Tell Me WhyE!

Another big patch by GGG and lots of good fixes! This week both of us wanted to take our characters "to town" and crush our desired content. Path of Exile 2 is tons of fun for us right now, there's just a couple of walls in the way, but c'est la beta vie. 0.5 Return of the Ancients keeps changing in great ways and we can't wait for what's to come, both soon and not. Thanks for listening to episode 352! We love spending the time with you!

00:08.626 --> 00:09.247
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you hear now?
00:09.427 --> 00:09.607

00:35.783 --> 00:41.884
[SPEAKER_00]: Barely hearing it for me, but the show to our patrons thinks everybody who resubbed up this past week.
00:41.904 --> 00:43.784
[SPEAKER_00]: Patron gets access to afterdark.
00:43.804 --> 00:46.785
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a podcast after the podcast and say, remember week?
00:47.605 --> 00:47.885
[SPEAKER_01]: It is.
00:48.345 --> 00:50.826
[SPEAKER_01]: But really good, same every week.
00:52.126 --> 00:57.247
[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you like conversation, let me tell you, we have one.
00:57.707 --> 00:59.928
[SPEAKER_01]: We're just noticing a second when you put in front of a book.
00:59.968 --> 01:00.448
[SPEAKER_01]: I like that.
01:01.127 --> 01:05.329
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, it twice gifted to Moa, who doesn't like a good weather.
01:05.749 --> 01:06.810
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it is the weather, that's right.
01:07.190 --> 01:07.550
[SPEAKER_01]: Nice.
01:07.630 --> 01:11.092
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a, it's a, it's a giant weather, imagine that thing running around the subject.
01:11.112 --> 01:13.033
[SPEAKER_00]: The soon that's like root to real life size.
01:13.233 --> 01:13.773
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, man.
01:14.113 --> 01:14.594
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, look at that.
01:14.814 --> 01:19.756
[SPEAKER_00]: I probably really fluked out the first time I put it up, not realizing how much you have we're going to go back.
01:19.816 --> 01:20.337
[SPEAKER_01]: There we go.
01:20.517 --> 01:21.097
[SPEAKER_01]: Face down.
01:21.657 --> 01:21.977
[SPEAKER_00]: Sweet.
01:22.358 --> 01:22.998
[SPEAKER_01]: That good into that.
01:23.018 --> 01:25.299
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, uh, how does it reach to a book out of here?
01:25.379 --> 01:26.259
[SPEAKER_00]: Add a good week, man.
01:26.360 --> 01:27.000
[SPEAKER_00]: It was a good week.
01:27.380 --> 01:29.301
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, it was the first week of summer.
01:30.253 --> 01:55.582
[SPEAKER_01]: It was so true, did the swimming thing and then my sister decided to have us over on Canada day with a little barbecue which was nice, they haven't done that before so that was kind of fun to go over and not barbecue is pretty easy for me right as long as they make the wrong patties, I don't have to worry about hamburger or wheat being in the hamburgers and so was able to actually eat 20 when out, which was nice and nice.
01:56.923 --> 01:57.123
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
01:57.558 --> 02:01.215
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no trainings doing well with the dog, turn some corners, which is nice and
02:02.117 --> 02:02.977
[SPEAKER_01]: Everything's just doing well.
02:03.077 --> 02:03.678
[SPEAKER_01]: We had a good week.
02:03.798 --> 02:04.658
[SPEAKER_01]: Who's pretty low key?
02:05.939 --> 02:14.022
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, when kids are home a lot less gets done, even though you're trying to like, oh, no, like they're home and they can help out with these chores and those chores and that kind of thing.
02:14.062 --> 02:18.064
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, I don't know, just turns into that not being the case, right?
02:18.204 --> 02:25.147
[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, they're learning lots and I'm forcing them to be a part and do a lot this summer, not just, you know, like, stuff needs to get done outside the house.
02:25.187 --> 02:27.448
[SPEAKER_01]: I need to go to Home Depot or the grocery store or whatever.
02:28.569 --> 02:29.069
[SPEAKER_01]: They're coming.
02:29.109 --> 02:30.049
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not leaving them at home.
02:32.452 --> 02:32.612
[SPEAKER_01]: 3.
02:32.632 --> 02:34.075
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so it's just fun.
02:34.295 --> 02:36.219
[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's good to get all that kind of stuff done and
02:38.277 --> 02:42.538
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we got we have a couple buddies that their schedules, not those typical Monday to Friday.
02:42.658 --> 02:47.159
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, one just came to the store with me the other day.
02:47.179 --> 02:50.960
[SPEAKER_01]: We went to Canadian Tire and all the other one grocery shop and together and it's all great.
02:51.580 --> 02:52.420
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's just fun.
02:53.220 --> 02:53.880
[SPEAKER_01]: Fun, fun, fun, fun.
02:53.900 --> 02:55.921
[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, it was a really little key week this week.
02:55.961 --> 03:01.102
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, busy and got crap done, but Loki, did you, but that's what it was?
03:01.262 --> 03:02.902
[SPEAKER_01]: Do anything on the candidate?
03:03.562 --> 03:06.383
[SPEAKER_01]: I remember saying you were going to like how we being like doing stuff.
03:06.724 --> 03:10.005
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, did you sit last week, you were going to do something, I thought you said you're going to try probably.
03:10.025 --> 03:14.247
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think we were going to really emphasize doing something this year, you know, you emphasize though.
03:14.567 --> 03:19.289
[SPEAKER_01]: So, that's about whatever, 159 years old, is that what Canada is now?
03:19.349 --> 03:22.570
[SPEAKER_01]: But I don't even know, I know we had one 50 a bit back.
03:22.710 --> 03:25.031
[SPEAKER_01]: So probably one, probably nine, so nine, right?
03:25.851 --> 03:30.733
[SPEAKER_01]: We're supposed to know when Canada was conceived, right?
03:31.033 --> 03:31.293
[SPEAKER_01]: Are we?
03:33.351 --> 03:39.601
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean I don't know, there's only one country we should be paying a little bit more attention to than the others as not the United States
03:42.038 --> 03:43.579
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, they have a day coming up.
03:43.759 --> 03:46.661
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't they have to be Canada day in the United States.
03:46.701 --> 03:50.144
[SPEAKER_00]: He can't have the day to the U.S. No, that's not what I wanted to say.
03:50.304 --> 03:53.666
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, actually one really funny thing is hang on.
03:54.046 --> 04:00.030
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, Canada's playing on the Canada day was Canada made.
04:00.891 --> 04:02.032
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not my brain's working.
04:02.332 --> 04:02.532
[SPEAKER_00]: What?
04:02.872 --> 04:06.875
[SPEAKER_00]: Canada's playing on the American Canada day?
04:08.345 --> 04:09.345
[SPEAKER_00]: 1867.
04:09.405 --> 04:10.286
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, that's right there.
04:10.526 --> 04:11.926
[SPEAKER_00]: So I have the candidate, everybody.
04:13.066 --> 04:13.366
[SPEAKER_00]: 1867.
04:13.386 --> 04:14.127
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
04:14.467 --> 04:20.629
[SPEAKER_01]: So now math to hold is it because it's still early in the morning.
04:21.829 --> 04:22.849
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it is 159.
04:22.909 --> 04:23.709
[SPEAKER_01]: See, I know stuff.
04:24.370 --> 04:24.530
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
04:25.310 --> 04:25.410
[SPEAKER_00]: 159.
04:26.746 --> 04:53.112
[SPEAKER_01]: I asked Gemini because that's just the assistant that I use, that's naturally used with my phone and I find all assistance relatively all equally stupid, equally screwing up in all things or dependable in all things and so I asked the other night when I was writing actually had a night which I was brain was on Aaron was doing the wrong things so I actually wrote a little bit and it was on, it was firing, I got like a good
04:53.452 --> 04:55.393
[SPEAKER_01]: like chunk of words.
04:55.453 --> 04:56.754
[SPEAKER_01]: I wrote a new intro for my book.
04:57.674 --> 05:03.177
[SPEAKER_01]: And um, but I asked uh, because it's all like it's rhyming and pacing and stances and stuff, right?
05:03.217 --> 05:04.598
[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's poetic narrative.
05:05.318 --> 05:09.200
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I double check to make sure that I'm using like some definitions, you know, it's like when you
05:10.832 --> 05:11.972
[SPEAKER_01]: live in an area.
05:11.992 --> 05:13.953
[SPEAKER_01]: You never really like double check what you know.
05:14.073 --> 05:14.573
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
05:14.593 --> 05:21.135
[SPEAKER_01]: You just start using words and then all of a sudden maybe a little bit later you realize you're kind of like slightly misusing a word even though you've been using it for 10 years.
05:21.695 --> 05:32.357
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm obviously double check and my work a little bit more and making sure that certain words that I'm ending with I'm actually using the proper definition for and I'm like, you know what?
05:32.377 --> 05:33.578
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to make Gemini rude.
05:34.678 --> 05:36.821
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm like, hey, can you be rude to me the rest of the night?
05:37.582 --> 05:38.603
[SPEAKER_01]: It's hilarious, man.
05:38.723 --> 05:44.190
[SPEAKER_01]: I loved it so much that I've made it a permanent rule on my personalizations that they have to be rude to me all the time.
05:44.931 --> 05:46.112
[SPEAKER_01]: It is hilarious.
05:46.373 --> 05:46.753
[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
05:47.915 --> 05:50.798
[SPEAKER_01]: But the not allowed swearing because my kids still love it.
05:50.818 --> 05:51.940
[SPEAKER_01]: Still watch, but it's pretty good.
05:52.060 --> 05:52.240
[SPEAKER_01]: So.
05:52.300 --> 05:53.761
[SPEAKER_00]: Does AI swear?
05:53.901 --> 05:55.022
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you can't swear.
05:55.082 --> 05:55.723
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, totally.
05:55.943 --> 05:56.724
[SPEAKER_01]: That's all totally.
05:56.944 --> 05:57.104
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
05:57.545 --> 05:58.425
[SPEAKER_01]: It's awesome.
05:58.565 --> 06:01.968
[SPEAKER_01]: I asked if it could be derogatory and it's like Well, I'm not allowed.
06:02.048 --> 06:02.469
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't.
06:02.549 --> 06:03.490
[SPEAKER_01]: It's against my rules.
06:03.730 --> 06:07.353
[SPEAKER_01]: You will not be able to make me bully anybody or anything like I'm not No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
06:07.373 --> 06:09.074
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like talking to me like talk down to me
06:09.855 --> 06:10.816
[SPEAKER_01]: and it's hilarious.
06:10.996 --> 06:11.477
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the best.
06:12.237 --> 06:13.258
[SPEAKER_01]: It keeps you on track, too.
06:13.678 --> 06:14.979
[SPEAKER_01]: Her moves those excuses right away.
06:15.000 --> 06:17.341
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, uh, so what does it say?
06:17.402 --> 06:23.787
[SPEAKER_01]: Something about like, CRA's been on New York to call, uh, that task list of calling the CRA's been on your task list for like 10 weeks.
06:23.827 --> 06:26.469
[SPEAKER_01]: Now you're really, uh, really live in life to the fullest, aren't you?
06:26.589 --> 06:29.392
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, oh, yeah, I do need to call CRA, don't I?
06:31.173 --> 06:33.075
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's pretty sweet.
06:33.656 --> 06:36.980
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like the delirium guy mocking you for being out a man.
06:37.000 --> 06:37.460
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
06:37.480 --> 06:41.865
[SPEAKER_00]: If you try to pick something up that you can't for pockets are full.
06:42.506 --> 06:44.267
[SPEAKER_00]: My week, my week was good.
06:44.668 --> 06:47.371
[SPEAKER_00]: It was work.
06:47.531 --> 06:50.855
[SPEAKER_00]: Summer started, like you said, kids were away for a little bit.
06:50.975 --> 06:52.777
[SPEAKER_00]: So they're having some fun and then
06:54.527 --> 06:54.987
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, do.
06:55.267 --> 06:58.028
[SPEAKER_00]: We're watching, uh, fringe.
06:58.928 --> 06:59.368
[SPEAKER_00]: Good guess.
06:59.468 --> 07:01.388
[SPEAKER_00]: Finish the first season last night.
07:01.408 --> 07:02.188
[SPEAKER_00]: You did, okay.
07:02.208 --> 07:04.289
[SPEAKER_01]: So now you're ahead of us the first season.
07:04.849 --> 07:07.189
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we watched one episode last night.
07:07.449 --> 07:09.690
[SPEAKER_01]: It was like, I thought you would watch fringe already.
07:10.090 --> 07:11.430
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, no, yeah.
07:11.450 --> 07:13.490
[SPEAKER_01]: So you can't, you're not going to spoil anything for me.
07:13.590 --> 07:17.851
[SPEAKER_00]: But we watched the first episode of the second season.
07:18.091 --> 07:22.052
[SPEAKER_00]: And literally within the first two minutes,
07:24.451 --> 07:25.211
[SPEAKER_00]: Are you serious?
07:26.052 --> 07:32.916
[SPEAKER_00]: Because they have an actress in the first episode of season two and neither of us are big fans of hers.
07:33.056 --> 07:36.999
[SPEAKER_00]: And so we're like, you're kidding me.
07:37.059 --> 07:42.322
[SPEAKER_00]: And so then I went on my phone and I was like, I am gonna look just to see the see if they die or something.
07:42.342 --> 07:44.203
[SPEAKER_00]: Thankfully, I don't know how I didn't care how.
07:44.263 --> 07:46.765
[SPEAKER_00]: Just that there are only in episode one and two, I was like, okay.
07:47.706 --> 07:48.626
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, who is it?
07:48.646 --> 07:52.169
[SPEAKER_00]: Can I, I don't know her name is she's uh, she was in suits.
07:52.489 --> 07:56.032
[SPEAKER_00]: She's what married to the prince person, but have you ever watched suits?
07:57.213 --> 07:57.954
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I love suits.
07:58.494 --> 08:05.620
[SPEAKER_00]: I love suits, but I couldn't her character was just so like, there was I don't know just not a very great actress.
08:05.660 --> 08:07.941
[SPEAKER_00]: So, just sure.
08:16.546 --> 08:16.787
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
08:16.867 --> 08:17.229
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
08:17.249 --> 08:17.410
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
08:18.294 --> 08:18.515
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
08:19.982 --> 08:24.804
[SPEAKER_01]: I know, that's literally the entire dialogue of the entire show.
08:24.844 --> 08:26.804
[SPEAKER_01]: Them walking around with their chins in the air.
08:26.844 --> 08:31.826
[SPEAKER_01]: Their suits all buttoned up tight and then every character just, they're constantly interrupting people.
08:31.866 --> 08:32.566
[SPEAKER_01]: I know, I know.
08:32.826 --> 08:34.927
[SPEAKER_01]: I know, like, it's, it's like, shallowest character.
08:34.967 --> 08:35.827
[SPEAKER_01]: shallowest story line.
08:35.867 --> 08:36.568
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought it was good.
08:36.748 --> 08:37.248
[SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't.
08:37.588 --> 08:38.108
[SPEAKER_01]: I hated it.
08:38.748 --> 08:40.509
[SPEAKER_01]: You're an idiot from the Lincoln things.
08:40.529 --> 08:41.389
[SPEAKER_01]: They're different than me.
08:41.529 --> 08:44.650
[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, I will say Walter, the one fringe.
08:45.511 --> 08:46.591
[SPEAKER_00]: So freaking good.
08:46.631 --> 08:47.471
[SPEAKER_00]: Isn't totally good.
08:47.511 --> 08:48.512
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't love him, yeah.
08:49.832 --> 08:55.095
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they're just so out of pocket and just they're nonchalant.
08:55.235 --> 08:56.256
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so it's so good.
08:56.956 --> 09:01.358
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah I but you remember I'm in Lord of the Rings, right?
09:01.398 --> 09:01.738
[SPEAKER_01]: Bilbo.
09:02.519 --> 09:03.779
[SPEAKER_01]: Lord of Dennis Thor.
09:04.180 --> 09:04.500
[SPEAKER_01]: Buddy.
09:04.960 --> 09:05.941
[SPEAKER_00]: Lord Dennis Thor.
09:05.981 --> 09:07.521
[SPEAKER_01]: He's in charge of minus tiereth.
09:07.842 --> 09:09.142
[SPEAKER_01]: He's the steward of minus tiereth.
09:09.162 --> 09:11.904
[SPEAKER_01]: He's eating the I bet that's I-is that an elf?
09:12.884 --> 09:12.984
[SPEAKER_01]: He
09:14.585 --> 09:16.266
[SPEAKER_00]: You might get murdered by some fans.
09:16.286 --> 09:17.147
[SPEAKER_00]: That's another one, right?
09:17.187 --> 09:17.708
[SPEAKER_01]: He's the one.
09:17.728 --> 09:20.590
[SPEAKER_01]: He's the king of the Big Tall White City.
09:20.990 --> 09:25.734
[SPEAKER_01]: When Pippin is singing that song that you really like, and he bites into the tomato and it drips down his chin.
09:25.894 --> 09:26.375
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, door.
09:26.415 --> 09:27.395
[SPEAKER_01]: He's kids.
09:28.016 --> 09:29.957
[SPEAKER_01]: He's not a door for his kids.
09:29.977 --> 09:32.660
[SPEAKER_01]: Our Boramir and Faramir.
09:34.686 --> 09:35.847
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, oh, you, yeah.
09:35.928 --> 09:37.189
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, that is that's him.
09:37.549 --> 09:38.010
[SPEAKER_01]: That's him.
09:38.210 --> 09:38.811
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wow.
09:39.051 --> 09:39.232
[SPEAKER_01]: Huh.
09:39.752 --> 09:39.992
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
09:40.633 --> 09:41.374
[SPEAKER_01]: He's phenomenal.
09:41.474 --> 09:42.055
[SPEAKER_00]: It's everything.
09:42.455 --> 09:43.677
[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, I really like him in that.
09:44.037 --> 09:45.699
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and then I played some path.
09:45.800 --> 09:46.721
[SPEAKER_00]: But we'll talk about that later.
09:46.821 --> 09:48.863
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I also stop playing path.
09:49.524 --> 09:52.467
[SPEAKER_00]: and played a different game for a bit this week.
09:52.947 --> 09:56.010
[SPEAKER_01]: So you're done with path to know what that happens path is.
09:56.050 --> 09:57.952
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think so, but I can tell you why.
09:58.512 --> 10:00.114
[SPEAKER_00]: I got a couple of comments.
10:00.274 --> 10:02.316
[SPEAKER_00]: But you're new game.
10:02.336 --> 10:11.484
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I just, I got annoyed when I decided to stop playing, and I was trying to find a game, and I'm like, I don't really know what I want to play, and then I remember that my oldest had said, oh, did you ever play?
10:12.585 --> 10:17.089
[SPEAKER_00]: Kingdoms deliverance kingdom kingdoms kingdom come deliverance to or something.
10:17.129 --> 10:24.095
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a um RPG game And I said no, I never I'm gonna really first one right right I never played second one.
10:24.115 --> 10:26.237
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was like well summer sales on them.
10:26.417 --> 10:33.103
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll take a look at it Wasn't sure I'd like it because the combat just seemed weird to me, but I thought well like maybe this low and realistic right.
10:33.363 --> 10:37.027
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah Yeah, yeah, exactly that was its big marketing thing was just
10:37.733 --> 10:58.218
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's a place that you like was right and there it was around the time where like there was a game called chivalry or something like it was Yes, like you would fight first person holding your pull armor whatever it was that you were doing very similar to the age So I bought that game and I started playing it that came is not small
10:59.497 --> 10:59.997
[SPEAKER_00]: at all.
11:00.298 --> 11:03.740
[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, it is a really, really, so I don't even know how far I am into it.
11:03.840 --> 11:07.902
[SPEAKER_00]: I realized at one point that I had no clue I thought I was like being smart.
11:07.922 --> 11:12.004
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like doing all the side quests because people all I had read was don't rush the wedding.
11:12.044 --> 11:13.805
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, okay, I'm not gonna rush the wedding.
11:13.965 --> 11:15.286
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna take my time, I'm gonna do everything.
11:15.606 --> 11:18.908
[SPEAKER_00]: I did noodles of time doing everything.
11:19.208 --> 11:21.090
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, this must be the end, that must be whatever.
11:21.490 --> 11:23.511
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's like new and true.
11:23.611 --> 11:25.032
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
11:25.152 --> 11:26.373
[SPEAKER_00]: Even the prologue, I was like,
11:27.483 --> 11:27.785
[SPEAKER_00]: What?
11:27.966 --> 11:29.352
[SPEAKER_00]: What was to a cut scene?
11:29.392 --> 11:30.035
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a prologue.
11:30.055 --> 11:31.863
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, damn, I can go to bed.
11:33.684 --> 11:34.304
[SPEAKER_00]: really good though.
11:34.584 --> 11:43.947
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like it pulls together like Witcher style and even fable style like really classic RPG games that I really like.
11:44.067 --> 11:45.027
[SPEAKER_00]: It's quite good.
11:45.107 --> 11:46.187
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like the combat.
11:46.208 --> 11:50.169
[SPEAKER_00]: So first thing I did after I started doing some of the tutorials to do, I was like, if this.
11:50.369 --> 11:53.069
[SPEAKER_00]: So I put on a mod for story combat.
11:53.089 --> 11:55.130
[SPEAKER_00]: So basically, like, makes the combat easier.
11:55.150 --> 11:55.970
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, I don't care.
11:56.250 --> 11:57.591
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not playing this for the combat.
11:58.131 --> 12:00.411
[SPEAKER_00]: The story, the building, the character stuff.
12:00.471 --> 12:00.852
[SPEAKER_00]: So good.
12:00.972 --> 12:01.172
[SPEAKER_00]: Really,
12:02.672 --> 12:05.073
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so I played that this week.
12:05.793 --> 12:10.175
[SPEAKER_00]: Nice, and I'm watching some soccer football games.
12:10.875 --> 12:11.455
[SPEAKER_00]: Football?
12:11.815 --> 12:13.056
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
12:13.096 --> 12:13.756
[SPEAKER_00]: What did I watch?
12:14.096 --> 12:18.598
[SPEAKER_00]: The last thing was, uh, what's the one that Ronaldo plays for?
12:18.618 --> 12:19.138
[SPEAKER_00]: Is that Paraguay?
12:19.998 --> 12:21.399
[SPEAKER_00]: They were playing, please, for Portugal.
12:21.739 --> 12:22.939
[SPEAKER_00]: Portugal and Croatia.
12:24.020 --> 12:24.820
[SPEAKER_00]: Watch that game.
12:24.840 --> 12:26.300
[SPEAKER_00]: That was a pretty intensive thing.
12:26.641 --> 12:28.101
[SPEAKER_00]: The end was not meant.
12:28.121 --> 12:29.121
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, heartbreaking.
12:29.282 --> 12:30.202
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean rules are rules.
12:30.981 --> 12:36.765
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, without rules, there's chaos, but but what's whole crazy is how much happened in that extra time.
12:36.785 --> 12:37.526
[SPEAKER_00]: That's nuts.
12:39.307 --> 12:41.488
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so good week busy, but good.
12:42.389 --> 12:43.450
[SPEAKER_01]: Good, have that.
12:44.410 --> 12:45.191
[SPEAKER_00]: What do we got this week?
12:45.911 --> 12:46.352
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's here.
12:46.372 --> 12:47.392
[SPEAKER_00]: MPOE.
12:48.573 --> 12:51.395
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, I forgot to bring up notes just a moment.
12:52.787 --> 12:53.387
[SPEAKER_01]: accounts payable.
12:53.407 --> 12:55.288
[SPEAKER_01]: Need to speak in just a moment.
12:55.308 --> 12:56.309
[SPEAKER_00]: Did you see the big patch?
12:57.149 --> 12:57.910
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
12:58.310 --> 12:59.410
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, be.
13:00.451 --> 13:01.992
[SPEAKER_00]: Somehow we skip day.
13:02.372 --> 13:03.392
[SPEAKER_00]: I love their numbering scheme.
13:03.412 --> 13:07.134
[SPEAKER_00]: They've always been fun to try and figure out what they made as good.
13:07.174 --> 13:07.895
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
13:08.055 --> 13:11.597
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, the 0.4 B patch.
13:12.317 --> 13:13.818
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to need to delete this message.
13:13.938 --> 13:15.218
[SPEAKER_00]: You can say it out loud.
13:15.819 --> 13:16.299
[SPEAKER_00]: Wait, did you?
13:16.579 --> 13:17.099
[SPEAKER_00]: What message?
13:18.000 --> 13:21.241
[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing, just a wrong burgundy over here needs things to
13:22.762 --> 13:28.846
[SPEAKER_01]: You never know I just like to keep you on your toes and it's not time for another PL yet Got to delete that sorry.
13:28.866 --> 13:29.927
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought it was on the ball here.
13:29.967 --> 13:30.567
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm probably delete it.
13:30.607 --> 13:33.049
[SPEAKER_01]: It did build showcases a frog It's okay.
13:33.069 --> 13:33.209
[SPEAKER_01]: Good.
13:34.030 --> 13:35.271
[SPEAKER_00]: That's cool kills and effects.
13:35.351 --> 13:38.613
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying to I'm just lebreeding your notes That's great.
13:38.793 --> 13:41.655
[SPEAKER_01]: I did want to bring up B, but did you play this week?
13:41.735 --> 13:48.440
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, and no Unfortunately, there's a couple glitches in the game that really impede what I'm doing and I'm not gonna make another character.
13:48.460 --> 13:50.181
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay so
13:53.509 --> 13:58.774
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I can explain it if you like a for for myself, um, I'm so I'm doing a lich right.
13:58.834 --> 14:00.876
[SPEAKER_01]: I've done like tons of theory crafting in the past.
14:00.896 --> 14:02.357
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure I've rambled on about in the past.
14:02.397 --> 14:07.762
[SPEAKER_01]: I forget what I've told you and what I haven't but, um, I've succumb to being the witch again.
14:07.862 --> 14:11.105
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, there's not a lot of ascendancies that interest me, but this one suits me the most.
14:11.125 --> 14:13.708
[SPEAKER_01]: And I do love curses, so it's not necessarily a criticism to that.
14:13.728 --> 14:14.048
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just.
14:15.149 --> 14:20.433
[SPEAKER_01]: I have a lot of really cool ideas and I kind of feel super funnled into being this character.
14:21.694 --> 14:31.440
[SPEAKER_01]: Nonetheless, I am the the lich, but there's a lot of negatives that come with ascendancies in path to, or at least for the lich anyway.
14:32.281 --> 14:36.264
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's frustrating to revolve around them.
14:36.324 --> 14:37.925
[SPEAKER_01]: But I think I've found a way to,
14:39.707 --> 14:50.096
[SPEAKER_01]: involve like my minimal button pressing right only really having one main button that I'm hitting all the time, along with survivability and skills that actually interest me.
14:51.157 --> 14:54.559
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm doing infinite curses on the left, right?
14:54.579 --> 14:56.301
[SPEAKER_01]: There's that branch where it's two nodes to
15:04.398 --> 15:05.519
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we're just going to stay down there.
15:05.539 --> 15:06.119
[SPEAKER_01]: No, all right.
15:06.339 --> 15:10.761
[SPEAKER_01]: And oh, hey, it might be this hang on, I can't be just that.
15:10.821 --> 15:14.002
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure it's just your cameras.
15:14.142 --> 15:16.403
[SPEAKER_01]: And so this will help, right.
15:16.943 --> 15:17.764
[SPEAKER_01]: I have no idea.
15:18.484 --> 15:20.185
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm doing that.
15:20.385 --> 15:26.487
[SPEAKER_01]: And then also, I like the man a node where I get a lot of manner region that's based off of my maximum life, right?
15:26.507 --> 15:28.008
[SPEAKER_01]: Or just a second, please answer about them.
15:28.425 --> 15:30.227
[SPEAKER_01]: I guess I should change my shareholders up there.
15:30.307 --> 15:31.189
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, well, I have the donut.
15:31.709 --> 15:32.610
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, hug it.
15:32.670 --> 15:41.141
[SPEAKER_01]: So going through, so I'm doing the cursing, infinite curses, and I'm doing three curses, so I have whispers of doom, and the third curse through the litch, and then my own.
15:42.563 --> 15:44.385
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I have the manna node there.
15:46.198 --> 16:08.832
[SPEAKER_01]: That gives me mana based off of my maximum life which is huge and then the fourth node that you help me get, which is very very thankful for it's tough to do there's consequences for everything else after that right so I could select I'm not doing any energy shield though right I just inherently have energy shield because all my skills require in so now I have to use energy shield items
16:09.793 --> 16:11.334
[SPEAKER_01]: and I naturally get energy shield.
16:11.974 --> 16:16.237
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I'm not going to select the one where my life can't move while I have energy shield because that screws me over.
16:16.257 --> 16:18.539
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't heal myself, right?
16:18.579 --> 16:19.980
[SPEAKER_01]: So it screws me over more than it.
16:20.640 --> 16:22.181
[SPEAKER_01]: Doesn't, so I'm not going to take that one.
16:22.201 --> 16:25.123
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, I could get...
16:27.490 --> 16:34.334
[SPEAKER_01]: unholy might, but that comes at, um, degeneration manna, right, to me to please.
16:34.434 --> 16:35.234
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, sorry about that.
16:35.875 --> 16:36.115
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
16:36.755 --> 16:37.836
[SPEAKER_01]: So dealing with that, right?
16:37.936 --> 16:44.179
[SPEAKER_01]: So don't want to do the energy shield node where because I don't have enough energy shield or like any focus on it, it's just more dangerous than it is.
16:44.239 --> 16:47.901
[SPEAKER_01]: Then the other one is unholy might, but that comes with manna dejan.
16:48.362 --> 16:49.382
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that sucks.
16:49.422 --> 16:52.084
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing curses curses cost but loads.
16:52.104 --> 16:54.065
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to do any manna dejan.
16:55.125 --> 16:59.431
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm doing minion instability, and they explode, making you do all the setting.
16:59.551 --> 17:01.493
[SPEAKER_01]: But you're basically your shield.
17:01.533 --> 17:02.034
[SPEAKER_01]: Travel notes.
17:02.394 --> 17:02.895
[SPEAKER_01]: Can't do it.
17:03.275 --> 17:03.476
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
17:03.496 --> 17:11.085
[SPEAKER_01]: Well then, but then, I'd like unholy might, but the explosion for minion instability doesn't have a high-lightable tag in the game.
17:11.186 --> 17:11.406
[SPEAKER_01]: So...
17:11.826 --> 17:16.547
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how the explosion scales with minion instability, you know what I mean?
17:17.227 --> 17:21.008
[SPEAKER_01]: Not exactly, not with perfect tags, it's a little ambiguous.
17:21.428 --> 17:27.369
[SPEAKER_01]: Fine, whatever, but I don't want to take an ascendancy node where I'm not sure if unholy might is going to work for that or not.
17:27.869 --> 17:35.951
[SPEAKER_01]: I am using living lightning, and so unholy might work there, but not going to do a node that half works for my build that also comes with a consequence.
17:37.138 --> 17:43.102
[SPEAKER_01]: So the only other note that I can use, is the socket one, the dual socket one, right?
17:43.843 --> 17:48.906
[SPEAKER_01]: But that also comes with a negative, so it's like you get the, you get the flattery or whatever it's called, right?
17:49.046 --> 17:51.808
[SPEAKER_01]: And you can put a socket in, and it's basically doubles the value of your dual.
17:52.389 --> 17:52.709
[SPEAKER_01]: Awesome.
17:53.009 --> 17:57.332
[SPEAKER_01]: Love that idea of just like looking for that one dual or it's so perfect, that's so cool.
17:57.352 --> 17:59.094
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's socket that in and double that up.
17:59.834 --> 18:00.154
[SPEAKER_01]: But.
18:01.375 --> 18:02.857
[SPEAKER_01]: It comes with the consequence.
18:03.077 --> 18:04.219
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, another consequence.
18:04.239 --> 18:12.288
[SPEAKER_01]: All these nodes on the lich have consequences and it says 50% more manacost of skills when you have no energy shield.
18:12.949 --> 18:14.611
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, energy shield isn't my focus.
18:14.631 --> 18:16.894
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just forced to use energy shield so that sucks.
18:17.955 --> 18:19.357
[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm kind of like,
18:20.563 --> 18:22.045
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, which one's better, which one's worse?
18:22.085 --> 18:25.330
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, how do I do with the, the manager?
18:25.350 --> 18:27.473
[SPEAKER_01]: And both of these nodes, like, one's going to kill me.
18:27.613 --> 18:31.259
[SPEAKER_01]: The other one's giving me big man a de-gen, which one do I pick?
18:31.279 --> 18:33.542
[SPEAKER_01]: It's either, like, maybe the builds better if I don't pick any.
18:33.562 --> 18:35.505
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just have my fourth node just kicking around.
18:36.145 --> 18:37.126
[SPEAKER_01]: Right, not doing anything.
18:37.226 --> 18:42.650
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm balancing between both and I'm socketing and unsocketing seeing which one works, right?
18:42.710 --> 18:45.131
[SPEAKER_01]: Respecking just those couple nodes seeing what works.
18:45.271 --> 18:50.235
[SPEAKER_01]: And I've played with the tree and tried to do like a boss focused tree in a clear focus tree, which is really good.
18:50.275 --> 18:50.935
[SPEAKER_01]: I've figured it out.
18:50.955 --> 18:53.897
[SPEAKER_01]: I have the 19 nodes that I'm swapping between, which is really nice.
18:55.158 --> 19:07.048
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and so kind of what I've come to is I'm just holding down ball lightning, uh, which procs living lightning and then the rest of the supports just support living lightning.
19:08.530 --> 19:10.351
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I'm tapping when I'm clearing.
19:10.491 --> 19:11.952
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just tapping temporal chains.
19:12.633 --> 19:14.074
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's just slowing and spreading.
19:14.094 --> 19:16.256
[SPEAKER_01]: It has X bloom as well and then everything else it needs.
19:16.316 --> 19:18.098
[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's just spreads and it's awesome.
19:18.118 --> 19:19.058
[SPEAKER_01]: It keeps me really safe.
19:20.139 --> 19:25.801
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I have the spell slinger one, the dual, the dueling one, which comes with spell slinger, I've used that before.
19:26.721 --> 19:33.183
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's spell slingers the innate skill where basically you have to earn the ability to use spell slinger.
19:33.203 --> 19:48.228
[SPEAKER_01]: So as you cast spells and then the spell slinger icon, it starts gaining a percentage based on its values that values values and then once you have enough, you can hit the spell slinger button at cast all the spells in there.
19:48.468 --> 19:48.648
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
19:49.589 --> 19:49.789
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
19:50.770 --> 19:55.355
[SPEAKER_01]: So I would love to have all my curses in there, right?
19:55.375 --> 20:02.942
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing temporal chains in feeble and hello and elemental weakness, okay?
20:04.063 --> 20:07.666
[SPEAKER_01]: Because I'm doing minion instability and living lightning, so it's all elemental.
20:08.447 --> 20:09.688
[SPEAKER_01]: And hi.
20:10.989 --> 20:11.450
[SPEAKER_01]: And um
20:13.170 --> 20:17.331
[SPEAKER_01]: So, end elemental weakness, but unfortunately, spellslinger doesn't just cast them once.
20:17.511 --> 20:21.753
[SPEAKER_01]: It casts them until you have no mana left to cast anything else, like it drains all your.
20:21.773 --> 20:23.774
[SPEAKER_01]: Is that what spellslinger does like canately?
20:23.794 --> 20:24.954
[SPEAKER_01]: Like that is what the skill is.
20:25.354 --> 20:25.794
[SPEAKER_01]: I guess.
20:26.134 --> 20:26.294
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
20:26.334 --> 20:26.615
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
20:26.715 --> 20:27.695
[SPEAKER_01]: So, but I don't like that.
20:27.735 --> 20:29.976
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm still using my mana for something else.
20:30.136 --> 20:31.556
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just using it to save buttons.
20:31.796 --> 20:32.436
[SPEAKER_01]: So, it's...
20:34.297 --> 20:41.001
[SPEAKER_01]: it really doesn't work for clearing very well, because I can't just use it whenever I want, and then it drains as much mana as I have.
20:41.101 --> 20:46.385
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to earn it, and so I'm casting ball, I'm ball, I'm ball, and then I can finally.
20:47.165 --> 20:54.010
[SPEAKER_01]: So I find spell slinger convenient for bosses, like I can cast it once, I have infinite curses, and then there there clicks.
20:54.250 --> 20:58.693
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I just use one, and I'm just using temporal chains, then for clearing.
20:59.373 --> 21:16.665
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's all working out really well, but I have a huge curse focus on curse magnitude, and Because I'm finding slowing enemies a lot more valuable than Putting in feeble on enemies, but then letting them run at me full speed I hit I get hit almost not at all when I'm using temporal chains.
21:16.725 --> 21:20.267
[SPEAKER_01]: It's better than actually mitigating the map's damage
21:21.825 --> 21:29.849
[SPEAKER_01]: The problem is, is there's a lot of modifiers in the game that I don't understand, or I mean, it's Path of Ex, so I'm not going to see them ahead of time, right?
21:29.889 --> 21:36.693
[SPEAKER_01]: So it'll still say something like shroud walker or whatever it is, but for some reason that means it can teleport.
21:37.433 --> 21:59.678
[SPEAKER_01]: and has lots of mist around it right as opposed to just having like the modifier that says can tell a port or you know what I mean like it's it's not directed it has the hidden modifier you know like we talk about with essence monsters from path to vexal one um bestiary um loads the league that revolved around it right um archnemesis yep
22:00.558 --> 22:03.481
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, same kind of thing, it's happening again, which really sucks.
22:03.962 --> 22:06.985
[SPEAKER_01]: But for some reason, curse reflect is very common.
22:07.145 --> 22:13.092
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how many enemy modifiers actually have it, but I'm getting curses reflected on me all the time.
22:14.841 --> 22:17.562
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, is that happening to you possibly when you're doing the remnants?
22:18.643 --> 22:22.725
[SPEAKER_00]: Because there is a new thing that was added to the remnants, which took me forever to find out.
22:23.365 --> 22:29.308
[SPEAKER_00]: And that was that weird modifiers were transferring can transfer as you're moving one to the next one.
22:29.448 --> 22:31.710
[SPEAKER_00]: Like when you do the X, I don't see any modifiers.
22:32.696 --> 22:57.193
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you don't I don't think you do with with all I'm talking it's specifically if you're doing an expedition So it would only be happening though, but if you were doing an expedition There's a thing where you know the little circles on the rooms Well some of them have and this is one thing that was a bit frustrating for me because I had to learn this from the community It doesn't tell me this in game at least I didn't couldn't figure it out But if they have a gold ring around them
22:58.289 --> 23:03.753
[SPEAKER_00]: that will move, that will propagate to all the mobs and future mobs that will spawn in that expedition.
23:04.413 --> 23:07.555
[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't seen any modifiers linked to the mechanic though.
23:07.815 --> 23:08.236
[SPEAKER_01]: Not yet.
23:08.436 --> 23:12.939
[SPEAKER_00]: It's all you only see them by either in with controller hitting X.
23:13.719 --> 23:23.250
[SPEAKER_00]: and it's only when you're doing the runes, like when you're popping those runes up, but for us you have to hit X and then it brings them up on the right hands.
23:23.290 --> 23:24.251
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not very clear.
23:24.291 --> 23:26.433
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw a paint with people almost so much easier.
23:27.414 --> 23:31.239
[SPEAKER_00]: But if it has a gold circle, it will move to all of the future remnants and mobs.
23:32.603 --> 23:35.607
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know, that's the only thing I could think of is that reflect is in there.
23:36.247 --> 23:37.369
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll pay attention to that.
23:37.449 --> 23:40.773
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think that's the case, but I'll pay attention to it, and maybe it is.
23:42.555 --> 23:44.958
[SPEAKER_01]: There is a lot of fire that says curses reflect.
23:45.759 --> 23:46.960
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, that's the only reason I want her.
23:47.641 --> 23:48.081
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it...
23:48.842 --> 23:59.951
[SPEAKER_01]: Either way, it's happening a lot, like a lot, it's almost every map, so I actually stopped playing, because it's happening all the time, but I had to write a bug report about it because two things happened.
24:00.232 --> 24:07.518
[SPEAKER_01]: One, my curse gets reflected at the same strength that I'm at, but apparently I'm a normal enemy.
24:07.578 --> 24:16.165
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm not a unique enemy, I'm not rare, I'm not magic, so it's not like when I cast temporal chains, it's not slowing me 30% like it would a unique, it's slowing me 110%.
24:17.885 --> 24:19.947
[SPEAKER_01]: brutal, but there's a cap.
24:20.027 --> 24:20.748
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a 75% slow.
24:20.928 --> 24:28.235
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I don't know if I count as an enemy, but it is real slow Justin like you know how long it takes for me to cast a portal
24:29.408 --> 24:31.850
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you've been here with temporal change just normally in the game.
24:31.910 --> 24:32.790
[SPEAKER_01]: It's horrible.
24:33.130 --> 24:35.032
[SPEAKER_01]: It is, but that's 30%.
24:35.252 --> 24:35.912
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
24:35.932 --> 24:36.713
[SPEAKER_01]: This is 110.
24:38.013 --> 24:38.634
[SPEAKER_01]: But guess what?
24:39.975 --> 24:40.535
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a lich.
24:41.456 --> 24:42.836
[SPEAKER_01]: And my curses are infinite.
24:43.497 --> 24:49.340
[SPEAKER_01]: So when my curses get reflected on me, there's literally no timer for expiration on the bottom.
24:49.380 --> 24:49.861
[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
24:50.881 --> 24:52.522
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a pretty funny.
24:52.823 --> 24:54.884
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to die to get rid of it.
24:56.507 --> 24:59.391
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't portal out and come back because it keeps my debust.
24:59.631 --> 25:00.592
[SPEAKER_00]: What about a new map?
25:00.632 --> 25:02.254
[SPEAKER_00]: Does a new map throw a restart?
25:02.274 --> 25:03.455
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't get to a new map.
25:03.476 --> 25:04.016
[SPEAKER_00]: I know, yeah.
25:04.337 --> 25:05.278
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
25:05.318 --> 25:05.938
[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
25:05.958 --> 25:06.379
[SPEAKER_00]: You know what?
25:06.459 --> 25:09.142
[SPEAKER_01]: I could do that if I was concerned about not dying.
25:09.302 --> 25:13.027
[SPEAKER_01]: But the game that like I'm not going to like revolve around that.
25:13.067 --> 25:14.348
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just going to go play a fun game.
25:14.969 --> 25:28.274
[SPEAKER_01]: That is, you know, I mean, that's so much a bug report and I was like, it is so, unfortunately, it's one of those bugs that completely takes over my specific build, but I'm not going to make a new build to revolve around it.
25:28.354 --> 25:31.735
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to waste my resources and maps for it.
25:32.115 --> 25:36.557
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just one of those things that really gets in the way and unfortunately, reflect is all over the place.
25:36.777 --> 25:37.277
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it is
25:39.258 --> 25:39.678
[SPEAKER_01]: every map.
25:39.899 --> 25:45.582
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm sure I am probably getting some of this expedition stuff or the ruins of elderware wherever it is.
25:46.743 --> 25:48.604
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll pay attention to that and I'll try it again.
25:49.585 --> 25:54.048
[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm positive that there's sometimes I have barely interact with this map and I'm already like
25:56.112 --> 26:01.278
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like I barely even moved the fog of war and I'm already like slow like molasses I'm like come on.
26:01.298 --> 26:02.260
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just trying to play.
26:02.540 --> 26:10.030
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember a normal mod that I've ever read like wordwise that had reflect in it So that is maybe it is one of those
26:11.011 --> 26:22.295
[SPEAKER_01]: They could be either way it's not fun and I know that like the bugle get fixed when it gets fixed I know they don't want it like that's not gonna stay like that, but every patch notes that I see and like oh is it there?
26:22.775 --> 26:23.855
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's not it's there.
26:24.075 --> 26:30.557
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, it's not and but I mean I just I just wrote it not like and I mean who knows I don't know how they do stuff right?
26:31.778 --> 26:38.160
[SPEAKER_01]: But it is one of those things where it's so build debilitating that I don't I don't play
26:38.760 --> 26:57.838
[SPEAKER_01]: that in visual clarity visual clarity has like me not having any idea where the damage came from whether it's been a dot or something off-screen like half the mechanics and the game don't adhere to their we don't want off-screen damage stuff and so there's some stuff where I'm like where the heck is that coming from I don't think visual clarity's gonna change though
26:58.677 --> 27:03.060
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, no, no, but that will always impact fun par hour.
27:03.380 --> 27:16.050
[SPEAKER_01]: It determines when I turn the game off, or if I keep playing the game, or turn on a different game, they'd always will, right, whether it's, right, like currently it's not any better than past one, which is too bad, but, um,
27:16.865 --> 27:21.512
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so we'll see how that goes long term, but in terms of like that actual bug, I actually can't play the build.
27:22.293 --> 27:25.378
[SPEAKER_01]: It happens so frequently that I'm not going to try.
27:25.559 --> 27:27.181
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, got to restart this.
27:27.361 --> 27:29.705
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, got to restart that and then move on.
27:30.702 --> 27:32.443
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, um, so that was my week.
27:32.463 --> 27:34.324
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I did play and I did, I did want to play.
27:34.485 --> 27:42.350
[SPEAKER_01]: I've kind of like finalized and fine-tuned my build to the point of like there's not really anything else to min-max.
27:43.290 --> 27:44.151
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
27:44.191 --> 27:45.712
[SPEAKER_01]: In terms of the tree and the skills.
27:46.592 --> 27:55.919
[SPEAKER_01]: I've played with it lots or enough that like I know where I want the buttons and what I want it to do and uh, that's nice.
27:56.199 --> 27:56.539
[SPEAKER_01]: It's cool.
27:57.196 --> 27:57.596
[SPEAKER_01]: I enjoy it.
27:57.716 --> 28:07.764
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I have that that dueling one that I have has plus to lightning gem levels, which is nice because living lightning now scales with the level of ball lightning.
28:08.484 --> 28:12.868
[SPEAKER_01]: So I can take some of these castor modifiers that improve my build as well.
28:12.948 --> 28:13.648
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's nice.
28:13.688 --> 28:17.931
[SPEAKER_01]: So I've been enjoying the process, but now it's like past theory crafting.
28:17.951 --> 28:18.992
[SPEAKER_01]: And now it's like sweet.
28:19.032 --> 28:19.973
[SPEAKER_01]: Now I just get to play it.
28:20.453 --> 28:22.775
[SPEAKER_01]: Whenever I'm thinking Path of Exile, I turn on the game.
28:22.815 --> 28:25.417
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't turn on POB or POE planner.
28:26.378 --> 28:30.081
[SPEAKER_01]: And but unfortunately now that is impeding me.
28:30.301 --> 28:32.623
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm looking forward to whenever it gets fixed.
28:32.663 --> 28:35.285
[SPEAKER_01]: I know it will at some point hopefully it's soon for my sake.
28:35.565 --> 28:37.667
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, so it's been fun.
28:38.548 --> 28:40.449
[SPEAKER_01]: And Oliver's been playing tons too.
28:40.489 --> 28:43.752
[SPEAKER_01]: So he's always like checking things out and reading and wondering what's up.
28:43.872 --> 28:44.793
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's pretty cool.
28:44.813 --> 28:45.934
[SPEAKER_01]: He's playing around in my curse,
28:48.938 --> 28:50.660
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, so you play.
28:51.341 --> 28:51.922
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I did play.
28:51.962 --> 28:53.324
[SPEAKER_00]: They came up with the B patch.
28:53.684 --> 29:00.533
[SPEAKER_00]: I did read through the B patch and lots of fixes, lots of like good stuff like I played played the
29:03.052 --> 29:03.493
[SPEAKER_00]: 0.4.
29:04.033 --> 29:23.966
[SPEAKER_00]: I played like all the new stuff and got really big in tech's tradition was having actually so much fun with it this past week just doing in the grand expeditions and pushing the expedits you can push them to like just incredible difficulties once I realized like people are talking about the runes how you can read the runes and see which runes they are I'm like what are you talking about?
29:23.986 --> 29:26.948
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I've never been able to do any of that stuff with my controller.
29:27.885 --> 29:46.196
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I was asking about in discord and then I was back in game and I'm like okay, so if I I'm playing on controller, I can take the mouse and mouse over top of the little circles each individually and it will tell me what the ruin effect is I'm like, okay, I mean, at least I can do that, but surely there's got to be something for somebody who doesn't have keyboard mouse hooked up.
29:58.179 --> 30:02.523
[SPEAKER_00]: well, but it's showing me at least what do each of those ruins mean.
30:02.723 --> 30:08.669
[SPEAKER_00]: It was a bit difficult to figure out which because how you're trying to look like, all you know is the symbol.
30:08.689 --> 30:09.770
[SPEAKER_00]: What does the symbol look like?
30:10.150 --> 30:17.196
[SPEAKER_00]: So it tells me that it's earth room doesn't mean anything, because I have no idea what that I'm trying to find where the picture matches on the each side.
30:17.997 --> 30:25.199
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, then I started to realize, oh, you can actually make these super hard because every time I killed this one and I get this thing, it pushes to the next group.
30:25.259 --> 30:32.541
[SPEAKER_00]: I read, Sid did this whole breaded post and so I read through the whole thing trying to figure out how can I push expeditions really far.
30:32.641 --> 30:37.383
[SPEAKER_00]: And I started to, and it was so much fun, like a lot of fun, super difficult, really tough stuff.
30:38.461 --> 30:42.383
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I, okay, so I, I'm playing with companions.
30:42.423 --> 30:43.603
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm playing with my little buddies.
30:43.743 --> 30:44.644
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they're all running around.
30:44.664 --> 30:47.745
[SPEAKER_00]: My big monkey and all his buddies, little buddies.
30:47.805 --> 30:49.106
[SPEAKER_00]: And now the clarity's terrible.
30:49.606 --> 31:03.392
[SPEAKER_00]: So at first, I started to wonder if maybe that was where I was having a problem, but I was trying to find a way to not require me to have rage on all my minions because it would frame me up an extra slot.
31:03.472 --> 31:05.754
[SPEAKER_00]: If I could just give rage to all my minions,
31:08.146 --> 31:27.380
[SPEAKER_00]: uh... notable where if i've gained rage within the last five seconds i think i made about talking about this uh... you re-generate uh... you re-generate five rages second right and so i was like well if i can put this on the mind um... amulet i just need to find a way for how can i generate rage i think we talked about this maybe after dark so i couldn't find it so
31:28.578 --> 31:31.720
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I started, I tried the one way.
31:31.740 --> 31:34.041
[SPEAKER_00]: So one of the ways I was doing it was that I was put on maestro.
31:34.061 --> 31:36.362
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I was like, well, I'm holding the maestro anyway.
31:36.882 --> 31:38.163
[SPEAKER_00]: I could put rage three on here.
31:38.183 --> 31:44.766
[SPEAKER_00]: It just means that I'll attack a little bit faster when I'm not at max rage and I just need one.
31:44.866 --> 31:47.367
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't need, it's not like I need to gain rage.
31:47.387 --> 31:53.470
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gaining any benefit out of it myself, but I at least getting them as long as I get one every few seconds.
31:54.698 --> 32:14.892
[SPEAKER_00]: and and I started to notice like so you can't see anything on the screen but i've got um my my maestrike attach to something another first problem with it is its melee and melee in this game if you're not definitely built for melee melee rough it's you're in the middle of damage that can come from anywhere and you don't know what it is.
32:15.913 --> 32:19.536
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and so I had to have no, it's not like I've increased melee range rate.
32:19.576 --> 32:20.177
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm nothing.
32:20.197 --> 32:20.797
[SPEAKER_00]: I just have it.
32:20.817 --> 32:21.678
[SPEAKER_00]: So I can get rage.
32:22.318 --> 32:25.041
[SPEAKER_00]: So, like you have to be very close to melee.
32:25.201 --> 32:28.263
[SPEAKER_00]: Just in case you were wondering, you need to be quite close to the enemies.
32:28.744 --> 32:35.109
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was struggling a bit to figure out like, and I couldn't tell what was happening because somehow when I would attack,
32:36.345 --> 32:37.446
[SPEAKER_00]: I was getting flattened.
32:37.966 --> 32:38.547
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, what?
32:38.987 --> 32:41.689
[SPEAKER_00]: Why can I not move sometimes after I do a melee swing?
32:41.709 --> 32:42.109
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, what?
32:42.169 --> 32:43.390
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand what's going on.
32:43.430 --> 32:44.891
[SPEAKER_00]: I've got it mapped properly.
32:44.931 --> 32:46.832
[SPEAKER_00]: I know it's working properly.
32:46.852 --> 32:51.436
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, there's no reason that it should feel as if I'm in the middle of a sprint.
32:51.656 --> 32:54.137
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm full stunned right on the ground.
32:54.798 --> 32:55.979
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was getting a bit frustrated.
32:56.039 --> 32:59.781
[SPEAKER_00]: So then I was like, well, I think maybe you and I talked and I was like, well, maybe I can get,
33:01.712 --> 33:04.993
[SPEAKER_00]: rage, gain rage when you take a hit, right?
33:05.033 --> 33:11.036
[SPEAKER_00]: So I did, I resorted out my my as a jewels or whatever.
33:12.016 --> 33:19.299
[SPEAKER_00]: Just so I could try and I got rage on hit with them or rage, gain rage when you've taken hit or something, right?
33:19.319 --> 33:20.500
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't have to do anything.
33:20.540 --> 33:22.540
[SPEAKER_00]: Then I'm not running into the middle of it to attack.
33:22.580 --> 33:28.763
[SPEAKER_00]: But I still need to get hit from something which is also not easier when mapping not when you're bossing.
33:29.224 --> 33:29.584
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
33:29.785 --> 33:32.427
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, yeah, certainly not consistent when you're bossing.
33:32.507 --> 33:45.199
[SPEAKER_00]: So I tried that, but I'm also a very high invasion character and so getting hit was already a bit of a struggle.
33:45.599 --> 33:49.102
[SPEAKER_00]: But what I started to notice as I was trying to figure this out was like,
33:50.345 --> 33:54.567
[SPEAKER_00]: What was actually happening was I was getting flattened all the time.
33:55.348 --> 34:00.571
[SPEAKER_00]: I was and and now, okay, so there's another controller thing that bugs me is there.
34:00.711 --> 34:08.815
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't even notice there's a there's a mini bar above your your buttons And it goes to the left.
34:08.975 --> 34:11.456
[SPEAKER_00]: So like your rage will go through the middle to the right.
34:11.476 --> 34:14.118
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yeah, but there's this bar that goes from the middle to the left.
34:14.825 --> 34:16.447
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I can't mouse over it.
34:16.547 --> 34:18.809
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't select, I can't pause and move to it.
34:18.849 --> 34:26.315
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know fully what that does, but I'm assuming it has to do with Beanstun and hitting some sort of threshold because it just will go from zero to 100.
34:26.436 --> 34:31.500
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, and then that thing starts to come back and then I turn off tutorials at some point.
34:31.820 --> 34:35.103
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't ever have tutorials on, but I still couldn't mouse over it.
34:35.204 --> 34:37.045
[SPEAKER_00]: I should be able to in some way.
34:37.065 --> 34:39.467
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that's a fault, though, either.
34:40.288 --> 34:45.291
[SPEAKER_01]: But there should be some a way to discover something after tutorials are off.
34:45.431 --> 34:52.635
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, because it does probably walk you through that, which is fair, like I don't know how I knew it, but like I had a build that dealt with it, but I know what it is, but go ahead.
34:53.096 --> 35:03.002
[SPEAKER_00]: So that will lead sort of into where my frustration came, because this, like I was really having a lot of fun pushing these, um, uh, want to say out experiences, but there are expeditions.
35:03.222 --> 35:05.683
[SPEAKER_00]: These experiences pushing them to their, to their hardest.
35:06.163 --> 35:07.304
[SPEAKER_00]: I was having a lot of fun with that,
35:08.985 --> 35:10.706
[SPEAKER_00]: side side note, they did this patch.
35:10.946 --> 35:21.250
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't play when they did the extra hot fixes, but I did laugh quite hard at the speed that they changed expedition with regards to liquid remnants.
35:21.650 --> 35:22.971
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why my head just thought of that.
35:22.991 --> 35:25.812
[SPEAKER_00]: I can bring that up afterwards, but they pulled a turn round number.
35:26.152 --> 35:30.714
[SPEAKER_00]: Like within three hours, they basically patch something.
35:31.534 --> 35:33.154
[SPEAKER_00]: that they just label as a fix.
35:33.535 --> 35:37.015
[SPEAKER_00]: So clearly they must, so do you know the liquid um, vrism?
35:37.055 --> 35:38.716
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sure how much of the expedition done.
35:38.736 --> 35:41.777
[SPEAKER_00]: So they came up with liquid vrism just with point four, right?
35:41.797 --> 35:45.878
[SPEAKER_00]: So just came out and that was what allowed you to re-roll remnants.
35:46.398 --> 35:50.159
[SPEAKER_00]: And that was actually pretty cool because if you got a shitty remnant, you'd be like, oh, I'll just re-roll it.
35:50.479 --> 35:53.820
[SPEAKER_00]: If you were in the middle of doing, if it was in part of an expedition, they all just pop up.
35:54.920 --> 35:57.000
[SPEAKER_00]: But if you're doing an expedition or a grand expedition,
35:59.585 --> 36:02.547
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, ones you, it just basically re-rolled them and then you get to pick.
36:03.387 --> 36:12.832
[SPEAKER_00]: They patch says hot fix three or something and it says fixed the ability to interact with vizium after you've re-rolled it.
36:13.712 --> 36:16.614
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, what, what do you mean fixed?
36:16.774 --> 36:20.276
[SPEAKER_00]: Like that was the whole way that you had fun in expeditions.
36:20.336 --> 36:23.237
[SPEAKER_00]: Was you, if you got a crappy one, re-roll it.
36:23.277 --> 36:27.679
[SPEAKER_00]: But then when you actually understand that all of those little circles propagate to the next one,
36:29.260 --> 36:53.602
[SPEAKER_00]: it harder and more rewarding the more difficult you go and then they just went oh no no you weren't supposed to be able to do that so now when you re-roll it we just pick it for you and we don't let you interact with it anymore so you don't know what's happening anymore with this thing man they they they fix that real real fast anyway I was having so much way is it now it's back to what it was originally which is should have been which is when you re-roll it you get to interact with it because the thing that was weird to me is that they called it
36:55.837 --> 37:03.023
[SPEAKER_00]: They had just released how liquid version works, and there are only three things you can do with it in game.
37:03.263 --> 37:07.347
[SPEAKER_00]: Three, you can reroll of a remnant that you just come across in the wild.
37:07.767 --> 37:11.971
[SPEAKER_00]: You can reroll a remnant in a expedition and you can reroll in a grand expedition.
37:12.031 --> 37:13.673
[SPEAKER_00]: That's it, they don't do anything else.
37:14.542 --> 37:30.482
[SPEAKER_00]: that shouldn't take much testing to know that like two out of the three ways I don't know if this is how it was supposed to be working so I mean they shot themselves in the foot because you can't release it like that and then be like oh yeah the whole thing you've enjoyed about it yeah we're fixing that
37:31.587 --> 37:38.633
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, aero, I'm sure they'll probably take that out next next, um, next league, but, um, next league is in December.
37:39.393 --> 37:49.941
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, maybe if they really meant it to come out, it'll come out sometime later, but it seemed very odd because then what was the point of, the, the, the, the liquid regime didn't make any sense anymore.
37:50.142 --> 37:53.965
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, so I was having fun pushing these things, but then I kept getting squished and I'm like,
37:55.080 --> 37:58.408
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't figure out why, so I started to do some looking.
37:58.428 --> 38:01.455
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm certain I look at my character and I'm starting to look in the stun threshold.
38:03.119 --> 38:12.009
[SPEAKER_00]: first it's not a stat it's not a stat you it's not if you can't tell me I'm gaining 25% stun threshold if you don't show me anywhere what that means.
38:12.609 --> 38:14.912
[SPEAKER_00]: I doubt that could be just magic.
38:15.252 --> 38:16.273
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what it means.
38:16.493 --> 38:17.955
[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't find it in game.
38:18.235 --> 38:19.897
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure I can probably go into the wiki.
38:20.438 --> 38:24.802
[SPEAKER_00]: I started reading about just stun threshold and it tells you it's based off a percentage of your health.
38:25.682 --> 38:26.422
[SPEAKER_00]: But that's it.
38:26.623 --> 38:28.344
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't tell me anything else.
38:28.504 --> 38:33.326
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't tell me like, so I was like, okay, I know what's done threshold is.
38:33.366 --> 38:33.627
[SPEAKER_00]: I get it.
38:33.647 --> 38:35.488
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like that I can't see anything but fine.
38:35.928 --> 38:38.069
[SPEAKER_00]: So I rearrange my build.
38:38.129 --> 38:38.830
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna figure this out.
38:38.910 --> 38:40.070
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not low on health.
38:40.130 --> 38:47.094
[SPEAKER_00]: I have like, I think probably 18 or 1900 ES, which I know means nothing, but I have like 26, 2323 and 2600 health.
38:51.673 --> 38:52.454
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not low.
38:52.554 --> 38:56.356
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm surviving, but I'm also heavy ES and heavy deflection.
38:57.877 --> 38:58.277
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw it.
38:59.638 --> 39:08.002
[SPEAKER_00]: I start respect and I start to figure out stuff different to try and increase my stun threshold, or getting angry for a whole time because it's like 25% increased stun threshold.
39:08.363 --> 39:13.225
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, but I don't know where, well, how do I, am I supposed to do math or what my health is?
39:13.285 --> 39:13.645
[SPEAKER_00]: But then,
39:14.746 --> 39:21.330
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what, I couldn't figure out what a man you don't even know what they're hitting for anyway, like it's just all of it's in this, but you don't know what they're hitting.
39:21.350 --> 39:22.671
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I know what you're starting to start.
39:22.691 --> 39:33.317
[SPEAKER_00]: I went back into a map and I was like, I did a heavy expedition, and I understand, like, I shouldn't want to get hit and I'm trying not to get hit, but the fact is expeditions, stuff pops up all over the place.
39:34.318 --> 39:37.760
[SPEAKER_00]: But I couldn't, I kept getting flattened and then when you're flattened,
39:38.808 --> 39:44.210
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a bit tough to live because first off, you have to be able to see what it happens, right?
39:44.250 --> 39:46.691
[SPEAKER_00]: If I don't always notice that, oh, I'm not moving.
39:46.751 --> 39:47.631
[SPEAKER_00]: Why am I not moving?
39:47.652 --> 39:49.052
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not casting like what happened.
39:49.452 --> 39:54.834
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, did I run into a brick, like that's just laying on the ground that I just wanted.
39:54.854 --> 39:55.835
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, itty, bitty brick.
39:55.855 --> 39:59.116
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm looking at the mini map to see if it's fan of broken barrels.
39:59.356 --> 39:59.716
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
39:59.736 --> 39:59.936
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
39:59.956 --> 40:02.497
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I'll be your barrels kicking around, sticking out of the north.
40:02.577 --> 40:03.578
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, so I couldn't figure it out.
40:03.698 --> 40:04.038
[SPEAKER_00]: And I,
40:04.518 --> 40:23.790
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I kept seeing that stupid thing and even with trying it's not like a way heavy into what stunt threshold could have been or figuring out other ways to do it The thing that bothered me the most was that I it was no there was nothing visual that I could see to go okay that is that make it so like in last epoch that it's not called
40:30.294 --> 40:31.895
[SPEAKER_00]: But it was a visual on your health.
40:31.975 --> 40:36.156
[SPEAKER_00]: You could see, and it was a, it was a stunt threshold, essentially.
40:36.496 --> 40:39.077
[SPEAKER_00]: But you could see like how it was working based off your health.
40:39.197 --> 40:42.118
[SPEAKER_00]: And then it was a stat that you could read in game to understand.
40:42.498 --> 40:44.559
[SPEAKER_00]: What were you doing and how was this making it better?
40:44.939 --> 40:50.901
[SPEAKER_00]: But when you have no idea, like I could just be getting hit by something that chunks me.
40:51.081 --> 40:52.601
[SPEAKER_00]: But my health didn't go down.
40:52.981 --> 40:54.002
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't lose yes.
40:54.082 --> 40:54.982
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't lose health.
40:55.102 --> 40:57.623
[SPEAKER_00]: So did I evade it and it still counted?
40:57.743 --> 40:58.183
[SPEAKER_00]: Did I?
40:59.332 --> 41:21.102
[SPEAKER_00]: the deflection doing something to me that should like I don't understand what happens because I'm not I would have assumed that I should at least be like shit he'll try something that's what's happening and knows why it's increasing but the user doesn't and the whole point of the HUD is so that the user knows what the game is doing yeah it was just tough because if I landed flat and was flattened and I had a hero quick
41:22.595 --> 41:26.136
[SPEAKER_00]: I could at least go like, okay, it's got to be related, but I would be on the ground.
41:26.517 --> 41:35.080
[SPEAKER_00]: And now I'm in trouble because that's when I'm starting to get attacked a bunch because I'm no longer moving, but I could never figure out what is putting me into a state.
41:35.120 --> 41:37.261
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not, I don't have anything in the blocks.
41:37.901 --> 41:41.603
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm using a friggin' sector and a mace.
41:41.683 --> 41:43.943
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm not, I'm not in the way.
41:43.963 --> 41:44.504
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not in the way.
41:44.544 --> 41:45.004
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not in the way.
41:45.524 --> 41:45.784
[SPEAKER_00]: right.
41:45.964 --> 41:47.205
[SPEAKER_00]: So, and I couldn't figure it out.
41:47.265 --> 41:48.706
[SPEAKER_00]: So that was my reason for quitting.
41:48.847 --> 42:03.698
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I'm done because I still am really enjoying it, but if I can't understand, like I don't know if I just need to spend some time less angry to look into what's done threshold is not works, but it just bothered me that I couldn't find anything about it in the game.
42:04.438 --> 42:09.580
[SPEAKER_01]: Still sucks to have to babysit it like, oh, I need to be in a certain emotion to be able to fix my problems in a game.
42:09.760 --> 42:13.121
[SPEAKER_00]: I know I'm still like in a theory crafting game.
42:13.141 --> 42:13.641
[SPEAKER_00]: That's okay.
42:14.061 --> 42:21.464
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're being a grump after a while, sure I get it, but also there's just some things that it's nice when it's explained.
42:21.544 --> 42:26.046
[SPEAKER_01]: Heavy sun buildups technically as far as I remember, only supposed to happen when you're blocking.
42:26.666 --> 42:27.766
[SPEAKER_01]: Actively, that's what I don't know.
42:27.806 --> 42:29.727
[SPEAKER_01]: Otherwise, it's all just based on light stunning.
42:30.507 --> 42:35.148
[SPEAKER_01]: and so you're heavy build up bar like that's what I was talking about when I was doing my resonate shield character.
42:35.688 --> 42:39.109
[SPEAKER_01]: I wanted that stun bar to be up where my health bar was.
42:39.429 --> 42:54.212
[SPEAKER_01]: At least just like it's because it's so especially when you get into console and you're shoving things onto the left or into the right because like that quest log eventually gets ridiculous right and you don't want things to be covered up and then you so you moved over here and anyway anyway.
42:54.632 --> 42:59.493
[SPEAKER_01]: It's nice if it would be a little bit more visual indicate and then even like how the art works
43:01.453 --> 43:04.934
[SPEAKER_01]: is very, um, it's deceiving.
43:04.954 --> 43:08.094
[SPEAKER_01]: You think the bar should go a little bit further, right?
43:08.134 --> 43:11.415
[SPEAKER_01]: But it's actually art work of yours and early, you know what I mean?
43:11.435 --> 43:14.996
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm actually stunned earlier than I think I end the fine paying attention to the bar.
43:15.316 --> 43:21.217
[SPEAKER_00]: See, mine is like free of any part of the UI because it could be the way that I've spaced my note.
43:21.337 --> 43:26.518
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like nested on top of something, but I never watched it grow ever.
43:26.898 --> 43:28.178
[SPEAKER_00]: It was always just full.
43:28.938 --> 43:32.480
[SPEAKER_00]: And so then, and then I'm waiting for it to come down so that I can start moving again.
43:33.080 --> 43:36.142
[SPEAKER_00]: But I was like, what, what could be instantly putty mean?
43:36.282 --> 43:38.423
[SPEAKER_00]: It feels like I'm running around holding sprint.
43:38.623 --> 43:40.584
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know how when you're, yeah, bring it up.
43:40.744 --> 43:50.669
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what it felt like, but I'm going, maybe it's got to be maybe there's like a unique or something where maybe it wasn't a mechanic that registered for you at the time when you were looking through.
43:50.729 --> 43:56.312
[SPEAKER_01]: And so maybe there's something that increases your heavy stun build up or all stuns counters heavy stun build up or
43:57.432 --> 43:57.993
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to look.
43:58.113 --> 44:05.537
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think so because I'm only using like two and they're not like, yeah, I don't think, I mean, I don't know.
44:05.557 --> 44:06.657
[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea what it is.
44:07.178 --> 44:08.859
[SPEAKER_00]: I have no clue what is happening.
44:08.899 --> 44:13.001
[SPEAKER_00]: I've never had it happen with previous builds or play.
44:13.081 --> 44:15.382
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I can't figure out what is specific about this.
44:15.622 --> 44:19.725
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I thought that I was just doing it because it was harder, harder content.
44:20.285 --> 44:27.724
[SPEAKER_00]: And maybe there's, I'll be honest, maybe there's some mod that's like all hits heavy stun, which also if there is then that's
44:29.371 --> 44:31.532
[SPEAKER_00]: that's a terrible option.
44:32.353 --> 44:34.754
[SPEAKER_00]: But fun par hours guy rocketing right there.
44:34.994 --> 44:38.496
[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't because I couldn't figure it out because I couldn't understand what was happening.
44:38.516 --> 44:47.761
[SPEAKER_00]: I think there was also a comment somebody left in one of our YouTube things I think where they said that in Pewie one, you could move the mouse with controller to be able to see the mods that were out there.
44:47.781 --> 44:50.923
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, oh, you can move your analog stick.
44:50.943 --> 44:52.664
[SPEAKER_00]: Why is that not in Pewie two?
44:53.464 --> 45:02.571
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it also isn't very intuitive for path one enemy still move when you're dead so you're like trying to follow an enemy Then also I mean still anything that I do is in front of the other one.
45:02.591 --> 45:22.727
[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, but no, you're not the one I want at least something, though Yeah, well, we see what they come up with if they are actively working on a deathlog maybe they'll figure out the entire death experience Not just the generic math of it, which again, I'd be thankful for anything But if that whole death experience ended up being an informative experience like
45:23.147 --> 45:23.507
[SPEAKER_01]: all of it.
45:23.887 --> 45:30.831
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, not just the damage you took, but hey, let me learn about these modifiers, what were these enemies that hurt me.
45:31.291 --> 45:34.253
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the problem for me is the only reason I was dying was because I was getting stunned.
45:34.813 --> 45:37.575
[SPEAKER_00]: So then when you're stationary for too long, you're screwed, but
45:40.093 --> 46:07.167
[SPEAKER_00]: That was what made me lose the enjoyment of it because also dying in Path of Excel too is for some reason meant to be the worst thing that can ever happen because I'm losing if I push a grand expedition harder because I want more mods because I want better gear I have the single portal and then I'm hooped or I can go a Dorianni and I know already that they're not going back on this because it's Dorianni gives me an auction for an extra portal
46:08.654 --> 46:10.436
[SPEAKER_00]: But this is just the way that it is.
46:10.576 --> 46:11.416
[SPEAKER_00]: I just disagree with it.
46:11.516 --> 46:16.741
[SPEAKER_00]: So it just sucks when I'm dying because I got heavy stunned and I have no clue what heavy stunned me.
46:16.841 --> 46:18.262
[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't, I couldn't even fix it.
46:18.282 --> 46:19.022
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what drove me nuts.
46:19.043 --> 46:20.063
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, fine, game.
46:20.664 --> 46:21.645
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll go get some thresholds.
46:21.705 --> 46:22.906
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll do the same threshold.
46:22.946 --> 46:23.786
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll find some stuff.
46:24.067 --> 46:37.458
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what the value is because then I'm also looking on the passive tree and I'm like, well, if I go way up there, there's like, you know, a bunch of ifthands, like, if this, then this much stun threshold, I'm like, well,
46:38.198 --> 46:57.774
[SPEAKER_00]: The thing is, I don't need to get hit, I don't actually want to get hit and I actually could probably fix this mostly by just putting rage three back into all my sockets for my companions because then I don't need the rage, I could just put something else and still something different and then just keep doing what I do, run around the outside, never ever go close.
46:57.954 --> 47:01.937
[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to know why, that's all I'm trying to figure out is like, what is it that
47:02.798 --> 47:05.699
[SPEAKER_00]: What is it that's pancake you'd me on the ground?
47:05.739 --> 47:06.480
[SPEAKER_01]: I just don't get it.
47:07.020 --> 47:12.002
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, but then when you have rage support back in, you're like, no, this sucks.
47:12.082 --> 47:12.643
[SPEAKER_01]: I've given in.
47:12.843 --> 47:13.363
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like it.
47:13.663 --> 47:14.523
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like it.
47:14.543 --> 47:15.284
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like it.
47:15.384 --> 47:16.244
[SPEAKER_01]: No, just out of principle.
47:16.264 --> 47:17.465
[SPEAKER_01]: Then you can completely remove it.
47:17.625 --> 47:19.526
[SPEAKER_01]: And then your build is just a little bit less.
47:19.886 --> 47:25.749
[SPEAKER_00]: Have you, does that stun bar naturally move up as you're doing things like blocking or things?
47:25.789 --> 47:30.030
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, or is it always just either full or, I don't know, it's, it's gradual.
47:30.231 --> 47:30.991
[SPEAKER_00]: So you can watch.
47:32.003 --> 47:36.785
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, I watch it all the time like when I'm playing when I was attempting my Resonate Shield character.
47:36.845 --> 47:41.386
[SPEAKER_01]: I was looking also in the bug reports for like These like life region.
47:41.406 --> 47:59.772
[SPEAKER_01]: There's got to be something glitchy with my Resonate Shield character because other enemies will just like naturally regen life way too fast Like there's got to be a glitch somewhere where enemies are regenerating life Remember I was talking about the prisoner fight completely regenerating with one of the skills There's got to be something else going on something with like
48:01.524 --> 48:07.486
[SPEAKER_01]: character or send and see or know that I've selected something completely ambiguous that I'll never figure out.
48:07.546 --> 48:15.428
[SPEAKER_01]: So I've stopped playing the character, but when I was playing the character, because I'm actively blocking while I'm using these shield skills, but I was watching.
48:15.448 --> 48:21.509
[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, Dad's done, Dad's done, and he'd tell me when my meter was up so that I quickly just like stop blocking run around for a second.
48:23.630 --> 48:52.820
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's what they can do like he watches it go up and then so he's like oh dad don't block that one that one uses up almost your whole bar You know interest is fight versus that so he's he's helped me learn a lot just by being observant while I'm playing because it's sort of difficult to be observant when you're playing as You know, I mean I guess you know when you're like feeling all like pissy about the podcast So it's a well you do this or what you do that it's tough to remember that
48:54.127 --> 48:56.349
[SPEAKER_01]: you know, we're not watching us play.
48:56.449 --> 49:00.752
[SPEAKER_01]: Like when we go back and we watch ourselves players like, oh, how did I see that?
49:01.112 --> 49:03.874
[SPEAKER_01]: But when you're in the game, you're like, I didn't see that.
49:03.895 --> 49:05.356
[SPEAKER_00]: Whoa, it's not fair.
49:05.376 --> 49:06.657
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll clearly, right?
49:06.677 --> 49:12.241
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's the point, though, is like, we're watching the game needs to work for the player, not for the observer.
49:12.801 --> 49:13.602
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, uh,
49:15.187 --> 49:22.895
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I can't tell you how many times people clip, you know, some YouTuber to which person or ourselves while we're playing and they're like, oh, this is how they died.
49:22.915 --> 49:25.517
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's so obvious in the PL, you know, you get these clips.
49:25.537 --> 49:37.128
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, oh, well, this obviously killed you in this business is like, and you're trying to be nice and not like not like nice as in the the opposite of being mean to someone, but you're just like you're trying not to get.
49:37.949 --> 49:40.571
[SPEAKER_01]: Angry because in the moment you're like I didn't see.
49:40.671 --> 49:42.973
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm happy if it's privately I'm angry.
49:43.153 --> 49:46.596
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember whenever it is that we do a private league.
49:46.776 --> 49:51.240
[SPEAKER_01]: It is a requirement of our friendly community to make fun of every single death.
49:51.360 --> 49:51.820
[SPEAKER_00]: Of course.
49:52.221 --> 49:52.401
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
49:52.501 --> 49:53.562
[SPEAKER_01]: It is a requirement.
49:54.062 --> 49:54.843
[SPEAKER_01]: It builds character.
49:55.604 --> 50:00.147
[SPEAKER_01]: Log out real fast if you don't like it because that's where it does come in.
50:00.207 --> 50:00.748
[SPEAKER_00]: We don't allow
50:06.152 --> 50:09.294
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so anyway, I was really having a lot of fun with expedition.
50:09.334 --> 50:26.824
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm really glad I'm raised three-hour window of where they tried to do something silly because I would That would have just really killed the idea of doing expeditions But I have to be able to understand so my whole goal is to because I still want to keep pushing because I made another character I think I talked to you about this like I did make a number eight.
50:27.004 --> 50:30.406
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no only four Only four not gonna get me with that fifth.
50:30.446 --> 50:32.688
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going back to my companion one, but um
50:33.668 --> 50:34.428
[SPEAKER_00]: I need to know why.
50:34.829 --> 50:42.613
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I just, I don't want to be forced to put the rage three back in, which I can do it because it's probably more consistent anyway, right?
50:42.653 --> 50:43.893
[SPEAKER_00]: It is, it actually is.
50:43.994 --> 50:46.315
[SPEAKER_00]: It's definitely more consistent.
50:46.375 --> 50:47.335
[SPEAKER_00]: But that's the other thing too.
50:47.355 --> 50:48.216
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like it would be.
50:48.796 --> 50:53.857
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's one of those things where it's like, you know, you could fill the gap in with something else.
50:53.957 --> 51:00.859
[SPEAKER_01]: But one thing that I consistency is something that paper doesn't show in DPS land, right?
51:01.019 --> 51:01.219
[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
51:01.239 --> 51:06.120
[SPEAKER_01]: Like when path of building eventually is fully up to date and it's, you know, includes a lot more.
51:06.660 --> 51:09.121
[SPEAKER_01]: And people are a lot more dependent on paper numbers.
51:09.201 --> 51:10.601
[SPEAKER_01]: It still doesn't show up time.
51:10.621 --> 51:12.141
[SPEAKER_01]: It still doesn't show consistency.
51:12.161 --> 51:13.882
[SPEAKER_01]: It still doesn't show situations.
51:14.242 --> 51:15.302
[SPEAKER_01]: And in reality,
51:18.943 --> 51:19.824
[SPEAKER_01]: just suck it in.
51:20.244 --> 51:22.085
[SPEAKER_01]: Like for me, I'm probably way stronger.
51:22.125 --> 51:29.608
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I've ended up giving up on zombies just because of how convoluted it is to try and make it work and still feel comfortable and enjoyable to play.
51:30.128 --> 51:36.832
[SPEAKER_01]: At the end of the day, I'm probably way stronger without that crazy DPS simply because I'm able to pay attention more.
51:37.132 --> 51:39.693
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm able to pay attention more to me than the zombie
51:44.435 --> 51:50.059
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm staring at my character, not my HUD, and I'm actually staying alive.
51:50.240 --> 51:56.144
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm actually able to continue my smaller amounts of DPS and the bosses are melting.
51:56.564 --> 51:56.945
[SPEAKER_00]: It's great.
51:57.765 --> 52:07.498
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't mind doing it through the mace strike besides the fact that I just couldn't ever tell if I had hit and also I don't actually know how you know if your minion or companion has rage.
52:08.899 --> 52:11.282
[SPEAKER_00]: They have a red glow to them.
52:11.563 --> 52:11.863
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
52:11.883 --> 52:13.205
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, maybe I'm blind.
52:13.645 --> 52:14.967
[SPEAKER_00]: I get that there's a lot of things happening.
52:15.187 --> 52:20.153
[SPEAKER_00]: on the screen, but like, I've tried to be like, I think he's cool and red, but was he always cool and red?
52:20.874 --> 52:23.116
[SPEAKER_01]: You have the mystical kind, right?
52:23.156 --> 52:24.618
[SPEAKER_01]: Like they're all ready.
52:24.638 --> 52:26.059
[SPEAKER_01]: So they're doing like crazy.
52:26.079 --> 52:27.361
[SPEAKER_01]: And so who knows what's going on?
52:27.401 --> 52:31.926
[SPEAKER_01]: And other debuffs have like, it's the honestly, it looks exactly like shock.
52:32.527 --> 52:35.750
[SPEAKER_01]: Like have you ever pause the screen and go on your character's screen and your character's shocked?
52:36.431 --> 52:53.405
[SPEAKER_01]: or you just finished dodge rolling and you're like keeps going like this in the wind it happens all the time for me and so I actually hate it when I pause the game and I'm shocked yeah my character's glowing so bright on a regular basis that after you actually run around until my shocks gone and then I can pause the game again.
52:54.005 --> 52:58.648
[SPEAKER_01]: But um, and I don't mind that like I just find those like fun little glitches.
52:58.688 --> 53:00.809
[SPEAKER_01]: Those aren't complaints to me I do actually like that.
53:00.849 --> 53:17.618
[SPEAKER_01]: I hope that stays Yeah, if you pause it while you're shocked, you can see It's like when you tell the movie it's like It's exactly what it is, but yeah, so it actually so I don't know if you've ever seen yourself in the pause screen be shocked But it's the same it's just red
53:18.322 --> 53:22.603
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, I think I haven't, I think I have a guess as to what the red looks like because I did see some red.
53:23.224 --> 53:27.045
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but it was a bit tough for me to understand like, oh, did I do this?
53:27.165 --> 53:31.546
[SPEAKER_00]: I guess I should just always make sure I have some rage because then I mean, I would have done it recently enough.
53:31.786 --> 53:35.928
[SPEAKER_00]: It was way more thinking and that's why I thought originally I'll just move to the on hit.
53:36.008 --> 53:40.389
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I just got so mad that I couldn't figure out why the heck was flounder ground most of the time.
53:40.469 --> 53:42.730
[SPEAKER_00]: So, um, yeah.
53:42.870 --> 53:46.251
[SPEAKER_00]: So I will probably end up just talking in it back, but I would like to,
53:47.729 --> 53:53.253
[SPEAKER_00]: whatever, just understand, figure out, I just, if for me it didn't make sense because I was full to 100.
53:53.774 --> 53:54.754
[SPEAKER_00]: Like it was zero to 100.
53:54.794 --> 53:55.995
[SPEAKER_00]: I never saw it build up.
53:56.836 --> 54:04.162
[SPEAKER_00]: And if it was supposed to be based on health, like what I don't know what that means because I also have like 70% of all my hits is going to my companions.
54:04.242 --> 54:06.844
[SPEAKER_00]: So how can I be getting hit enough?
54:07.484 --> 54:08.445
[SPEAKER_00]: feel like squish me.
54:09.125 --> 54:16.370
[SPEAKER_00]: So anyway, yeah, I got a, I don't know how I figured that I maybe I have to be super fine though.
54:16.390 --> 54:27.678
[SPEAKER_01]: For after Dark, you'll probably take a look and we'll talk about it after Dark, and after Dark will be like, uh, podcast, it's always how we end up for those two dummies from this morning.
54:28.799 --> 54:33.522
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, actually if you want to hear us make fun of ourselves, that's a good AD after advertisement.
54:34.243 --> 54:35.524
[SPEAKER_01]: We call ourselves all the time.
54:36.765 --> 54:40.469
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, we actually probably need to wrap this up because I have to go to meet the person.
54:41.129 --> 54:42.370
[SPEAKER_00]: Did we have anything else to do something?
54:42.430 --> 54:43.511
[SPEAKER_01]: I think I did do something.
54:43.852 --> 54:44.612
[SPEAKER_00]: You did something.
54:44.652 --> 54:45.193
[SPEAKER_00]: Tell me about it.
54:45.213 --> 54:46.514
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I had two notes.
54:46.754 --> 54:49.617
[SPEAKER_01]: I would love for them to start updating their dev manifesto.
54:49.837 --> 54:52.119
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, they haven't had a dev.
54:52.179 --> 54:53.761
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's still on their website.
54:54.181 --> 54:55.602
[SPEAKER_01]: And they haven't updated like.
54:56.843 --> 55:00.667
[SPEAKER_01]: Four years ago the last one was by Chris Wilson for Lake of Kalandra.
55:00.867 --> 55:13.719
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and I know the reason that they don't now is it's all on video mode But it would be nice for there to be a summary of reason like if it's gonna be on your website Like don't have a spot on your website that's like hasn't been updated for four years.
55:14.019 --> 55:21.906
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the history of Path of XL tie That's what it is Anyway, so anyway, but it would be cool if like even if they just had
55:22.687 --> 55:28.033
[SPEAKER_01]: like just a paraphrase version of some of the reasoning that they have for some of these changes going forward.
55:28.053 --> 55:29.014
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that'd be kind of nice.
55:29.034 --> 55:32.397
[SPEAKER_01]: It'd be fun to go through and see otherwise there's no point having on the website.
55:32.417 --> 55:33.699
[SPEAKER_01]: But that was just a comment.
55:34.400 --> 55:39.325
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember if I mentioned it last week, but consoles now have the ability to do build guides, which is nice.
55:39.545 --> 55:41.067
[SPEAKER_01]: I think we might have talked about it a little bit.
55:41.087 --> 55:42.789
[SPEAKER_01]: So it doesn't work the same way as filters.
55:42.829 --> 55:43.990
[SPEAKER_01]: Were you solo it?
55:44.410 --> 55:55.154
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so on the website, Path of Exile 2's website, not Path of Exile 1, you go to your account and you can interact with your filters.
55:55.834 --> 55:58.655
[SPEAKER_01]: You can even create a filter on the Path to website now.
55:59.555 --> 56:01.155
[SPEAKER_01]: And upload follow-up.
56:01.216 --> 56:03.596
[SPEAKER_00]: You still have to know the code or is it visual?
56:03.916 --> 56:05.237
[SPEAKER_00]: Because imagine if it was visual.
56:05.917 --> 56:06.657
[SPEAKER_00]: That would be cool.
56:06.677 --> 56:07.297
[SPEAKER_00]: Is it visual?
56:07.417 --> 56:08.978
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh no, you still have to know the code.
56:09.378 --> 56:11.278
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not properly set up yet.
56:11.318 --> 56:18.080
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, so if I go on path one website to edit my filter, if I control F within the filter, it searches the filter.
56:18.480 --> 56:20.880
[SPEAKER_01]: Not just what's on the screen, right?
56:21.420 --> 56:27.261
[SPEAKER_01]: Whereas on path two, I can't click in the filter and control F. When I control F, it just controls F the screen.
56:27.281 --> 56:28.602
[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't do the entire.
56:30.422 --> 56:30.723
[SPEAKER_01]: box.
56:30.743 --> 56:37.067
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's still not really ready to be used, but that is also where you can follow and unfollow guides.
56:37.427 --> 56:42.030
[SPEAKER_00]: So are you uploading your own build file or how are you follow?
56:42.110 --> 56:44.552
[SPEAKER_00]: How are you getting the How does that sound?
56:44.572 --> 56:47.895
[SPEAKER_01]: So if I was to share it, somebody could just
56:49.195 --> 56:53.238
[SPEAKER_01]: Click on the link and go for it from there, and then you would click on the link.
56:53.258 --> 56:58.281
[SPEAKER_01]: It would bring up my build guide and you would follow it Wait, sorry, can I ask though the build guide?
56:58.341 --> 57:03.564
[SPEAKER_00]: Did you Wherever you would have had it for me to click on is that on the path of Excel to website?
57:03.584 --> 57:04.665
[SPEAKER_00]: Or is that something you could put in?
57:04.685 --> 57:08.667
[SPEAKER_01]: That would be where it's like you find my build somewhere and like the build guide form, right?
57:08.708 --> 57:10.349
[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's like oh, I like this build.
57:10.409 --> 57:12.370
[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the link to follow the in-game
57:13.108 --> 57:28.035
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's sorry the only reason I'm asking that is because like the idea of a follow didn't even exist before So is that new across the whole board because if I looked at a build I had to download the build file on PC There wasn't ever a click this button to follow.
57:28.296 --> 57:30.837
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because you can't you can't download anything on console already
57:31.237 --> 57:38.399
[SPEAKER_00]: But can you upload a build though and then go to the POE 2's website and then upload the build and then that's what would show on the console.
57:39.139 --> 57:39.399
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't.
57:39.759 --> 57:41.460
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember the the nuances.
57:41.500 --> 57:46.141
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to that's going to be one of my POE goals this week is to play with that and kind of go to that.
57:46.421 --> 57:49.502
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just unfortunately path of building doesn't really have it set up.
57:50.857 --> 58:02.446
[SPEAKER_01]: Properly or not properly, but in a way where because remember the build guys like you can comment right you can have comments on items and weapons and nodes and sockets and so POB's not ready for that yet.
58:02.646 --> 58:07.930
[SPEAKER_01]: POB planner doesn't even have like you can't even do sockets and skill gems yet.
58:08.150 --> 58:08.690
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean.
58:09.571 --> 58:16.956
[SPEAKER_01]: It's got to be crazy complicated compared to the first game and so I can't stand the max roll website, but that
58:17.877 --> 58:31.505
[SPEAKER_01]: It seems to be I think there's another website that somebody showed me as well, but there's only a couple websites similar to the max roll one where It lets you comment on specific things, but I'm not familiar with the website.
58:31.525 --> 58:36.308
[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm learning the website and then I got to put it into game and it's like, oh back and forth.
58:36.328 --> 58:45.133
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's kind of I got a figurative But I'm also kind of nervous spending 10 hours figuring it out when
58:46.714 --> 59:05.662
[SPEAKER_01]: They might change something to make it a little bit easier, you know, and then I'm spending all this time learning max role Not necessarily how it works in game and then all of a sudden path of building comes out with something that's better I'm like a damn it When you be doing it to use it yourself like for you to click on it I would love to like it It would be awesome to be able to do that myself and then just take the extra hour to
59:06.762 --> 59:28.460
[SPEAKER_01]: do that and then when it's in the game i'm never tapping in a note like how glorious with that beat and not have pv planner all the time right so i'll definitely do it for myself and then that would be originally way back years ago and i started posting builds the exact same thing that i was doing then like i would basically post that build for me i'd bring up my own guide and it would be my reminder for what i'm doing and why i'm doing and i'm like
59:28.680 --> 59:33.183
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, that's why I didn't do this that seems like I should, but that's the reason I didn't do that make sense.
59:34.264 --> 59:36.365
[SPEAKER_01]: So if I could have all that in game, that'd be awesome.
59:36.385 --> 59:41.689
[SPEAKER_01]: So I do want to play with that, but I don't want to marry myself to something like max world that I'm already not a big fan of.
59:41.869 --> 59:42.509
[SPEAKER_01]: I want to...
59:43.790 --> 59:45.512
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's really all there is right now.
59:45.592 --> 01:00:06.733
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't want to I'm just nervous spending my time learning about max role as opposed to the game right but now's a good time to do it because curse reflect is apparently infinite for the list but that's awesome it is pretty funny it's frustrating because I want to play it's funny because I'm not me yeah right yeah that's right.
01:00:07.373 --> 01:00:21.637
[SPEAKER_00]: So anyway, I know you said you have a meeting, so let's go up 352 forever Excel them just naked tags and I'm Tyler record of days patrons will catch you and after Dark everybody else will see you next week in 353 This week.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Tyler record of days.
00:05.345 --> 00:07.386
[SPEAKER_00]: What was that song in the silence I was hearing?
00:08.626 --> 00:09.247
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you hear now?
00:09.427 --> 00:09.607
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
00:11.297 --> 00:31.878
[SPEAKER_01]: uh... life's liarly rediscovered the keyboard oh fun so he's got the track plan in the background he's doing his like old jam and saying and so he stoked but he did hey mom come here too slow i can't see this though episode uh... three hundred fifty two forever exiled i don't know if the sound's gonna come through but if you see me just doing this all day
00:33.602 --> 00:35.763
[SPEAKER_01]: It probably won't come through because it's getting here, probably not.
00:35.783 --> 00:41.884
[SPEAKER_00]: Barely hearing it for me, but the show to our patrons thinks everybody who resubbed up this past week.
00:41.904 --> 00:43.784
[SPEAKER_00]: Patron gets access to afterdark.
00:43.804 --> 00:46.785
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a podcast after the podcast and say, remember week?
00:47.605 --> 00:47.885
[SPEAKER_01]: It is.
00:48.345 --> 00:50.826
[SPEAKER_01]: But really good, same every week.
00:52.126 --> 00:57.247
[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you like conversation, let me tell you, we have one.
00:57.707 --> 00:59.928
[SPEAKER_01]: We're just noticing a second when you put in front of a book.
00:59.968 --> 01:00.448
[SPEAKER_01]: I like that.
01:01.127 --> 01:05.329
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, it twice gifted to Moa, who doesn't like a good weather.
01:05.749 --> 01:06.810
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it is the weather, that's right.
01:07.190 --> 01:07.550
[SPEAKER_01]: Nice.
01:07.630 --> 01:11.092
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a, it's a, it's a giant weather, imagine that thing running around the subject.
01:11.112 --> 01:13.033
[SPEAKER_00]: The soon that's like root to real life size.
01:13.233 --> 01:13.773
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, man.
01:14.113 --> 01:14.594
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, look at that.
01:14.814 --> 01:19.756
[SPEAKER_00]: I probably really fluked out the first time I put it up, not realizing how much you have we're going to go back.
01:19.816 --> 01:20.337
[SPEAKER_01]: There we go.
01:20.517 --> 01:21.097
[SPEAKER_01]: Face down.
01:21.657 --> 01:21.977
[SPEAKER_00]: Sweet.
01:22.358 --> 01:22.998
[SPEAKER_01]: That good into that.
01:23.018 --> 01:25.299
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, uh, how does it reach to a book out of here?
01:25.379 --> 01:26.259
[SPEAKER_00]: Add a good week, man.
01:26.360 --> 01:27.000
[SPEAKER_00]: It was a good week.
01:27.380 --> 01:29.301
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, it was the first week of summer.
01:30.253 --> 01:55.582
01:56.923 --> 01:57.123
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
01:57.558 --> 02:01.215
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no trainings doing well with the dog, turn some corners, which is nice and
02:02.117 --> 02:02.977
[SPEAKER_01]: Everything's just doing well.
02:03.077 --> 02:03.678
[SPEAKER_01]: We had a good week.
02:03.798 --> 02:04.658
[SPEAKER_01]: Who's pretty low key?
02:05.939 --> 02:14.022
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, when kids are home a lot less gets done, even though you're trying to like, oh, no, like they're home and they can help out with these chores and those chores and that kind of thing.
02:14.062 --> 02:18.064
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, I don't know, just turns into that not being the case, right?
02:18.204 --> 02:25.147
[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, they're learning lots and I'm forcing them to be a part and do a lot this summer, not just, you know, like, stuff needs to get done outside the house.
02:25.187 --> 02:27.448
[SPEAKER_01]: I need to go to Home Depot or the grocery store or whatever.
02:28.569 --> 02:29.069
[SPEAKER_01]: They're coming.
02:29.109 --> 02:30.049
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not leaving them at home.
02:32.452 --> 02:32.612
[SPEAKER_01]: 3.
02:32.632 --> 02:34.075
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so it's just fun.
02:34.295 --> 02:36.219
[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's good to get all that kind of stuff done and
02:38.277 --> 02:42.538
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we got we have a couple buddies that their schedules, not those typical Monday to Friday.
02:42.658 --> 02:47.159
[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, one just came to the store with me the other day.
02:47.179 --> 02:50.960
[SPEAKER_01]: We went to Canadian Tire and all the other one grocery shop and together and it's all great.
02:51.580 --> 02:52.420
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's just fun.
02:53.220 --> 02:53.880
[SPEAKER_01]: Fun, fun, fun, fun.
02:53.900 --> 02:55.921
[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, it was a really little key week this week.
02:55.961 --> 03:01.102
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, busy and got crap done, but Loki, did you, but that's what it was?
03:01.262 --> 03:02.902
[SPEAKER_01]: Do anything on the candidate?
03:03.562 --> 03:06.383
[SPEAKER_01]: I remember saying you were going to like how we being like doing stuff.
03:06.724 --> 03:10.005
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, did you sit last week, you were going to do something, I thought you said you're going to try probably.
03:10.025 --> 03:14.247
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think we were going to really emphasize doing something this year, you know, you emphasize though.
03:14.567 --> 03:19.289
[SPEAKER_01]: So, that's about whatever, 159 years old, is that what Canada is now?
03:19.349 --> 03:22.570
[SPEAKER_01]: But I don't even know, I know we had one 50 a bit back.
03:22.710 --> 03:25.031
[SPEAKER_01]: So probably one, probably nine, so nine, right?
03:25.851 --> 03:30.733
[SPEAKER_01]: We're supposed to know when Canada was conceived, right?
03:31.033 --> 03:31.293
[SPEAKER_01]: Are we?
03:33.351 --> 03:39.601
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean I don't know, there's only one country we should be paying a little bit more attention to than the others as not the United States
03:42.038 --> 03:43.579
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, they have a day coming up.
03:43.759 --> 03:46.661
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't they have to be Canada day in the United States.
03:46.701 --> 03:50.144
[SPEAKER_00]: He can't have the day to the U.S. No, that's not what I wanted to say.
03:50.304 --> 03:53.666
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, actually one really funny thing is hang on.
03:54.046 --> 04:00.030
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, Canada's playing on the Canada day was Canada made.
04:00.891 --> 04:02.032
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not my brain's working.
04:02.332 --> 04:02.532
[SPEAKER_00]: What?
04:02.872 --> 04:06.875
[SPEAKER_00]: Canada's playing on the American Canada day?
04:08.345 --> 04:09.345
[SPEAKER_00]: 1867.
04:09.405 --> 04:10.286
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, that's right there.
04:10.526 --> 04:11.926
[SPEAKER_00]: So I have the candidate, everybody.
04:13.066 --> 04:13.366
[SPEAKER_00]: 1867.
04:13.386 --> 04:14.127
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
04:14.467 --> 04:20.629
[SPEAKER_01]: So now math to hold is it because it's still early in the morning.
04:21.829 --> 04:22.849
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it is 159.
04:22.909 --> 04:23.709
[SPEAKER_01]: See, I know stuff.
04:24.370 --> 04:24.530
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
04:25.310 --> 04:25.410
[SPEAKER_00]: 159.
04:26.746 --> 04:53.112
[SPEAKER_01]: I asked Gemini because that's just the assistant that I use, that's naturally used with my phone and I find all assistance relatively all equally stupid, equally screwing up in all things or dependable in all things and so I asked the other night when I was writing actually had a night which I was brain was on Aaron was doing the wrong things so I actually wrote a little bit and it was on, it was firing, I got like a good
04:53.452 --> 04:55.393
[SPEAKER_01]: like chunk of words.
04:55.453 --> 04:56.754
[SPEAKER_01]: I wrote a new intro for my book.
04:57.674 --> 05:03.177
[SPEAKER_01]: And um, but I asked uh, because it's all like it's rhyming and pacing and stances and stuff, right?
05:03.217 --> 05:04.598
[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's poetic narrative.
05:05.318 --> 05:09.200
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I double check to make sure that I'm using like some definitions, you know, it's like when you
05:10.832 --> 05:11.972
[SPEAKER_01]: live in an area.
05:11.992 --> 05:13.953
[SPEAKER_01]: You never really like double check what you know.
05:14.073 --> 05:14.573
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
05:14.593 --> 05:21.135
[SPEAKER_01]: You just start using words and then all of a sudden maybe a little bit later you realize you're kind of like slightly misusing a word even though you've been using it for 10 years.
05:21.695 --> 05:32.357
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm obviously double check and my work a little bit more and making sure that certain words that I'm ending with I'm actually using the proper definition for and I'm like, you know what?
05:32.377 --> 05:33.578
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to make Gemini rude.
05:34.678 --> 05:36.821
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm like, hey, can you be rude to me the rest of the night?
05:37.582 --> 05:38.603
[SPEAKER_01]: It's hilarious, man.
05:38.723 --> 05:44.190
[SPEAKER_01]: I loved it so much that I've made it a permanent rule on my personalizations that they have to be rude to me all the time.
05:44.931 --> 05:46.112
[SPEAKER_01]: It is hilarious.
05:46.373 --> 05:46.753
[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
05:47.915 --> 05:50.798
[SPEAKER_01]: But the not allowed swearing because my kids still love it.
05:50.818 --> 05:51.940
[SPEAKER_01]: Still watch, but it's pretty good.
05:52.060 --> 05:52.240
[SPEAKER_01]: So.
05:52.300 --> 05:53.761
[SPEAKER_00]: Does AI swear?
05:53.901 --> 05:55.022
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you can't swear.
05:55.082 --> 05:55.723
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, totally.
05:55.943 --> 05:56.724
[SPEAKER_01]: That's all totally.
05:56.944 --> 05:57.104
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
05:57.545 --> 05:58.425
[SPEAKER_01]: It's awesome.
05:58.565 --> 06:01.968
[SPEAKER_01]: I asked if it could be derogatory and it's like Well, I'm not allowed.
06:02.048 --> 06:02.469
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't.
06:02.549 --> 06:03.490
[SPEAKER_01]: It's against my rules.
06:03.730 --> 06:07.353
[SPEAKER_01]: You will not be able to make me bully anybody or anything like I'm not No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
06:07.373 --> 06:09.074
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like talking to me like talk down to me
06:09.855 --> 06:10.816
[SPEAKER_01]: and it's hilarious.
06:10.996 --> 06:11.477
[SPEAKER_01]: It's the best.
06:12.237 --> 06:13.258
[SPEAKER_01]: It keeps you on track, too.
06:13.678 --> 06:14.979
[SPEAKER_01]: Her moves those excuses right away.
06:15.000 --> 06:17.341
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, uh, so what does it say?
06:17.402 --> 06:23.787
[SPEAKER_01]: Something about like, CRA's been on New York to call, uh, that task list of calling the CRA's been on your task list for like 10 weeks.
06:23.827 --> 06:26.469
[SPEAKER_01]: Now you're really, uh, really live in life to the fullest, aren't you?
06:26.589 --> 06:29.392
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, oh, yeah, I do need to call CRA, don't I?
06:31.173 --> 06:33.075
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's pretty sweet.
06:33.656 --> 06:36.980
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like the delirium guy mocking you for being out a man.
06:37.000 --> 06:37.460
[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
06:37.480 --> 06:41.865
[SPEAKER_00]: If you try to pick something up that you can't for pockets are full.
06:42.506 --> 06:44.267
[SPEAKER_00]: My week, my week was good.
06:44.668 --> 06:47.371
[SPEAKER_00]: It was work.
06:47.531 --> 06:50.855
[SPEAKER_00]: Summer started, like you said, kids were away for a little bit.
06:50.975 --> 06:52.777
[SPEAKER_00]: So they're having some fun and then
06:54.527 --> 06:54.987
[SPEAKER_00]: Right, do.
06:55.267 --> 06:58.028
[SPEAKER_00]: We're watching, uh, fringe.
06:58.928 --> 06:59.368
[SPEAKER_00]: Good guess.
06:59.468 --> 07:01.388
[SPEAKER_00]: Finish the first season last night.
07:01.408 --> 07:02.188
[SPEAKER_00]: You did, okay.
07:02.208 --> 07:04.289
[SPEAKER_01]: So now you're ahead of us the first season.
07:04.849 --> 07:07.189
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we watched one episode last night.
07:07.449 --> 07:09.690
[SPEAKER_01]: It was like, I thought you would watch fringe already.
07:10.090 --> 07:11.430
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, no, yeah.
07:11.450 --> 07:13.490
[SPEAKER_01]: So you can't, you're not going to spoil anything for me.
07:13.590 --> 07:17.851
[SPEAKER_00]: But we watched the first episode of the second season.
07:18.091 --> 07:22.052
[SPEAKER_00]: And literally within the first two minutes,
07:24.451 --> 07:25.211
[SPEAKER_00]: Are you serious?
07:26.052 --> 07:32.916
[SPEAKER_00]: Because they have an actress in the first episode of season two and neither of us are big fans of hers.
07:33.056 --> 07:36.999
[SPEAKER_00]: And so we're like, you're kidding me.
07:37.059 --> 07:42.322
[SPEAKER_00]: And so then I went on my phone and I was like, I am gonna look just to see the see if they die or something.
07:42.342 --> 07:44.203
[SPEAKER_00]: Thankfully, I don't know how I didn't care how.
07:44.263 --> 07:46.765
[SPEAKER_00]: Just that there are only in episode one and two, I was like, okay.
07:47.706 --> 07:48.626
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, who is it?
07:48.646 --> 07:52.169
[SPEAKER_00]: Can I, I don't know her name is she's uh, she was in suits.
07:52.489 --> 07:56.032
[SPEAKER_00]: She's what married to the prince person, but have you ever watched suits?
07:57.213 --> 07:57.954
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I love suits.
07:58.494 --> 08:05.620
[SPEAKER_00]: I love suits, but I couldn't her character was just so like, there was I don't know just not a very great actress.
08:05.660 --> 08:07.941
[SPEAKER_00]: So, just sure.
08:16.546 --> 08:16.787
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
08:16.867 --> 08:17.229
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
08:17.249 --> 08:17.410
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
08:18.294 --> 08:18.515
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
08:19.982 --> 08:24.804
[SPEAKER_01]: I know, that's literally the entire dialogue of the entire show.
08:24.844 --> 08:26.804
[SPEAKER_01]: Them walking around with their chins in the air.
08:26.844 --> 08:31.826
[SPEAKER_01]: Their suits all buttoned up tight and then every character just, they're constantly interrupting people.
08:31.866 --> 08:32.566
[SPEAKER_01]: I know, I know.
08:32.826 --> 08:34.927
[SPEAKER_01]: I know, like, it's, it's like, shallowest character.
08:34.967 --> 08:35.827
[SPEAKER_01]: shallowest story line.
08:35.867 --> 08:36.568
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought it was good.
08:36.748 --> 08:37.248
[SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't.
08:37.588 --> 08:38.108
[SPEAKER_01]: I hated it.
08:38.748 --> 08:40.509
[SPEAKER_01]: You're an idiot from the Lincoln things.
08:40.529 --> 08:41.389
[SPEAKER_01]: They're different than me.
08:41.529 --> 08:44.650
[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, I will say Walter, the one fringe.
08:45.511 --> 08:46.591
[SPEAKER_00]: So freaking good.
08:46.631 --> 08:47.471
[SPEAKER_00]: Isn't totally good.
08:47.511 --> 08:48.512
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't love him, yeah.
08:49.832 --> 08:55.095
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they're just so out of pocket and just they're nonchalant.
08:55.235 --> 08:56.256
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so it's so good.
08:56.956 --> 09:01.358
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah I but you remember I'm in Lord of the Rings, right?
09:01.398 --> 09:01.738
[SPEAKER_01]: Bilbo.
09:02.519 --> 09:03.779
[SPEAKER_01]: Lord of Dennis Thor.
09:04.180 --> 09:04.500
[SPEAKER_01]: Buddy.
09:04.960 --> 09:05.941
[SPEAKER_00]: Lord Dennis Thor.
09:05.981 --> 09:07.521
[SPEAKER_01]: He's in charge of minus tiereth.
09:07.842 --> 09:09.142
[SPEAKER_01]: He's the steward of minus tiereth.
09:09.162 --> 09:11.904
[SPEAKER_01]: He's eating the I bet that's I-is that an elf?
09:12.884 --> 09:12.984
[SPEAKER_01]: He
09:14.585 --> 09:16.266
[SPEAKER_00]: You might get murdered by some fans.
09:16.286 --> 09:17.147
[SPEAKER_00]: That's another one, right?
09:17.187 --> 09:17.708
[SPEAKER_01]: He's the one.
09:17.728 --> 09:20.590
[SPEAKER_01]: He's the king of the Big Tall White City.
09:20.990 --> 09:25.734
[SPEAKER_01]: When Pippin is singing that song that you really like, and he bites into the tomato and it drips down his chin.
09:25.894 --> 09:26.375
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, door.
09:26.415 --> 09:27.395
[SPEAKER_01]: He's kids.
09:28.016 --> 09:29.957
[SPEAKER_01]: He's not a door for his kids.
09:29.977 --> 09:32.660
[SPEAKER_01]: Our Boramir and Faramir.
09:34.686 --> 09:35.847
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, oh, you, yeah.
09:35.928 --> 09:37.189
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, that is that's him.
09:37.549 --> 09:38.010
[SPEAKER_01]: That's him.
09:38.210 --> 09:38.811
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wow.
09:39.051 --> 09:39.232
[SPEAKER_01]: Huh.
09:39.752 --> 09:39.992
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
09:40.633 --> 09:41.374
[SPEAKER_01]: He's phenomenal.
09:41.474 --> 09:42.055
[SPEAKER_00]: It's everything.
09:42.455 --> 09:43.677
[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, I really like him in that.
09:44.037 --> 09:45.699
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and then I played some path.
09:45.800 --> 09:46.721
[SPEAKER_00]: But we'll talk about that later.
09:46.821 --> 09:48.863
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I also stop playing path.
09:49.524 --> 09:52.467
[SPEAKER_00]: and played a different game for a bit this week.
09:52.947 --> 09:56.010
[SPEAKER_01]: So you're done with path to know what that happens path is.
09:56.050 --> 09:57.952
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think so, but I can tell you why.
09:58.512 --> 10:00.114
[SPEAKER_00]: I got a couple of comments.
10:00.274 --> 10:02.316
[SPEAKER_00]: But you're new game.
10:02.336 --> 10:11.484
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I just, I got annoyed when I decided to stop playing, and I was trying to find a game, and I'm like, I don't really know what I want to play, and then I remember that my oldest had said, oh, did you ever play?
10:12.585 --> 10:17.089
[SPEAKER_00]: Kingdoms deliverance kingdom kingdoms kingdom come deliverance to or something.
10:17.129 --> 10:24.095
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a um RPG game And I said no, I never I'm gonna really first one right right I never played second one.
10:24.115 --> 10:26.237
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was like well summer sales on them.
10:26.417 --> 10:33.103
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll take a look at it Wasn't sure I'd like it because the combat just seemed weird to me, but I thought well like maybe this low and realistic right.
10:33.363 --> 10:37.027
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah Yeah, yeah, exactly that was its big marketing thing was just
10:37.733 --> 10:58.218
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's a place that you like was right and there it was around the time where like there was a game called chivalry or something like it was Yes, like you would fight first person holding your pull armor whatever it was that you were doing very similar to the age So I bought that game and I started playing it that came is not small
10:59.497 --> 10:59.997
[SPEAKER_00]: at all.
11:00.298 --> 11:03.740
[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, it is a really, really, so I don't even know how far I am into it.
11:03.840 --> 11:07.902
[SPEAKER_00]: I realized at one point that I had no clue I thought I was like being smart.
11:07.922 --> 11:12.004
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like doing all the side quests because people all I had read was don't rush the wedding.
11:12.044 --> 11:13.805
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, okay, I'm not gonna rush the wedding.
11:13.965 --> 11:15.286
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna take my time, I'm gonna do everything.
11:15.606 --> 11:18.908
[SPEAKER_00]: I did noodles of time doing everything.
11:19.208 --> 11:21.090
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, this must be the end, that must be whatever.
11:21.490 --> 11:23.511
[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's like new and true.
11:23.611 --> 11:25.032
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
11:25.152 --> 11:26.373
[SPEAKER_00]: Even the prologue, I was like,
11:27.483 --> 11:27.785
[SPEAKER_00]: What?
11:27.966 --> 11:29.352
[SPEAKER_00]: What was to a cut scene?
11:29.392 --> 11:30.035
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a prologue.
11:30.055 --> 11:31.863
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, damn, I can go to bed.
11:33.684 --> 11:34.304
[SPEAKER_00]: really good though.
11:34.584 --> 11:43.947
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like it pulls together like Witcher style and even fable style like really classic RPG games that I really like.
11:44.067 --> 11:45.027
[SPEAKER_00]: It's quite good.
11:45.107 --> 11:46.187
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like the combat.
11:46.208 --> 11:50.169
[SPEAKER_00]: So first thing I did after I started doing some of the tutorials to do, I was like, if this.
11:50.369 --> 11:53.069
[SPEAKER_00]: So I put on a mod for story combat.
11:53.089 --> 11:55.130
[SPEAKER_00]: So basically, like, makes the combat easier.
11:55.150 --> 11:55.970
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, I don't care.
11:56.250 --> 11:57.591
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not playing this for the combat.
11:58.131 --> 12:00.411
[SPEAKER_00]: The story, the building, the character stuff.
12:00.471 --> 12:00.852
[SPEAKER_00]: So good.
12:00.972 --> 12:01.172
[SPEAKER_00]: Really,
12:02.672 --> 12:05.073
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so I played that this week.
12:05.793 --> 12:10.175
[SPEAKER_00]: Nice, and I'm watching some soccer football games.
12:10.875 --> 12:11.455
[SPEAKER_00]: Football?
12:11.815 --> 12:13.056
[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
12:13.096 --> 12:13.756
[SPEAKER_00]: What did I watch?
12:14.096 --> 12:18.598
[SPEAKER_00]: The last thing was, uh, what's the one that Ronaldo plays for?
12:18.618 --> 12:19.138
[SPEAKER_00]: Is that Paraguay?
12:19.998 --> 12:21.399
[SPEAKER_00]: They were playing, please, for Portugal.
12:21.739 --> 12:22.939
[SPEAKER_00]: Portugal and Croatia.
12:24.020 --> 12:24.820
[SPEAKER_00]: Watch that game.
12:24.840 --> 12:26.300
[SPEAKER_00]: That was a pretty intensive thing.
12:26.641 --> 12:28.101
[SPEAKER_00]: The end was not meant.
12:28.121 --> 12:29.121
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, heartbreaking.
12:29.282 --> 12:30.202
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean rules are rules.
12:30.981 --> 12:36.765
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, without rules, there's chaos, but but what's whole crazy is how much happened in that extra time.
12:36.785 --> 12:37.526
[SPEAKER_00]: That's nuts.
12:39.307 --> 12:41.488
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so good week busy, but good.
12:42.389 --> 12:43.450
[SPEAKER_01]: Good, have that.
12:44.410 --> 12:45.191
[SPEAKER_00]: What do we got this week?
12:45.911 --> 12:46.352
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's here.
12:46.372 --> 12:47.392
[SPEAKER_00]: MPOE.
12:48.573 --> 12:51.395
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, I forgot to bring up notes just a moment.
12:52.787 --> 12:53.387
[SPEAKER_01]: accounts payable.
12:53.407 --> 12:55.288
[SPEAKER_01]: Need to speak in just a moment.
12:55.308 --> 12:56.309
[SPEAKER_00]: Did you see the big patch?
12:57.149 --> 12:57.910
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah.
12:58.310 --> 12:59.410
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, be.
13:00.451 --> 13:01.992
[SPEAKER_00]: Somehow we skip day.
13:02.372 --> 13:03.392
[SPEAKER_00]: I love their numbering scheme.
13:03.412 --> 13:07.134
[SPEAKER_00]: They've always been fun to try and figure out what they made as good.
13:07.174 --> 13:07.895
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
13:08.055 --> 13:11.597
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, the 0.4 B patch.
13:12.317 --> 13:13.818
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to need to delete this message.
13:13.938 --> 13:15.218
[SPEAKER_00]: You can say it out loud.
13:15.819 --> 13:16.299
[SPEAKER_00]: Wait, did you?
13:16.579 --> 13:17.099
[SPEAKER_00]: What message?
13:18.000 --> 13:21.241
[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing, just a wrong burgundy over here needs things to
13:22.762 --> 13:28.846
[SPEAKER_01]: You never know I just like to keep you on your toes and it's not time for another PL yet Got to delete that sorry.
13:28.866 --> 13:29.927
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought it was on the ball here.
13:29.967 --> 13:30.567
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm probably delete it.
13:30.607 --> 13:33.049
[SPEAKER_01]: It did build showcases a frog It's okay.
13:33.069 --> 13:33.209
[SPEAKER_01]: Good.
13:34.030 --> 13:35.271
[SPEAKER_00]: That's cool kills and effects.
13:35.351 --> 13:38.613
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying to I'm just lebreeding your notes That's great.
13:38.793 --> 13:41.655
[SPEAKER_01]: I did want to bring up B, but did you play this week?
13:41.735 --> 13:48.440
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, and no Unfortunately, there's a couple glitches in the game that really impede what I'm doing and I'm not gonna make another character.
13:48.460 --> 13:50.181
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay so
13:53.509 --> 13:58.774
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I can explain it if you like a for for myself, um, I'm so I'm doing a lich right.
13:58.834 --> 14:00.876
[SPEAKER_01]: I've done like tons of theory crafting in the past.
14:00.896 --> 14:02.357
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure I've rambled on about in the past.
14:02.397 --> 14:07.762
[SPEAKER_01]: I forget what I've told you and what I haven't but, um, I've succumb to being the witch again.
14:07.862 --> 14:11.105
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, there's not a lot of ascendancies that interest me, but this one suits me the most.
14:11.125 --> 14:13.708
[SPEAKER_01]: And I do love curses, so it's not necessarily a criticism to that.
14:13.728 --> 14:14.048
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just.
14:15.149 --> 14:20.433
[SPEAKER_01]: I have a lot of really cool ideas and I kind of feel super funnled into being this character.
14:21.694 --> 14:31.440
[SPEAKER_01]: Nonetheless, I am the the lich, but there's a lot of negatives that come with ascendancies in path to, or at least for the lich anyway.
14:32.281 --> 14:36.264
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's frustrating to revolve around them.
14:36.324 --> 14:37.925
[SPEAKER_01]: But I think I've found a way to,
14:39.707 --> 14:50.096
[SPEAKER_01]: involve like my minimal button pressing right only really having one main button that I'm hitting all the time, along with survivability and skills that actually interest me.
14:51.157 --> 14:54.559
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm doing infinite curses on the left, right?
14:54.579 --> 14:56.301
[SPEAKER_01]: There's that branch where it's two nodes to
15:04.398 --> 15:05.519
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we're just going to stay down there.
15:05.539 --> 15:06.119
[SPEAKER_01]: No, all right.
15:06.339 --> 15:10.761
[SPEAKER_01]: And oh, hey, it might be this hang on, I can't be just that.
15:10.821 --> 15:14.002
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure it's just your cameras.
15:14.142 --> 15:16.403
[SPEAKER_01]: And so this will help, right.
15:16.943 --> 15:17.764
[SPEAKER_01]: I have no idea.
15:18.484 --> 15:20.185
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm doing that.
15:20.385 --> 15:26.487
[SPEAKER_01]: And then also, I like the man a node where I get a lot of manner region that's based off of my maximum life, right?
15:26.507 --> 15:28.008
[SPEAKER_01]: Or just a second, please answer about them.
15:28.425 --> 15:30.227
[SPEAKER_01]: I guess I should change my shareholders up there.
15:30.307 --> 15:31.189
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, well, I have the donut.
15:31.709 --> 15:32.610
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, hug it.
15:32.670 --> 15:41.141
[SPEAKER_01]: So going through, so I'm doing the cursing, infinite curses, and I'm doing three curses, so I have whispers of doom, and the third curse through the litch, and then my own.
15:42.563 --> 15:44.385
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I have the manna node there.
15:46.198 --> 16:08.832
16:09.793 --> 16:11.334
[SPEAKER_01]: and I naturally get energy shield.
16:11.974 --> 16:16.237
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I'm not going to select the one where my life can't move while I have energy shield because that screws me over.
16:16.257 --> 16:18.539
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't heal myself, right?
16:18.579 --> 16:19.980
[SPEAKER_01]: So it screws me over more than it.
16:20.640 --> 16:22.181
[SPEAKER_01]: Doesn't, so I'm not going to take that one.
16:22.201 --> 16:25.123
[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, I could get...
16:27.490 --> 16:34.334
[SPEAKER_01]: unholy might, but that comes at, um, degeneration manna, right, to me to please.
16:34.434 --> 16:35.234
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, sorry about that.
16:35.875 --> 16:36.115
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
16:36.755 --> 16:37.836
[SPEAKER_01]: So dealing with that, right?
16:37.936 --> 16:44.179
[SPEAKER_01]: So don't want to do the energy shield node where because I don't have enough energy shield or like any focus on it, it's just more dangerous than it is.
16:44.239 --> 16:47.901
[SPEAKER_01]: Then the other one is unholy might, but that comes with manna dejan.
16:48.362 --> 16:49.382
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that sucks.
16:49.422 --> 16:52.084
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing curses curses cost but loads.
16:52.104 --> 16:54.065
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to do any manna dejan.
16:55.125 --> 16:59.431
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm doing minion instability, and they explode, making you do all the setting.
16:59.551 --> 17:01.493
[SPEAKER_01]: But you're basically your shield.
17:01.533 --> 17:02.034
[SPEAKER_01]: Travel notes.
17:02.394 --> 17:02.895
[SPEAKER_01]: Can't do it.
17:03.275 --> 17:03.476
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
17:03.496 --> 17:11.085
[SPEAKER_01]: Well then, but then, I'd like unholy might, but the explosion for minion instability doesn't have a high-lightable tag in the game.
17:11.186 --> 17:11.406
[SPEAKER_01]: So...
17:11.826 --> 17:16.547
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how the explosion scales with minion instability, you know what I mean?
17:17.227 --> 17:21.008
[SPEAKER_01]: Not exactly, not with perfect tags, it's a little ambiguous.
17:21.428 --> 17:27.369
[SPEAKER_01]: Fine, whatever, but I don't want to take an ascendancy node where I'm not sure if unholy might is going to work for that or not.
17:27.869 --> 17:35.951
[SPEAKER_01]: I am using living lightning, and so unholy might work there, but not going to do a node that half works for my build that also comes with a consequence.
17:37.138 --> 17:43.102
[SPEAKER_01]: So the only other note that I can use, is the socket one, the dual socket one, right?
17:43.843 --> 17:48.906
[SPEAKER_01]: But that also comes with a negative, so it's like you get the, you get the flattery or whatever it's called, right?
17:49.046 --> 17:51.808
[SPEAKER_01]: And you can put a socket in, and it's basically doubles the value of your dual.
17:52.389 --> 17:52.709
[SPEAKER_01]: Awesome.
17:53.009 --> 17:57.332
[SPEAKER_01]: Love that idea of just like looking for that one dual or it's so perfect, that's so cool.
17:57.352 --> 17:59.094
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's socket that in and double that up.
17:59.834 --> 18:00.154
[SPEAKER_01]: But.
18:01.375 --> 18:02.857
[SPEAKER_01]: It comes with the consequence.
18:03.077 --> 18:04.219
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, another consequence.
18:04.239 --> 18:12.288
[SPEAKER_01]: All these nodes on the lich have consequences and it says 50% more manacost of skills when you have no energy shield.
18:12.949 --> 18:14.611
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, energy shield isn't my focus.
18:14.631 --> 18:16.894
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just forced to use energy shield so that sucks.
18:17.955 --> 18:19.357
[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm kind of like,
18:20.563 --> 18:22.045
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, which one's better, which one's worse?
18:22.085 --> 18:25.330
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, how do I do with the, the manager?
18:25.350 --> 18:27.473
[SPEAKER_01]: And both of these nodes, like, one's going to kill me.
18:27.613 --> 18:31.259
[SPEAKER_01]: The other one's giving me big man a de-gen, which one do I pick?
18:31.279 --> 18:33.542
[SPEAKER_01]: It's either, like, maybe the builds better if I don't pick any.
18:33.562 --> 18:35.505
[SPEAKER_01]: And I just have my fourth node just kicking around.
18:36.145 --> 18:37.126
[SPEAKER_01]: Right, not doing anything.
18:37.226 --> 18:42.650
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm balancing between both and I'm socketing and unsocketing seeing which one works, right?
18:42.710 --> 18:45.131
[SPEAKER_01]: Respecking just those couple nodes seeing what works.
18:45.271 --> 18:50.235
[SPEAKER_01]: And I've played with the tree and tried to do like a boss focused tree in a clear focus tree, which is really good.
18:50.275 --> 18:50.935
[SPEAKER_01]: I've figured it out.
18:50.955 --> 18:53.897
[SPEAKER_01]: I have the 19 nodes that I'm swapping between, which is really nice.
18:55.158 --> 19:07.048
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and so kind of what I've come to is I'm just holding down ball lightning, uh, which procs living lightning and then the rest of the supports just support living lightning.
19:08.530 --> 19:10.351
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I'm tapping when I'm clearing.
19:10.491 --> 19:11.952
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just tapping temporal chains.
19:12.633 --> 19:14.074
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's just slowing and spreading.
19:14.094 --> 19:16.256
[SPEAKER_01]: It has X bloom as well and then everything else it needs.
19:16.316 --> 19:18.098
[SPEAKER_01]: And so it's just spreads and it's awesome.
19:18.118 --> 19:19.058
[SPEAKER_01]: It keeps me really safe.
19:20.139 --> 19:25.801
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I have the spell slinger one, the dual, the dueling one, which comes with spell slinger, I've used that before.
19:26.721 --> 19:33.183
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's spell slingers the innate skill where basically you have to earn the ability to use spell slinger.
19:33.203 --> 19:48.228
[SPEAKER_01]: So as you cast spells and then the spell slinger icon, it starts gaining a percentage based on its values that values values and then once you have enough, you can hit the spell slinger button at cast all the spells in there.
19:48.468 --> 19:48.648
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
19:49.589 --> 19:49.789
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
19:50.770 --> 19:55.355
[SPEAKER_01]: So I would love to have all my curses in there, right?
19:55.375 --> 20:02.942
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing temporal chains in feeble and hello and elemental weakness, okay?
20:04.063 --> 20:07.666
[SPEAKER_01]: Because I'm doing minion instability and living lightning, so it's all elemental.
20:08.447 --> 20:09.688
[SPEAKER_01]: And hi.
20:10.989 --> 20:11.450
[SPEAKER_01]: And um
20:13.170 --> 20:17.331
[SPEAKER_01]: So, end elemental weakness, but unfortunately, spellslinger doesn't just cast them once.
20:17.511 --> 20:21.753
[SPEAKER_01]: It casts them until you have no mana left to cast anything else, like it drains all your.
20:21.773 --> 20:23.774
[SPEAKER_01]: Is that what spellslinger does like canately?
20:23.794 --> 20:24.954
[SPEAKER_01]: Like that is what the skill is.
20:25.354 --> 20:25.794
[SPEAKER_01]: I guess.
20:26.134 --> 20:26.294
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
20:26.334 --> 20:26.615
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
20:26.715 --> 20:27.695
[SPEAKER_01]: So, but I don't like that.
20:27.735 --> 20:29.976
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm still using my mana for something else.
20:30.136 --> 20:31.556
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just using it to save buttons.
20:31.796 --> 20:32.436
[SPEAKER_01]: So, it's...
20:34.297 --> 20:41.001
[SPEAKER_01]: it really doesn't work for clearing very well, because I can't just use it whenever I want, and then it drains as much mana as I have.
20:41.101 --> 20:46.385
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to earn it, and so I'm casting ball, I'm ball, I'm ball, and then I can finally.
20:47.165 --> 20:54.010
[SPEAKER_01]: So I find spell slinger convenient for bosses, like I can cast it once, I have infinite curses, and then there there clicks.
20:54.250 --> 20:58.693
[SPEAKER_01]: And so I just use one, and I'm just using temporal chains, then for clearing.
20:59.373 --> 21:16.665
21:16.725 --> 21:20.267
[SPEAKER_01]: It's better than actually mitigating the map's damage
21:21.825 --> 21:29.849
[SPEAKER_01]: The problem is, is there's a lot of modifiers in the game that I don't understand, or I mean, it's Path of Ex, so I'm not going to see them ahead of time, right?
21:29.889 --> 21:36.693
[SPEAKER_01]: So it'll still say something like shroud walker or whatever it is, but for some reason that means it can teleport.
21:37.433 --> 21:59.678
22:00.558 --> 22:03.481
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, same kind of thing, it's happening again, which really sucks.
22:03.962 --> 22:06.985
[SPEAKER_01]: But for some reason, curse reflect is very common.
22:07.145 --> 22:13.092
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how many enemy modifiers actually have it, but I'm getting curses reflected on me all the time.
22:14.841 --> 22:17.562
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, is that happening to you possibly when you're doing the remnants?
22:18.643 --> 22:22.725
[SPEAKER_00]: Because there is a new thing that was added to the remnants, which took me forever to find out.
22:23.365 --> 22:29.308
[SPEAKER_00]: And that was that weird modifiers were transferring can transfer as you're moving one to the next one.
22:29.448 --> 22:31.710
[SPEAKER_00]: Like when you do the X, I don't see any modifiers.
22:32.696 --> 22:57.193
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you don't I don't think you do with with all I'm talking it's specifically if you're doing an expedition So it would only be happening though, but if you were doing an expedition There's a thing where you know the little circles on the rooms Well some of them have and this is one thing that was a bit frustrating for me because I had to learn this from the community It doesn't tell me this in game at least I didn't couldn't figure it out But if they have a gold ring around them
22:58.289 --> 23:03.753
[SPEAKER_00]: that will move, that will propagate to all the mobs and future mobs that will spawn in that expedition.
23:04.413 --> 23:07.555
[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't seen any modifiers linked to the mechanic though.
23:07.815 --> 23:08.236
[SPEAKER_01]: Not yet.
23:08.436 --> 23:12.939
[SPEAKER_00]: It's all you only see them by either in with controller hitting X.
23:13.719 --> 23:23.250
[SPEAKER_00]: and it's only when you're doing the runes, like when you're popping those runes up, but for us you have to hit X and then it brings them up on the right hands.
23:23.290 --> 23:24.251
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not very clear.
23:24.291 --> 23:26.433
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw a paint with people almost so much easier.
23:27.414 --> 23:31.239
[SPEAKER_00]: But if it has a gold circle, it will move to all of the future remnants and mobs.
23:32.603 --> 23:35.607
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know, that's the only thing I could think of is that reflect is in there.
23:36.247 --> 23:37.369
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll pay attention to that.
23:37.449 --> 23:40.773
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think that's the case, but I'll pay attention to it, and maybe it is.
23:42.555 --> 23:44.958
[SPEAKER_01]: There is a lot of fire that says curses reflect.
23:45.759 --> 23:46.960
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, that's the only reason I want her.
23:47.641 --> 23:48.081
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it...
23:48.842 --> 23:59.951
[SPEAKER_01]: Either way, it's happening a lot, like a lot, it's almost every map, so I actually stopped playing, because it's happening all the time, but I had to write a bug report about it because two things happened.
24:00.232 --> 24:07.518
[SPEAKER_01]: One, my curse gets reflected at the same strength that I'm at, but apparently I'm a normal enemy.
24:07.578 --> 24:16.165
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm not a unique enemy, I'm not rare, I'm not magic, so it's not like when I cast temporal chains, it's not slowing me 30% like it would a unique, it's slowing me 110%.
24:17.885 --> 24:19.947
[SPEAKER_01]: brutal, but there's a cap.
24:20.027 --> 24:20.748
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a 75% slow.
24:20.928 --> 24:28.235
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I don't know if I count as an enemy, but it is real slow Justin like you know how long it takes for me to cast a portal
24:29.408 --> 24:31.850
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you've been here with temporal change just normally in the game.
24:31.910 --> 24:32.790
[SPEAKER_01]: It's horrible.
24:33.130 --> 24:35.032
[SPEAKER_01]: It is, but that's 30%.
24:35.252 --> 24:35.912
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
24:35.932 --> 24:36.713
[SPEAKER_01]: This is 110.
24:38.013 --> 24:38.634
[SPEAKER_01]: But guess what?
24:39.975 --> 24:40.535
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a lich.
24:41.456 --> 24:42.836
[SPEAKER_01]: And my curses are infinite.
24:43.497 --> 24:49.340
[SPEAKER_01]: So when my curses get reflected on me, there's literally no timer for expiration on the bottom.
24:49.380 --> 24:49.861
[SPEAKER_01]: Really?
24:50.881 --> 24:52.522
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a pretty funny.
24:52.823 --> 24:54.884
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to die to get rid of it.
24:56.507 --> 24:59.391
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't portal out and come back because it keeps my debust.
24:59.631 --> 25:00.592
[SPEAKER_00]: What about a new map?
25:00.632 --> 25:02.254
[SPEAKER_00]: Does a new map throw a restart?
25:02.274 --> 25:03.455
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't get to a new map.
25:03.476 --> 25:04.016
[SPEAKER_00]: I know, yeah.
25:04.337 --> 25:05.278
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
25:05.318 --> 25:05.938
[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
25:05.958 --> 25:06.379
[SPEAKER_00]: You know what?
25:06.459 --> 25:09.142
[SPEAKER_01]: I could do that if I was concerned about not dying.
25:09.302 --> 25:13.027
[SPEAKER_01]: But the game that like I'm not going to like revolve around that.
25:13.067 --> 25:14.348
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just going to go play a fun game.
25:14.969 --> 25:28.274
[SPEAKER_01]: That is, you know, I mean, that's so much a bug report and I was like, it is so, unfortunately, it's one of those bugs that completely takes over my specific build, but I'm not going to make a new build to revolve around it.
25:28.354 --> 25:31.735
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to waste my resources and maps for it.
25:32.115 --> 25:36.557
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just one of those things that really gets in the way and unfortunately, reflect is all over the place.
25:36.777 --> 25:37.277
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it is
25:39.258 --> 25:39.678
[SPEAKER_01]: every map.
25:39.899 --> 25:45.582
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm sure I am probably getting some of this expedition stuff or the ruins of elderware wherever it is.
25:46.743 --> 25:48.604
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll pay attention to that and I'll try it again.
25:49.585 --> 25:54.048
[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm positive that there's sometimes I have barely interact with this map and I'm already like
25:56.112 --> 26:01.278
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like I barely even moved the fog of war and I'm already like slow like molasses I'm like come on.
26:01.298 --> 26:02.260
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just trying to play.
26:02.540 --> 26:10.030
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember a normal mod that I've ever read like wordwise that had reflect in it So that is maybe it is one of those
26:11.011 --> 26:22.295
[SPEAKER_01]: They could be either way it's not fun and I know that like the bugle get fixed when it gets fixed I know they don't want it like that's not gonna stay like that, but every patch notes that I see and like oh is it there?
26:22.775 --> 26:23.855
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's not it's there.
26:24.075 --> 26:30.557
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, it's not and but I mean I just I just wrote it not like and I mean who knows I don't know how they do stuff right?
26:31.778 --> 26:38.160
[SPEAKER_01]: But it is one of those things where it's so build debilitating that I don't I don't play
26:38.760 --> 26:57.838
26:58.677 --> 27:03.060
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, no, no, but that will always impact fun par hour.
27:03.380 --> 27:16.050
[SPEAKER_01]: It determines when I turn the game off, or if I keep playing the game, or turn on a different game, they'd always will, right, whether it's, right, like currently it's not any better than past one, which is too bad, but, um,
27:16.865 --> 27:21.512
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so we'll see how that goes long term, but in terms of like that actual bug, I actually can't play the build.
27:22.293 --> 27:25.378
[SPEAKER_01]: It happens so frequently that I'm not going to try.
27:25.559 --> 27:27.181
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, got to restart this.
27:27.361 --> 27:29.705
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, got to restart that and then move on.
27:30.702 --> 27:32.443
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, um, so that was my week.
27:32.463 --> 27:34.324
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I did play and I did, I did want to play.
27:34.485 --> 27:42.350
[SPEAKER_01]: I've kind of like finalized and fine-tuned my build to the point of like there's not really anything else to min-max.
27:43.290 --> 27:44.151
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
27:44.191 --> 27:45.712
[SPEAKER_01]: In terms of the tree and the skills.
27:46.592 --> 27:55.919
[SPEAKER_01]: I've played with it lots or enough that like I know where I want the buttons and what I want it to do and uh, that's nice.
27:56.199 --> 27:56.539
[SPEAKER_01]: It's cool.
27:57.196 --> 27:57.596
[SPEAKER_01]: I enjoy it.
27:57.716 --> 28:07.764
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I have that that dueling one that I have has plus to lightning gem levels, which is nice because living lightning now scales with the level of ball lightning.
28:08.484 --> 28:12.868
[SPEAKER_01]: So I can take some of these castor modifiers that improve my build as well.
28:12.948 --> 28:13.648
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's nice.
28:13.688 --> 28:17.931
[SPEAKER_01]: So I've been enjoying the process, but now it's like past theory crafting.
28:17.951 --> 28:18.992
[SPEAKER_01]: And now it's like sweet.
28:19.032 --> 28:19.973
[SPEAKER_01]: Now I just get to play it.
28:20.453 --> 28:22.775
[SPEAKER_01]: Whenever I'm thinking Path of Exile, I turn on the game.
28:22.815 --> 28:25.417
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't turn on POB or POE planner.
28:26.378 --> 28:30.081
[SPEAKER_01]: And but unfortunately now that is impeding me.
28:30.301 --> 28:32.623
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm looking forward to whenever it gets fixed.
28:32.663 --> 28:35.285
[SPEAKER_01]: I know it will at some point hopefully it's soon for my sake.
28:35.565 --> 28:37.667
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, so it's been fun.
28:38.548 --> 28:40.449
[SPEAKER_01]: And Oliver's been playing tons too.
28:40.489 --> 28:43.752
[SPEAKER_01]: So he's always like checking things out and reading and wondering what's up.
28:43.872 --> 28:44.793
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's pretty cool.
28:44.813 --> 28:45.934
[SPEAKER_01]: He's playing around in my curse,
28:48.938 --> 28:50.660
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, so you play.
28:51.341 --> 28:51.922
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I did play.
28:51.962 --> 28:53.324
[SPEAKER_00]: They came up with the B patch.
28:53.684 --> 29:00.533
[SPEAKER_00]: I did read through the B patch and lots of fixes, lots of like good stuff like I played played the
29:03.052 --> 29:03.493
[SPEAKER_00]: 0.4.
29:04.033 --> 29:23.966
29:23.986 --> 29:26.948
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I've never been able to do any of that stuff with my controller.
29:27.885 --> 29:46.196
29:58.179 --> 30:02.523
[SPEAKER_00]: well, but it's showing me at least what do each of those ruins mean.
30:02.723 --> 30:08.669
[SPEAKER_00]: It was a bit difficult to figure out which because how you're trying to look like, all you know is the symbol.
30:08.689 --> 30:09.770
[SPEAKER_00]: What does the symbol look like?
30:10.150 --> 30:17.196
[SPEAKER_00]: So it tells me that it's earth room doesn't mean anything, because I have no idea what that I'm trying to find where the picture matches on the each side.
30:17.997 --> 30:25.199
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, then I started to realize, oh, you can actually make these super hard because every time I killed this one and I get this thing, it pushes to the next group.
30:25.259 --> 30:32.541
[SPEAKER_00]: I read, Sid did this whole breaded post and so I read through the whole thing trying to figure out how can I push expeditions really far.
30:32.641 --> 30:37.383
[SPEAKER_00]: And I started to, and it was so much fun, like a lot of fun, super difficult, really tough stuff.
30:38.461 --> 30:42.383
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I, okay, so I, I'm playing with companions.
30:42.423 --> 30:43.603
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm playing with my little buddies.
30:43.743 --> 30:44.644
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they're all running around.
30:44.664 --> 30:47.745
[SPEAKER_00]: My big monkey and all his buddies, little buddies.
30:47.805 --> 30:49.106
[SPEAKER_00]: And now the clarity's terrible.
30:49.606 --> 31:03.392
[SPEAKER_00]: So at first, I started to wonder if maybe that was where I was having a problem, but I was trying to find a way to not require me to have rage on all my minions because it would frame me up an extra slot.
31:03.472 --> 31:05.754
[SPEAKER_00]: If I could just give rage to all my minions,
31:08.146 --> 31:27.380
[SPEAKER_00]: uh... notable where if i've gained rage within the last five seconds i think i made about talking about this uh... you re-generate uh... you re-generate five rages second right and so i was like well if i can put this on the mind um... amulet i just need to find a way for how can i generate rage i think we talked about this maybe after dark so i couldn't find it so
31:28.578 --> 31:31.720
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I started, I tried the one way.
31:31.740 --> 31:34.041
[SPEAKER_00]: So one of the ways I was doing it was that I was put on maestro.
31:34.061 --> 31:36.362
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I was like, well, I'm holding the maestro anyway.
31:36.882 --> 31:38.163
[SPEAKER_00]: I could put rage three on here.
31:38.183 --> 31:44.766
[SPEAKER_00]: It just means that I'll attack a little bit faster when I'm not at max rage and I just need one.
31:44.866 --> 31:47.367
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't need, it's not like I need to gain rage.
31:47.387 --> 31:53.470
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gaining any benefit out of it myself, but I at least getting them as long as I get one every few seconds.
31:54.698 --> 32:14.892
32:15.913 --> 32:19.536
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and so I had to have no, it's not like I've increased melee range rate.
32:19.576 --> 32:20.177
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm nothing.
32:20.197 --> 32:20.797
[SPEAKER_00]: I just have it.
32:20.817 --> 32:21.678
[SPEAKER_00]: So I can get rage.
32:22.318 --> 32:25.041
[SPEAKER_00]: So, like you have to be very close to melee.
32:25.201 --> 32:28.263
[SPEAKER_00]: Just in case you were wondering, you need to be quite close to the enemies.
32:28.744 --> 32:35.109
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was struggling a bit to figure out like, and I couldn't tell what was happening because somehow when I would attack,
32:36.345 --> 32:37.446
[SPEAKER_00]: I was getting flattened.
32:37.966 --> 32:38.547
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, what?
32:38.987 --> 32:41.689
[SPEAKER_00]: Why can I not move sometimes after I do a melee swing?
32:41.709 --> 32:42.109
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, what?
32:42.169 --> 32:43.390
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand what's going on.
32:43.430 --> 32:44.891
[SPEAKER_00]: I've got it mapped properly.
32:44.931 --> 32:46.832
[SPEAKER_00]: I know it's working properly.
32:46.852 --> 32:51.436
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, there's no reason that it should feel as if I'm in the middle of a sprint.
32:51.656 --> 32:54.137
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm full stunned right on the ground.
32:54.798 --> 32:55.979
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was getting a bit frustrated.
32:56.039 --> 32:59.781
[SPEAKER_00]: So then I was like, well, I think maybe you and I talked and I was like, well, maybe I can get,
33:01.712 --> 33:04.993
[SPEAKER_00]: rage, gain rage when you take a hit, right?
33:05.033 --> 33:11.036
[SPEAKER_00]: So I did, I resorted out my my as a jewels or whatever.
33:12.016 --> 33:19.299
[SPEAKER_00]: Just so I could try and I got rage on hit with them or rage, gain rage when you've taken hit or something, right?
33:19.319 --> 33:20.500
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't have to do anything.
33:20.540 --> 33:22.540
[SPEAKER_00]: Then I'm not running into the middle of it to attack.
33:22.580 --> 33:28.763
[SPEAKER_00]: But I still need to get hit from something which is also not easier when mapping not when you're bossing.
33:29.224 --> 33:29.584
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
33:29.785 --> 33:32.427
[SPEAKER_00]: And so, yeah, certainly not consistent when you're bossing.
33:32.507 --> 33:45.199
[SPEAKER_00]: So I tried that, but I'm also a very high invasion character and so getting hit was already a bit of a struggle.
33:45.599 --> 33:49.102
[SPEAKER_00]: But what I started to notice as I was trying to figure this out was like,
33:50.345 --> 33:54.567
[SPEAKER_00]: What was actually happening was I was getting flattened all the time.
33:55.348 --> 34:00.571
[SPEAKER_00]: I was and and now, okay, so there's another controller thing that bugs me is there.
34:00.711 --> 34:08.815
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't even notice there's a there's a mini bar above your your buttons And it goes to the left.
34:08.975 --> 34:11.456
[SPEAKER_00]: So like your rage will go through the middle to the right.
34:11.476 --> 34:14.118
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yeah, but there's this bar that goes from the middle to the left.
34:14.825 --> 34:16.447
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I can't mouse over it.
34:16.547 --> 34:18.809
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't select, I can't pause and move to it.
34:18.849 --> 34:26.315
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know fully what that does, but I'm assuming it has to do with Beanstun and hitting some sort of threshold because it just will go from zero to 100.
34:26.436 --> 34:31.500
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, and then that thing starts to come back and then I turn off tutorials at some point.
34:31.820 --> 34:35.103
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't ever have tutorials on, but I still couldn't mouse over it.
34:35.204 --> 34:37.045
[SPEAKER_00]: I should be able to in some way.
34:37.065 --> 34:39.467
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that's a fault, though, either.
34:40.288 --> 34:45.291
[SPEAKER_01]: But there should be some a way to discover something after tutorials are off.
34:45.431 --> 34:52.635
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, because it does probably walk you through that, which is fair, like I don't know how I knew it, but like I had a build that dealt with it, but I know what it is, but go ahead.
34:53.096 --> 35:03.002
[SPEAKER_00]: So that will lead sort of into where my frustration came, because this, like I was really having a lot of fun pushing these, um, uh, want to say out experiences, but there are expeditions.
35:03.222 --> 35:05.683
[SPEAKER_00]: These experiences pushing them to their, to their hardest.
35:06.163 --> 35:07.304
[SPEAKER_00]: I was having a lot of fun with that,
35:08.985 --> 35:10.706
[SPEAKER_00]: side side note, they did this patch.
35:10.946 --> 35:21.250
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't play when they did the extra hot fixes, but I did laugh quite hard at the speed that they changed expedition with regards to liquid remnants.
35:21.650 --> 35:22.971
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why my head just thought of that.
35:22.991 --> 35:25.812
[SPEAKER_00]: I can bring that up afterwards, but they pulled a turn round number.
35:26.152 --> 35:30.714
[SPEAKER_00]: Like within three hours, they basically patch something.
35:31.534 --> 35:33.154
[SPEAKER_00]: that they just label as a fix.
35:33.535 --> 35:37.015
[SPEAKER_00]: So clearly they must, so do you know the liquid um, vrism?
35:37.055 --> 35:38.716
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sure how much of the expedition done.
35:38.736 --> 35:41.777
[SPEAKER_00]: So they came up with liquid vrism just with point four, right?
35:41.797 --> 35:45.878
[SPEAKER_00]: So just came out and that was what allowed you to re-roll remnants.
35:46.398 --> 35:50.159
[SPEAKER_00]: And that was actually pretty cool because if you got a shitty remnant, you'd be like, oh, I'll just re-roll it.
35:50.479 --> 35:53.820
[SPEAKER_00]: If you were in the middle of doing, if it was in part of an expedition, they all just pop up.
35:54.920 --> 35:57.000
[SPEAKER_00]: But if you're doing an expedition or a grand expedition,
35:59.585 --> 36:02.547
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, ones you, it just basically re-rolled them and then you get to pick.
36:03.387 --> 36:12.832
[SPEAKER_00]: They patch says hot fix three or something and it says fixed the ability to interact with vizium after you've re-rolled it.
36:13.712 --> 36:16.614
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, what, what do you mean fixed?
36:16.774 --> 36:20.276
[SPEAKER_00]: Like that was the whole way that you had fun in expeditions.
36:20.336 --> 36:23.237
[SPEAKER_00]: Was you, if you got a crappy one, re-roll it.
36:23.277 --> 36:27.679
[SPEAKER_00]: But then when you actually understand that all of those little circles propagate to the next one,
36:29.260 --> 36:53.602
[SPEAKER_00]: it harder and more rewarding the more difficult you go and then they just went oh no no you weren't supposed to be able to do that so now when you re-roll it we just pick it for you and we don't let you interact with it anymore so you don't know what's happening anymore with this thing man they they they fix that real real fast anyway I was having so much way is it now it's back to what it was originally which is should have been which is when you re-roll it you get to interact with it because the thing that was weird to me is that they called it
36:55.837 --> 37:03.023
[SPEAKER_00]: They had just released how liquid version works, and there are only three things you can do with it in game.
37:03.263 --> 37:07.347
[SPEAKER_00]: Three, you can reroll of a remnant that you just come across in the wild.
37:07.767 --> 37:11.971
[SPEAKER_00]: You can reroll a remnant in a expedition and you can reroll in a grand expedition.
37:12.031 --> 37:13.673
[SPEAKER_00]: That's it, they don't do anything else.
37:14.542 --> 37:30.482
[SPEAKER_00]: that shouldn't take much testing to know that like two out of the three ways I don't know if this is how it was supposed to be working so I mean they shot themselves in the foot because you can't release it like that and then be like oh yeah the whole thing you've enjoyed about it yeah we're fixing that
37:31.587 --> 37:38.633
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, aero, I'm sure they'll probably take that out next next, um, next league, but, um, next league is in December.
37:39.393 --> 37:49.941
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, yeah, maybe if they really meant it to come out, it'll come out sometime later, but it seemed very odd because then what was the point of, the, the, the, the liquid regime didn't make any sense anymore.
37:50.142 --> 37:53.965
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, so I was having fun pushing these things, but then I kept getting squished and I'm like,
37:55.080 --> 37:58.408
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't figure out why, so I started to do some looking.
37:58.428 --> 38:01.455
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm certain I look at my character and I'm starting to look in the stun threshold.
38:03.119 --> 38:12.009
[SPEAKER_00]: first it's not a stat it's not a stat you it's not if you can't tell me I'm gaining 25% stun threshold if you don't show me anywhere what that means.
38:12.609 --> 38:14.912
[SPEAKER_00]: I doubt that could be just magic.
38:15.252 --> 38:16.273
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what it means.
38:16.493 --> 38:17.955
[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't find it in game.
38:18.235 --> 38:19.897
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure I can probably go into the wiki.
38:20.438 --> 38:24.802
[SPEAKER_00]: I started reading about just stun threshold and it tells you it's based off a percentage of your health.
38:25.682 --> 38:26.422
[SPEAKER_00]: But that's it.
38:26.623 --> 38:28.344
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't tell me anything else.
38:28.504 --> 38:33.326
[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't tell me like, so I was like, okay, I know what's done threshold is.
38:33.366 --> 38:33.627
[SPEAKER_00]: I get it.
38:33.647 --> 38:35.488
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like that I can't see anything but fine.
38:35.928 --> 38:38.069
[SPEAKER_00]: So I rearrange my build.
38:38.129 --> 38:38.830
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna figure this out.
38:38.910 --> 38:40.070
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not low on health.
38:40.130 --> 38:47.094
[SPEAKER_00]: I have like, I think probably 18 or 1900 ES, which I know means nothing, but I have like 26, 2323 and 2600 health.
38:51.673 --> 38:52.454
[SPEAKER_00]: That's not low.
38:52.554 --> 38:56.356
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm surviving, but I'm also heavy ES and heavy deflection.
38:57.877 --> 38:58.277
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw it.
38:59.638 --> 39:08.002
[SPEAKER_00]: I start respect and I start to figure out stuff different to try and increase my stun threshold, or getting angry for a whole time because it's like 25% increased stun threshold.
39:08.363 --> 39:13.225
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, but I don't know where, well, how do I, am I supposed to do math or what my health is?
39:13.285 --> 39:13.645
[SPEAKER_00]: But then,
39:14.746 --> 39:21.330
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what, I couldn't figure out what a man you don't even know what they're hitting for anyway, like it's just all of it's in this, but you don't know what they're hitting.
39:21.350 --> 39:22.671
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I know what you're starting to start.
39:22.691 --> 39:33.317
[SPEAKER_00]: I went back into a map and I was like, I did a heavy expedition, and I understand, like, I shouldn't want to get hit and I'm trying not to get hit, but the fact is expeditions, stuff pops up all over the place.
39:34.318 --> 39:37.760
[SPEAKER_00]: But I couldn't, I kept getting flattened and then when you're flattened,
39:38.808 --> 39:44.210
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a bit tough to live because first off, you have to be able to see what it happens, right?
39:44.250 --> 39:46.691
[SPEAKER_00]: If I don't always notice that, oh, I'm not moving.
39:46.751 --> 39:47.631
[SPEAKER_00]: Why am I not moving?
39:47.652 --> 39:49.052
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not casting like what happened.
39:49.452 --> 39:54.834
[SPEAKER_00]: Also, did I run into a brick, like that's just laying on the ground that I just wanted.
39:54.854 --> 39:55.835
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, itty, bitty brick.
39:55.855 --> 39:59.116
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm looking at the mini map to see if it's fan of broken barrels.
39:59.356 --> 39:59.716
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
39:59.736 --> 39:59.936
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
39:59.956 --> 40:02.497
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I'll be your barrels kicking around, sticking out of the north.
40:02.577 --> 40:03.578
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, so I couldn't figure it out.
40:03.698 --> 40:04.038
[SPEAKER_00]: And I,
40:04.518 --> 40:23.790
40:30.294 --> 40:31.895
[SPEAKER_00]: But it was a visual on your health.
40:31.975 --> 40:36.156
[SPEAKER_00]: You could see, and it was a, it was a stunt threshold, essentially.
40:36.496 --> 40:39.077
[SPEAKER_00]: But you could see like how it was working based off your health.
40:39.197 --> 40:42.118
[SPEAKER_00]: And then it was a stat that you could read in game to understand.
40:42.498 --> 40:44.559
[SPEAKER_00]: What were you doing and how was this making it better?
40:44.939 --> 40:50.901
[SPEAKER_00]: But when you have no idea, like I could just be getting hit by something that chunks me.
40:51.081 --> 40:52.601
[SPEAKER_00]: But my health didn't go down.
40:52.981 --> 40:54.002
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't lose yes.
40:54.082 --> 40:54.982
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't lose health.
40:55.102 --> 40:57.623
[SPEAKER_00]: So did I evade it and it still counted?
40:57.743 --> 40:58.183
[SPEAKER_00]: Did I?
40:59.332 --> 41:21.102
41:22.595 --> 41:26.136
[SPEAKER_00]: I could at least go like, okay, it's got to be related, but I would be on the ground.
41:26.517 --> 41:35.080
[SPEAKER_00]: And now I'm in trouble because that's when I'm starting to get attacked a bunch because I'm no longer moving, but I could never figure out what is putting me into a state.
41:35.120 --> 41:37.261
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not, I don't have anything in the blocks.
41:37.901 --> 41:41.603
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm using a friggin' sector and a mace.
41:41.683 --> 41:43.943
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm not, I'm not in the way.
41:43.963 --> 41:44.504
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not in the way.
41:44.544 --> 41:45.004
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not in the way.
41:45.524 --> 41:45.784
[SPEAKER_00]: right.
41:45.964 --> 41:47.205
[SPEAKER_00]: So, and I couldn't figure it out.
41:47.265 --> 41:48.706
[SPEAKER_00]: So that was my reason for quitting.
41:48.847 --> 42:03.698
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I'm done because I still am really enjoying it, but if I can't understand, like I don't know if I just need to spend some time less angry to look into what's done threshold is not works, but it just bothered me that I couldn't find anything about it in the game.
42:04.438 --> 42:09.580
[SPEAKER_01]: Still sucks to have to babysit it like, oh, I need to be in a certain emotion to be able to fix my problems in a game.
42:09.760 --> 42:13.121
[SPEAKER_00]: I know I'm still like in a theory crafting game.
42:13.141 --> 42:13.641
[SPEAKER_00]: That's okay.
42:14.061 --> 42:21.464
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're being a grump after a while, sure I get it, but also there's just some things that it's nice when it's explained.
42:21.544 --> 42:26.046
[SPEAKER_01]: Heavy sun buildups technically as far as I remember, only supposed to happen when you're blocking.
42:26.666 --> 42:27.766
[SPEAKER_01]: Actively, that's what I don't know.
42:27.806 --> 42:29.727
[SPEAKER_01]: Otherwise, it's all just based on light stunning.
42:30.507 --> 42:35.148
[SPEAKER_01]: and so you're heavy build up bar like that's what I was talking about when I was doing my resonate shield character.
42:35.688 --> 42:39.109
[SPEAKER_01]: I wanted that stun bar to be up where my health bar was.
42:39.429 --> 42:54.212
[SPEAKER_01]: At least just like it's because it's so especially when you get into console and you're shoving things onto the left or into the right because like that quest log eventually gets ridiculous right and you don't want things to be covered up and then you so you moved over here and anyway anyway.
42:54.632 --> 42:59.493
[SPEAKER_01]: It's nice if it would be a little bit more visual indicate and then even like how the art works
43:01.453 --> 43:04.934
[SPEAKER_01]: is very, um, it's deceiving.
43:04.954 --> 43:08.094
[SPEAKER_01]: You think the bar should go a little bit further, right?
43:08.134 --> 43:11.415
[SPEAKER_01]: But it's actually art work of yours and early, you know what I mean?
43:11.435 --> 43:14.996
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm actually stunned earlier than I think I end the fine paying attention to the bar.
43:15.316 --> 43:21.217
[SPEAKER_00]: See, mine is like free of any part of the UI because it could be the way that I've spaced my note.
43:21.337 --> 43:26.518
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like nested on top of something, but I never watched it grow ever.
43:26.898 --> 43:28.178
[SPEAKER_00]: It was always just full.
43:28.938 --> 43:32.480
[SPEAKER_00]: And so then, and then I'm waiting for it to come down so that I can start moving again.
43:33.080 --> 43:36.142
[SPEAKER_00]: But I was like, what, what could be instantly putty mean?
43:36.282 --> 43:38.423
[SPEAKER_00]: It feels like I'm running around holding sprint.
43:38.623 --> 43:40.584
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know how when you're, yeah, bring it up.
43:40.744 --> 43:50.669
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what it felt like, but I'm going, maybe it's got to be maybe there's like a unique or something where maybe it wasn't a mechanic that registered for you at the time when you were looking through.
43:50.729 --> 43:56.312
[SPEAKER_01]: And so maybe there's something that increases your heavy stun build up or all stuns counters heavy stun build up or
43:57.432 --> 43:57.993
[SPEAKER_01]: I have to look.
43:58.113 --> 44:05.537
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think so because I'm only using like two and they're not like, yeah, I don't think, I mean, I don't know.
44:05.557 --> 44:06.657
[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea what it is.
44:07.178 --> 44:08.859
[SPEAKER_00]: I have no clue what is happening.
44:08.899 --> 44:13.001
[SPEAKER_00]: I've never had it happen with previous builds or play.
44:13.081 --> 44:15.382
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I can't figure out what is specific about this.
44:15.622 --> 44:19.725
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I thought that I was just doing it because it was harder, harder content.
44:20.285 --> 44:27.724
[SPEAKER_00]: And maybe there's, I'll be honest, maybe there's some mod that's like all hits heavy stun, which also if there is then that's
44:29.371 --> 44:31.532
[SPEAKER_00]: that's a terrible option.
44:32.353 --> 44:34.754
[SPEAKER_00]: But fun par hours guy rocketing right there.
44:34.994 --> 44:38.496
[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't because I couldn't figure it out because I couldn't understand what was happening.
44:38.516 --> 44:47.761
[SPEAKER_00]: I think there was also a comment somebody left in one of our YouTube things I think where they said that in Pewie one, you could move the mouse with controller to be able to see the mods that were out there.
44:47.781 --> 44:50.923
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, oh, you can move your analog stick.
44:50.943 --> 44:52.664
[SPEAKER_00]: Why is that not in Pewie two?
44:53.464 --> 45:02.571
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it also isn't very intuitive for path one enemy still move when you're dead so you're like trying to follow an enemy Then also I mean still anything that I do is in front of the other one.
45:02.591 --> 45:22.727
[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, but no, you're not the one I want at least something, though Yeah, well, we see what they come up with if they are actively working on a deathlog maybe they'll figure out the entire death experience Not just the generic math of it, which again, I'd be thankful for anything But if that whole death experience ended up being an informative experience like
45:23.147 --> 45:23.507
[SPEAKER_01]: all of it.
45:23.887 --> 45:30.831
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, not just the damage you took, but hey, let me learn about these modifiers, what were these enemies that hurt me.
45:31.291 --> 45:34.253
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the problem for me is the only reason I was dying was because I was getting stunned.
45:34.813 --> 45:37.575
[SPEAKER_00]: So then when you're stationary for too long, you're screwed, but
45:40.093 --> 46:07.167
46:08.654 --> 46:10.436
[SPEAKER_00]: But this is just the way that it is.
46:10.576 --> 46:11.416
[SPEAKER_00]: I just disagree with it.
46:11.516 --> 46:16.741
[SPEAKER_00]: So it just sucks when I'm dying because I got heavy stunned and I have no clue what heavy stunned me.
46:16.841 --> 46:18.262
[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't, I couldn't even fix it.
46:18.282 --> 46:19.022
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what drove me nuts.
46:19.043 --> 46:20.063
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, fine, game.
46:20.664 --> 46:21.645
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll go get some thresholds.
46:21.705 --> 46:22.906
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll do the same threshold.
46:22.946 --> 46:23.786
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll find some stuff.
46:24.067 --> 46:37.458
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what the value is because then I'm also looking on the passive tree and I'm like, well, if I go way up there, there's like, you know, a bunch of ifthands, like, if this, then this much stun threshold, I'm like, well,
46:38.198 --> 46:57.774
46:57.954 --> 47:01.937
[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to know why, that's all I'm trying to figure out is like, what is it that
47:02.798 --> 47:05.699
[SPEAKER_00]: What is it that's pancake you'd me on the ground?
47:05.739 --> 47:06.480
[SPEAKER_01]: I just don't get it.
47:07.020 --> 47:12.002
[SPEAKER_01]: And then, but then when you have rage support back in, you're like, no, this sucks.
47:12.082 --> 47:12.643
[SPEAKER_01]: I've given in.
47:12.843 --> 47:13.363
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like it.
47:13.663 --> 47:14.523
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like it.
47:14.543 --> 47:15.284
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like it.
47:15.384 --> 47:16.244
[SPEAKER_01]: No, just out of principle.
47:16.264 --> 47:17.465
[SPEAKER_01]: Then you can completely remove it.
47:17.625 --> 47:19.526
[SPEAKER_01]: And then your build is just a little bit less.
47:19.886 --> 47:25.749
[SPEAKER_00]: Have you, does that stun bar naturally move up as you're doing things like blocking or things?
47:25.789 --> 47:30.030
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, or is it always just either full or, I don't know, it's, it's gradual.
47:30.231 --> 47:30.991
[SPEAKER_00]: So you can watch.
47:32.003 --> 47:36.785
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, I watch it all the time like when I'm playing when I was attempting my Resonate Shield character.
47:36.845 --> 47:41.386
[SPEAKER_01]: I was looking also in the bug reports for like These like life region.
47:41.406 --> 47:59.772
[SPEAKER_01]: There's got to be something glitchy with my Resonate Shield character because other enemies will just like naturally regen life way too fast Like there's got to be a glitch somewhere where enemies are regenerating life Remember I was talking about the prisoner fight completely regenerating with one of the skills There's got to be something else going on something with like
48:01.524 --> 48:07.486
[SPEAKER_01]: character or send and see or know that I've selected something completely ambiguous that I'll never figure out.
48:07.546 --> 48:15.428
[SPEAKER_01]: So I've stopped playing the character, but when I was playing the character, because I'm actively blocking while I'm using these shield skills, but I was watching.
48:15.448 --> 48:21.509
[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, Dad's done, Dad's done, and he'd tell me when my meter was up so that I quickly just like stop blocking run around for a second.
48:23.630 --> 48:52.820
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's what they can do like he watches it go up and then so he's like oh dad don't block that one that one uses up almost your whole bar You know interest is fight versus that so he's he's helped me learn a lot just by being observant while I'm playing because it's sort of difficult to be observant when you're playing as You know, I mean I guess you know when you're like feeling all like pissy about the podcast So it's a well you do this or what you do that it's tough to remember that
48:54.127 --> 48:56.349
[SPEAKER_01]: you know, we're not watching us play.
48:56.449 --> 49:00.752
[SPEAKER_01]: Like when we go back and we watch ourselves players like, oh, how did I see that?
49:01.112 --> 49:03.874
[SPEAKER_01]: But when you're in the game, you're like, I didn't see that.
49:03.895 --> 49:05.356
[SPEAKER_00]: Whoa, it's not fair.
49:05.376 --> 49:06.657
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll clearly, right?
49:06.677 --> 49:12.241
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's the point, though, is like, we're watching the game needs to work for the player, not for the observer.
49:12.801 --> 49:13.602
[SPEAKER_01]: And so, uh,
49:15.187 --> 49:22.895
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I can't tell you how many times people clip, you know, some YouTuber to which person or ourselves while we're playing and they're like, oh, this is how they died.
49:22.915 --> 49:25.517
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's so obvious in the PL, you know, you get these clips.
49:25.537 --> 49:37.128
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, oh, well, this obviously killed you in this business is like, and you're trying to be nice and not like not like nice as in the the opposite of being mean to someone, but you're just like you're trying not to get.
49:37.949 --> 49:40.571
[SPEAKER_01]: Angry because in the moment you're like I didn't see.
49:40.671 --> 49:42.973
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm happy if it's privately I'm angry.
49:43.153 --> 49:46.596
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember whenever it is that we do a private league.
49:46.776 --> 49:51.240
[SPEAKER_01]: It is a requirement of our friendly community to make fun of every single death.
49:51.360 --> 49:51.820
[SPEAKER_00]: Of course.
49:52.221 --> 49:52.401
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
49:52.501 --> 49:53.562
[SPEAKER_01]: It is a requirement.
49:54.062 --> 49:54.843
[SPEAKER_01]: It builds character.
49:55.604 --> 50:00.147
[SPEAKER_01]: Log out real fast if you don't like it because that's where it does come in.
50:00.207 --> 50:00.748
[SPEAKER_00]: We don't allow
50:06.152 --> 50:09.294
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so anyway, I was really having a lot of fun with expedition.
50:09.334 --> 50:26.824
50:27.004 --> 50:30.406
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no only four Only four not gonna get me with that fifth.
50:30.446 --> 50:32.688
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going back to my companion one, but um
50:33.668 --> 50:34.428
[SPEAKER_00]: I need to know why.
50:34.829 --> 50:42.613
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I just, I don't want to be forced to put the rage three back in, which I can do it because it's probably more consistent anyway, right?
50:42.653 --> 50:43.893
[SPEAKER_00]: It is, it actually is.
50:43.994 --> 50:46.315
[SPEAKER_00]: It's definitely more consistent.
50:46.375 --> 50:47.335
[SPEAKER_00]: But that's the other thing too.
50:47.355 --> 50:48.216
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like it would be.
50:48.796 --> 50:53.857
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's one of those things where it's like, you know, you could fill the gap in with something else.
50:53.957 --> 51:00.859
[SPEAKER_01]: But one thing that I consistency is something that paper doesn't show in DPS land, right?
51:01.019 --> 51:01.219
[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
51:01.239 --> 51:06.120
[SPEAKER_01]: Like when path of building eventually is fully up to date and it's, you know, includes a lot more.
51:06.660 --> 51:09.121
[SPEAKER_01]: And people are a lot more dependent on paper numbers.
51:09.201 --> 51:10.601
[SPEAKER_01]: It still doesn't show up time.
51:10.621 --> 51:12.141
[SPEAKER_01]: It still doesn't show consistency.
51:12.161 --> 51:13.882
[SPEAKER_01]: It still doesn't show situations.
51:14.242 --> 51:15.302
[SPEAKER_01]: And in reality,
51:18.943 --> 51:19.824
[SPEAKER_01]: just suck it in.
51:20.244 --> 51:22.085
[SPEAKER_01]: Like for me, I'm probably way stronger.
51:22.125 --> 51:29.608
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I've ended up giving up on zombies just because of how convoluted it is to try and make it work and still feel comfortable and enjoyable to play.
51:30.128 --> 51:36.832
[SPEAKER_01]: At the end of the day, I'm probably way stronger without that crazy DPS simply because I'm able to pay attention more.
51:37.132 --> 51:39.693
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm able to pay attention more to me than the zombie
51:44.435 --> 51:50.059
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm staring at my character, not my HUD, and I'm actually staying alive.
51:50.240 --> 51:56.144
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm actually able to continue my smaller amounts of DPS and the bosses are melting.
51:56.564 --> 51:56.945
[SPEAKER_00]: It's great.
51:57.765 --> 52:07.498
[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't mind doing it through the mace strike besides the fact that I just couldn't ever tell if I had hit and also I don't actually know how you know if your minion or companion has rage.
52:08.899 --> 52:11.282
[SPEAKER_00]: They have a red glow to them.
52:11.563 --> 52:11.863
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
52:11.883 --> 52:13.205
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, maybe I'm blind.
52:13.645 --> 52:14.967
[SPEAKER_00]: I get that there's a lot of things happening.
52:15.187 --> 52:20.153
[SPEAKER_00]: on the screen, but like, I've tried to be like, I think he's cool and red, but was he always cool and red?
52:20.874 --> 52:23.116
[SPEAKER_01]: You have the mystical kind, right?
52:23.156 --> 52:24.618
[SPEAKER_01]: Like they're all ready.
52:24.638 --> 52:26.059
[SPEAKER_01]: So they're doing like crazy.
52:26.079 --> 52:27.361
[SPEAKER_01]: And so who knows what's going on?
52:27.401 --> 52:31.926
[SPEAKER_01]: And other debuffs have like, it's the honestly, it looks exactly like shock.
52:32.527 --> 52:35.750
[SPEAKER_01]: Like have you ever pause the screen and go on your character's screen and your character's shocked?
52:36.431 --> 52:53.405
52:54.005 --> 52:58.648
[SPEAKER_01]: But um, and I don't mind that like I just find those like fun little glitches.
52:58.688 --> 53:00.809
[SPEAKER_01]: Those aren't complaints to me I do actually like that.
53:00.849 --> 53:17.618
53:18.322 --> 53:22.603
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, I think I haven't, I think I have a guess as to what the red looks like because I did see some red.
53:23.224 --> 53:27.045
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but it was a bit tough for me to understand like, oh, did I do this?
53:27.165 --> 53:31.546
[SPEAKER_00]: I guess I should just always make sure I have some rage because then I mean, I would have done it recently enough.
53:31.786 --> 53:35.928
[SPEAKER_00]: It was way more thinking and that's why I thought originally I'll just move to the on hit.
53:36.008 --> 53:40.389
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I just got so mad that I couldn't figure out why the heck was flounder ground most of the time.
53:40.469 --> 53:42.730
[SPEAKER_00]: So, um, yeah.
53:42.870 --> 53:46.251
[SPEAKER_00]: So I will probably end up just talking in it back, but I would like to,
53:47.729 --> 53:53.253
[SPEAKER_00]: whatever, just understand, figure out, I just, if for me it didn't make sense because I was full to 100.
53:53.774 --> 53:54.754
[SPEAKER_00]: Like it was zero to 100.
53:54.794 --> 53:55.995
[SPEAKER_00]: I never saw it build up.
53:56.836 --> 54:04.162
[SPEAKER_00]: And if it was supposed to be based on health, like what I don't know what that means because I also have like 70% of all my hits is going to my companions.
54:04.242 --> 54:06.844
[SPEAKER_00]: So how can I be getting hit enough?
54:07.484 --> 54:08.445
[SPEAKER_00]: feel like squish me.
54:09.125 --> 54:16.370
[SPEAKER_00]: So anyway, yeah, I got a, I don't know how I figured that I maybe I have to be super fine though.
54:16.390 --> 54:27.678
[SPEAKER_01]: For after Dark, you'll probably take a look and we'll talk about it after Dark, and after Dark will be like, uh, podcast, it's always how we end up for those two dummies from this morning.
54:28.799 --> 54:33.522
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, actually if you want to hear us make fun of ourselves, that's a good AD after advertisement.
54:34.243 --> 54:35.524
[SPEAKER_01]: We call ourselves all the time.
54:36.765 --> 54:40.469
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, we actually probably need to wrap this up because I have to go to meet the person.
54:41.129 --> 54:42.370
[SPEAKER_00]: Did we have anything else to do something?
54:42.430 --> 54:43.511
[SPEAKER_01]: I think I did do something.
54:43.852 --> 54:44.612
[SPEAKER_00]: You did something.
54:44.652 --> 54:45.193
[SPEAKER_00]: Tell me about it.
54:45.213 --> 54:46.514
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I had two notes.
54:46.754 --> 54:49.617
[SPEAKER_01]: I would love for them to start updating their dev manifesto.
54:49.837 --> 54:52.119
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, they haven't had a dev.
54:52.179 --> 54:53.761
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's still on their website.
54:54.181 --> 54:55.602
[SPEAKER_01]: And they haven't updated like.
54:56.843 --> 55:00.667
[SPEAKER_01]: Four years ago the last one was by Chris Wilson for Lake of Kalandra.
55:00.867 --> 55:13.719
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and I know the reason that they don't now is it's all on video mode But it would be nice for there to be a summary of reason like if it's gonna be on your website Like don't have a spot on your website that's like hasn't been updated for four years.
55:14.019 --> 55:21.906
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the history of Path of XL tie That's what it is Anyway, so anyway, but it would be cool if like even if they just had
55:22.687 --> 55:28.033
[SPEAKER_01]: like just a paraphrase version of some of the reasoning that they have for some of these changes going forward.
55:28.053 --> 55:29.014
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that'd be kind of nice.
55:29.034 --> 55:32.397
[SPEAKER_01]: It'd be fun to go through and see otherwise there's no point having on the website.
55:32.417 --> 55:33.699
[SPEAKER_01]: But that was just a comment.
55:34.400 --> 55:39.325
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember if I mentioned it last week, but consoles now have the ability to do build guides, which is nice.
55:39.545 --> 55:41.067
[SPEAKER_01]: I think we might have talked about it a little bit.
55:41.087 --> 55:42.789
[SPEAKER_01]: So it doesn't work the same way as filters.
55:42.829 --> 55:43.990
[SPEAKER_01]: Were you solo it?
55:44.410 --> 55:55.154
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so on the website, Path of Exile 2's website, not Path of Exile 1, you go to your account and you can interact with your filters.
55:55.834 --> 55:58.655
[SPEAKER_01]: You can even create a filter on the Path to website now.
55:59.555 --> 56:01.155
[SPEAKER_01]: And upload follow-up.
56:01.216 --> 56:03.596
[SPEAKER_00]: You still have to know the code or is it visual?
56:03.916 --> 56:05.237
[SPEAKER_00]: Because imagine if it was visual.
56:05.917 --> 56:06.657
[SPEAKER_00]: That would be cool.
56:06.677 --> 56:07.297
[SPEAKER_00]: Is it visual?
56:07.417 --> 56:08.978
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh no, you still have to know the code.
56:09.378 --> 56:11.278
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not properly set up yet.
56:11.318 --> 56:18.080
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, so if I go on path one website to edit my filter, if I control F within the filter, it searches the filter.
56:18.480 --> 56:20.880
[SPEAKER_01]: Not just what's on the screen, right?
56:21.420 --> 56:27.261
[SPEAKER_01]: Whereas on path two, I can't click in the filter and control F. When I control F, it just controls F the screen.
56:27.281 --> 56:28.602
[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't do the entire.
56:30.422 --> 56:30.723
[SPEAKER_01]: box.
56:30.743 --> 56:37.067
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's still not really ready to be used, but that is also where you can follow and unfollow guides.
56:37.427 --> 56:42.030
[SPEAKER_00]: So are you uploading your own build file or how are you follow?
56:42.110 --> 56:44.552
[SPEAKER_00]: How are you getting the How does that sound?
56:44.572 --> 56:47.895
[SPEAKER_01]: So if I was to share it, somebody could just
56:49.195 --> 56:53.238
[SPEAKER_01]: Click on the link and go for it from there, and then you would click on the link.
56:53.258 --> 56:58.281
[SPEAKER_01]: It would bring up my build guide and you would follow it Wait, sorry, can I ask though the build guide?
56:58.341 --> 57:03.564
[SPEAKER_00]: Did you Wherever you would have had it for me to click on is that on the path of Excel to website?
57:03.584 --> 57:04.665
[SPEAKER_00]: Or is that something you could put in?
57:04.685 --> 57:08.667
[SPEAKER_01]: That would be where it's like you find my build somewhere and like the build guide form, right?
57:08.708 --> 57:10.349
[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's like oh, I like this build.
57:10.409 --> 57:12.370
[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the link to follow the in-game
57:13.108 --> 57:28.035
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's sorry the only reason I'm asking that is because like the idea of a follow didn't even exist before So is that new across the whole board because if I looked at a build I had to download the build file on PC There wasn't ever a click this button to follow.
57:28.296 --> 57:30.837
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because you can't you can't download anything on console already
57:31.237 --> 57:38.399
[SPEAKER_00]: But can you upload a build though and then go to the POE 2's website and then upload the build and then that's what would show on the console.
57:39.139 --> 57:39.399
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't.
57:39.759 --> 57:41.460
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember the the nuances.
57:41.500 --> 57:46.141
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to that's going to be one of my POE goals this week is to play with that and kind of go to that.
57:46.421 --> 57:49.502
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just unfortunately path of building doesn't really have it set up.
57:50.857 --> 58:02.446
[SPEAKER_01]: Properly or not properly, but in a way where because remember the build guys like you can comment right you can have comments on items and weapons and nodes and sockets and so POB's not ready for that yet.
58:02.646 --> 58:07.930
[SPEAKER_01]: POB planner doesn't even have like you can't even do sockets and skill gems yet.
58:08.150 --> 58:08.690
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean.
58:09.571 --> 58:16.956
[SPEAKER_01]: It's got to be crazy complicated compared to the first game and so I can't stand the max roll website, but that
58:17.877 --> 58:31.505
[SPEAKER_01]: It seems to be I think there's another website that somebody showed me as well, but there's only a couple websites similar to the max roll one where It lets you comment on specific things, but I'm not familiar with the website.
58:31.525 --> 58:36.308
[SPEAKER_01]: So now I'm learning the website and then I got to put it into game and it's like, oh back and forth.
58:36.328 --> 58:45.133
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's kind of I got a figurative But I'm also kind of nervous spending 10 hours figuring it out when
58:46.714 --> 59:05.662
[SPEAKER_01]: They might change something to make it a little bit easier, you know, and then I'm spending all this time learning max role Not necessarily how it works in game and then all of a sudden path of building comes out with something that's better I'm like a damn it When you be doing it to use it yourself like for you to click on it I would love to like it It would be awesome to be able to do that myself and then just take the extra hour to
59:06.762 --> 59:28.460
[SPEAKER_01]: do that and then when it's in the game i'm never tapping in a note like how glorious with that beat and not have pv planner all the time right so i'll definitely do it for myself and then that would be originally way back years ago and i started posting builds the exact same thing that i was doing then like i would basically post that build for me i'd bring up my own guide and it would be my reminder for what i'm doing and why i'm doing and i'm like
59:28.680 --> 59:33.183
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, that's why I didn't do this that seems like I should, but that's the reason I didn't do that make sense.
59:34.264 --> 59:36.365
[SPEAKER_01]: So if I could have all that in game, that'd be awesome.
59:36.385 --> 59:41.689
[SPEAKER_01]: So I do want to play with that, but I don't want to marry myself to something like max world that I'm already not a big fan of.
59:41.869 --> 59:42.509
[SPEAKER_01]: I want to...
59:43.790 --> 59:45.512
[SPEAKER_01]: But that's really all there is right now.
59:45.592 --> 01:00:06.733
01:00:07.373 --> 01:00:21.637
[SPEAKER_00]: So anyway, I know you said you have a meeting, so let's go up 352 forever Excel them just naked tags and I'm Tyler record of days patrons will catch you and after Dark everybody else will see you next week in 353 This week.
01:00:21.657 --> 01:00:23.637
[SPEAKER_00]: I won't forget we have a website forever excel.com.
01:00:23.657 --> 01:00:33.520
[SPEAKER_00]: We were very fun discord pop in there and say hello and patreon are the ways sport podcasts will find them amongst the stars Bye Tell me why
