunch.
59:40.446 --> 59:41.326
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, tedious.
59:41.386 --> 59:43.087
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, but not for anything new.
59:43.147 --> 59:46.027
[SPEAKER_01]: There's just, they haven't touched that part of the game yet.
59:46.067 --> 59:48.708
[SPEAKER_01]: So it was, uh, it was a tedious thing.
59:49.168 --> 59:53.169
[SPEAKER_01]: Unfortunate with the patch that they had that kind of kicked us out for an hour or whatever it was.
59:54.069 --> 59:55.689
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but I'm really looking forward to it.
59:55.810 --> 59:56.230
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited.
59:56.510 --> 59:59.990
[SPEAKER_01]: It was just disappointing because it could could have been like act to had a little bit more to chat about.
01:00:00.111 --> 01:00:02.331
[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm really impressed with the shield charge.
01:00:07.393 --> 01:00:12.120
[SPEAKER_01]: would ever tweaks they made to how janky collision detection was they did a great job.
01:00:12.140 --> 01:00:19.131
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm still getting stopped on occasion by a boulder that I need to hit A on and then I can go pie.
01:00:19.551 --> 01:00:22.235
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, this little interaction with the way has gone.
01:00:22.996 --> 01:00:30.907
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but then I do really like the shield charge where I can go into a whole bunch of vases or vases and just, um, they all collect all your loot.
01:00:31.628 --> 01:00:37.516
[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, did you notice anything with, uh, inventory management with controller because I didn't, but I didn't do a ton of it.
01:00:38.293 --> 01:00:39.114
[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't annoyed.
01:00:39.894 --> 01:00:40.214
[SPEAKER_00]: Take it.
01:00:40.254 --> 01:00:40.615
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a way.
01:00:40.635 --> 01:00:41.575
[SPEAKER_01]: It was annoying before.
01:00:41.595 --> 01:00:49.261
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't notice dip changes, but I don't know if my lack of annoyance was because something changed, or if I'm just used to the way that it was.
01:00:49.841 --> 01:00:54.764
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't notice that some of the heads up display stuff is in the way.
01:00:55.525 --> 01:01:01.229
[SPEAKER_01]: Like on maps and things like that, there's big pop ups that are blocking other vital information.
01:01:01.909 --> 01:01:03.330
[SPEAKER_01]: It really wasn't organized
01:01:08.533 --> 01:01:17.345
[SPEAKER_00]: I'd open up microtransactions and there were a lot now, they're not most of mine aren't there, but it looked like there were a lot more.
01:01:18.267 --> 01:01:19.467
[SPEAKER_00]: Helmets and body armors.
01:01:19.628 --> 01:01:21.868
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember if they said I didn't read the patch.
01:01:21.888 --> 01:01:26.030
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that was pretty pretty large list Um, I care about my portals.
01:01:26.170 --> 01:01:27.030
[SPEAKER_01]: That's one of my portals.
01:01:27.650 --> 01:01:33.593
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I have the same six portals rotating through and I don't like any of them I want one of the one that I need purchase from path one.
01:01:34.253 --> 01:01:34.493
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
01:01:34.793 --> 01:01:38.134
[SPEAKER_00]: I love those did you get any of the drops from whatever they did this.
01:01:38.514 --> 01:01:39.355
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I forgot to check.
01:01:39.915 --> 01:01:40.755
[SPEAKER_00]: I got one.
01:01:40.795 --> 01:01:42.516
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't get any for any good
01:01:43.735 --> 01:01:46.238
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, but I want to thank you for the free stuff.
01:01:46.298 --> 01:01:48.421
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that whole like checkpoint thing you go here.
01:01:48.561 --> 01:01:49.382
[SPEAKER_01]: Lastly, they did it.
01:01:49.402 --> 01:01:49.703
[SPEAKER_01]: What was it?
01:01:49.743 --> 01:01:50.363
[SPEAKER_01]: You killed the jail.
01:01:50.403 --> 01:01:50.764
[SPEAKER_01]: That's right.
01:01:51.084 --> 01:01:51.845
[SPEAKER_01]: I forget what it is.
01:01:51.885 --> 01:01:52.386
[SPEAKER_01]: I got one.
01:01:52.406 --> 01:01:53.267
[SPEAKER_01]: I noticed the pop up.
01:01:53.808 --> 01:01:56.912
[SPEAKER_01]: There's a console or a portal now when you beat Gregory.
01:01:57.793 --> 01:01:59.134
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, nice nice nice nice nice nice.
01:02:00.035 --> 01:02:04.877
[SPEAKER_01]: I do need to either broadcast tonight or watch somebody because need three hours to get that stuff.
01:02:05.617 --> 01:02:15.480
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, if you broadcast, I'll turn it on so I get, you know, sure there's a pet for subbing twice, but um, got a penny pinch not going to subbing twice.
01:02:15.800 --> 01:02:16.600
[SPEAKER_01]: That's like 20 bucks.
01:02:16.620 --> 01:02:19.301
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, free ones, what are the other ones?
01:02:20.181 --> 01:02:21.482
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't look, I'm thankful for them.
01:02:21.742 --> 01:02:23.162
[SPEAKER_00]: I appreciate them, but I didn't look.
01:02:24.503 --> 01:02:24.863
[SPEAKER_00]: That's cool.
01:02:25.717 --> 01:02:25.977
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
01:02:26.017 --> 01:02:29.721
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, with your plan, then this week, you're going to be just doing it whenever you get a chance.
01:02:30.942 --> 01:02:31.222
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
01:02:31.403 --> 01:02:34.946
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I went on quite the path of Excel break coming up.
01:02:35.466 --> 01:02:49.760
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm quite looking forward to this, and it's good timing to be excited about the game as opposed to frustrated about the game because this is like we've said the last patch until the official launch of things go according to their plan and their timing.
01:02:51.342 --> 01:02:59.767
[SPEAKER_01]: There'll be patches and additions because, I mean, there's lots that's missing from the game, but in terms they've said that this is the last major patch until the game will officially launch us.
01:02:59.887 --> 01:03:14.337
[SPEAKER_01]: So, um, curious to see how much changes and how much doesn't change based on everything they have, but as a result, there's just kind of feels a lot more solid, less volatile now that they've kind of done this and,
01:03:15.698 --> 01:03:39.183
01:03:39.603 --> 01:03:49.211
[SPEAKER_01]: So it made me to, especially because the build that I was doing that I'm doing now is the build that I was just recently playing and it was just really efficient, really efficient.
01:03:49.271 --> 01:03:54.375
[SPEAKER_00]: I changed anything though, is anything changing with this leak, like today stuff changed for that.
01:03:54.956 --> 01:04:07.006
[SPEAKER_01]: For my specific build, they touched on living lightning too and just basically made sure that it was working and then they added a new cluster.
01:04:09.616 --> 01:04:15.040
[SPEAKER_01]: I like those clusters that reduce the slowing potency of debuffs or enemies.
01:04:17.041 --> 01:04:22.264
[SPEAKER_01]: They added a cluster that also couples with armor increased armor.
01:04:23.405 --> 01:04:26.047
[SPEAKER_01]: So now I don't have to travel as far for the other one that I was going to.
01:04:26.607 --> 01:04:30.990
[SPEAKER_01]: I did like the other one, the other cluster that I had that reduce slowing debuffs.
01:04:38.307 --> 01:04:38.768
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, yep.
01:04:39.508 --> 01:04:49.378
[SPEAKER_01]: What I didn't know was that the movement speed penalty only applies to the chess piece, the body I'm attacking, being like, um, it only applies to the chess piece and a shield.
01:04:49.538 --> 01:04:50.800
[SPEAKER_01]: Doesn't apply to everything else.
01:04:51.640 --> 01:04:54.864
[SPEAKER_01]: And I didn't know that it's less.
01:04:56.405 --> 01:05:02.150
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's multiplicative to the overall movement speed stuff.
01:05:02.610 --> 01:05:05.573
[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, it's still a good thing.
01:05:05.673 --> 01:05:11.518
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I never unlocked, like, I never got to the point where I didn't have that penalty.
01:05:11.998 --> 01:05:15.301
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, the game is slow, and I'm sure that it would be noticeable.
01:05:15.341 --> 01:05:20.445
[SPEAKER_01]: But at the end of the day, you get like 20% movement speed on your boots, and you've nullified that penalty anyway.
01:05:20.545 --> 01:05:24.668
[SPEAKER_01]: So, going all that way for 20% movement speed,
01:05:25.517 --> 01:05:26.578
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe worth it, maybe not.
01:05:27.599 --> 01:05:27.799
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
01:05:27.879 --> 01:05:35.247
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like I think at the end of the day with your heaviest armor strength based gear has the biggest penalty.
01:05:35.667 --> 01:05:39.831
[SPEAKER_01]: Like it just pure strength actually has a bigger penalty than a vision strength gear.
01:05:40.692 --> 01:05:44.876
[SPEAKER_01]: But it's about less 12% less movement speed.
01:05:45.577 --> 01:05:46.017
[SPEAKER_01]: With that no.
01:05:46.758 --> 01:05:52.783
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but basically meaning like the higher up you get in armor, right?
01:05:52.823 --> 01:05:55.445
[SPEAKER_01]: The more you level the bigger the penalty in a way.
01:05:56.365 --> 01:06:03.211
[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, actually I so I got rid of that cluster planning ahead and added the one that's a little bit closer.
01:06:03.391 --> 01:06:05.893
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll still be at 100% reduced slowing potency.
01:06:05.953 --> 01:06:08.335
[SPEAKER_01]: So temporal chains will be like the ungrowth fan.
01:06:09.075 --> 01:06:09.355
[SPEAKER_00]: Three.
01:06:10.416 --> 01:06:10.656
[SPEAKER_00]: Cool.
01:06:11.157 --> 01:06:11.897
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm excited to play.
01:06:11.917 --> 01:06:12.017
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
01:06:12.298 --> 01:06:15.320
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I want to get 10 game, I want to get out of these stupid acts.
01:06:16.867 --> 01:06:39.380
[SPEAKER_00]: be free of them and spread my ring spread my rings into I I saw a picture somebody put it in our discord which if you haven't jumped into our discord yet you should because it's a very fun friendly group of people did you see that picture I sent you but anyway the computers and
01:06:42.858 --> 01:06:51.086
[SPEAKER_00]: It showed a breakdown of what the Atlas is supposed to act like, and it makes me even more curious to get into it because
01:06:52.440 --> 01:06:58.505
[SPEAKER_00]: How do you take an infinite expanding Atlas but then quadranted up into multiple quadrants?
01:06:59.406 --> 01:07:01.508
[SPEAKER_00]: Like does that line just continue with it?
01:07:02.609 --> 01:07:06.152
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, maybe your pizza only has four slices, right?
01:07:06.612 --> 01:07:09.675
[SPEAKER_01]: So the quadrant's there was like six in the picture.
01:07:10.376 --> 01:07:12.077
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, how does that work?
01:07:12.758 --> 01:07:17.882
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm excited to find that stuff out, like, well, in there and mess around.
01:07:19.364 --> 01:07:23.050
[SPEAKER_01]: It's interesting because GGG is not the kind of company where they're going to be able to handle it.
01:07:23.070 --> 01:07:25.173
[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
01:07:25.594 --> 01:07:27.698
[SPEAKER_01]: Because they add stuff all the time.
01:07:29.115 --> 01:07:41.081
[SPEAKER_01]: So now they're what in a position where their pizza slice is going to have eight slices and it's like little slivers as you're going to be like as they more Right, how are they going to add more stuff to this is a very permanent And I can be wrong.
01:07:41.281 --> 01:07:43.082
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know because I'm sure sure sure sure.
01:07:43.142 --> 01:07:43.402
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
01:07:43.543 --> 01:07:43.803
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
01:07:43.923 --> 01:07:48.985
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't realize you were guessing I thought that I don't need somebody that's already an endgame now commenting that because we
01:07:52.748 --> 01:07:55.070
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, it's a good point.
01:07:55.110 --> 01:07:58.213
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, anyway, I just, I guess yeah, it's a good point.
01:07:58.493 --> 01:08:04.059
[SPEAKER_01]: See what it's like and I hope hopefully for their sake it's conducive to adding content.
01:08:04.779 --> 01:08:06.881
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the only thing I've run into so far is a bis.
01:08:08.107 --> 01:08:16.016
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think ritual starts in Act 3, but I haven't run into any actual ritual stuff yet, but I do enjoy this.
01:08:17.017 --> 01:08:22.602
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm, I think I'm gonna play with a bit first, but yeah, I just gotta get through this stuff.
01:08:23.003 --> 01:08:23.423
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, man.
01:08:24.164 --> 01:08:24.925
[SPEAKER_00]: Yep, all right.
01:08:25.585 --> 01:08:26.927
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, see you later.
01:08:27.527 --> 01:08:28.228
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll play some part of it.
01:08:29.454 --> 01:08:30.295
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's rocking it.
01:08:30.355 --> 01:08:31.396
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's wrap this up forever.
01:08:31.436 --> 01:08:32.237
[SPEAKER_00]: Excel 347.
01:08:32.338 --> 01:08:33.579
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just an acatex.
01:08:33.879 --> 01:08:35.101
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Tyler record of this.
01:08:35.722 --> 01:08:38.665
[SPEAKER_00]: Patrons will catch you in after dark in the morning for us.
01:08:38.986 --> 01:08:41.529
[SPEAKER_00]: And everybody else we'll see you next week 348.
01:08:41.609 --> 01:08:43.291
[SPEAKER_00]: We have a very fun discord pop in there.
01:08:43.351 --> 01:08:43.851
[SPEAKER_00]: Say hello.
01:08:45.322 --> 01:08:50.585
[SPEAKER_00]: We have website foreverx.com, and Patreon, and otherwise podcasts, you'll find them amongst all of the places.
01:08:51.785 --> 01:08:52.606
[SPEAKER_00]: Enjoy your videos.
01:08:52.806 --> 01:08:55.988
[SPEAKER_01]: Except for Instagram, get it?
